Jumped my battery when I left my Zune HD charger in my car over a week of nonuse. Offered me the option to return if my battery was still giving me problems. Thankfully that wasnt the issue.

Unfriendly staff.Ignored me the whole time I was there..no one asked me if I needed help..employees walked passed by and never acknowledged my presence..i had to find what I need it on my own..than i asked for help and she told me she couldnt help me cause she was new..and she didnt know ..sad..not going back there again

Had a dead battery and no tools. No questions asked, gave me all the tools I needed. Was able to change my battery and be on my way.

Kenner Advance Auto Parts at 3150 Loyola Dr,by far best in the area. Answered all may question and cared about my problem. Professionalism is better than most hospitals.

Although I am not sure about the services or goods sold at this Advanced Auto Parts. What I do love is their parking lot is large, and that makes it convenient to park while I am grabbing to go from Kenner Seafood right next door!

The products and signage are displayed in such a way that you can quickly find what you need. Found what I needed and checked out in less than 5 minutes!
