Excuses for being to late for work is, we had hurricane damage so we have updated hours. Oh the hurricane damage makes it so you can’t service the public. Not tolerable! People have needs and a schedule to keep up with. The hurricane was four weeks ago. Your windows and doors are tarted. It’s not as if Thai was yesterday. Their employee lied in my consideration, and this franchise should be looked into.

Napa employees need to comply with their store hours on google map. Both stores closed before the time on google map. Vets store 6:10pm closed, google map reads 7:00pm. Airline store closed at 6:05pm, google map reads 6:30pm. 🤔 Napa lost 150$ for a car battery to another store on Wiliams.

The guys at both the NAPA store on Airline and at the hub on Shrewsbury were a great help in finding a rare an obscure Toyota engine part. Their help got us back on the road a lot faster.John

Small store and not much area to park, but they have always been incredibly helpful here. Staff goes out of their way to find the items you need, and more often than not they have had the parts Im looking for in stock. Good advise on how to solve some basic mechanical problems with my vehicles as well.
