Super rude! i was referred here for them to take a look to give me an estimate. at no time did they mention it would cost for them to take a look at it. When i went to pick up my vehicle, then I was told there would be a charge. I simply stated that I wasnt aware of it and no one else had charged me to take a look and the man assaulted me- charged at me and ripped up the ticket in my face and started screaming obscenities. I wouldve paid but I was caught off guard by them asking for a price to look at it, when 3 other shops never charged. He is lucky I didnt file a police report for assault.

I brought my 2013 Mustang to JB for a suspension replacement (two front struts, strut mounts, and rear shocks) and brake job (rotors, pads, and stainless steel brake lines) and I was blown away with the result. As I drove away, my car felt better than it did the day I drove it off the lot. I immediately knew JB had done a FANTASTIC job with the installation.Dont let the small garage fool you - these guys know their stuff. Joe is an ASE certified tech with years of experience and a super friendly guy. He made sure everything was in order before going to work on my car, given the sheer number of parts I brought to him.
