This is absolutely the best managed speedy Ive ever been to. The owner actually works there. Its a clean environment and the employees are curtious and informing.Do yourself a favor and become a regular customer here and you wont be disappointed.

When I arrived I asked if they accept enterprise maint. They assures me they could take it I asked for an oil change and fuel filter after sitting g and waiting for over an hour they come to me telling g me they cant change the fuel filters because enterprise does t pay enough I will not be back. Will just take it to the dealership at least they will tell me the truth up feont

Every time I go to Speedee in Kenner the service is great. I only allow them to do my oil change. I never feel like they are trying to get over and they always offer the best advice. Jawaan looks out for me and goes above and beyond every time.

My oil change was relatively quick. The two guys that I had spoke with were very nice and gave me a bottle of cold water on a very hot day. I greatly appreciated that gesture.

Im a single girl who moved here from out of town and these guys have saved me more than once!!!On the first occasion, my passenger side window wouldnt roll up and of course there was a storm coming. I pulled in and in 15 minutes they had my window working again!The second occasion, I, after 12 hours of work, was not thinking clearly drove through water I had no business driving through. I also had a flight to catch hours later. I called the guys and they told me to have it towed to their location. By the time my friend dropped me off, they were already working on my car. They let me know exactly what was wrong with it, the price, and the time it would take to repair. I was on the road again. JP is always fair with his prices and up front with what is wrong.They dont try to take advantage of you just because you dont know a lot about cars. which other mechanics Ive dealt with in the past have done! I really do appreciate them for all theyve done and I know I will be using them in the future!!

The staff was very professional and I was given a accurate estimate of the car trouble .I believe the labor was priced a bit high but ultimately my car was fix quickly and honestly. Thank you to all the staff at speedee oil .

Worst ever!!! Avoid at all cost!!!! Told I needed a entire new rear end for my truck, was then misquoted. Told $560 plus labor then told $1660 plus labor. I then paid to have my truck towed that they said couldnt be driven. Had a mechanic take a look amd low and behold it was only brake pads and rotors needed replaced. A grand total of 620$260 to mechanic and $360 parts

I went to get an oil change and tune up today. My car was 13,000 miles over an oil change and it was giving me issues picking up speed. I thought that must be a tune up since the car is 4 years old and Ive never had a tune up. Well they were so honest with me. Devin tells me that I need a new air filter and asked if I wanted one. Yes Ill take a new one. Then he tells me to be honest you dont need a tune up. Not until you hit 100,000 miles. Well driving home my car is doing great. Its the dirty air filter that was the problem. Thank you for being so honest. Could have charged me 160.00+ dollars that I didnt need. Awesome and I will be back when I need to.

Services were not performed and I was overcharged. I should have went to the dealership or even Walmart. I had to tell him to perform the other services that I paid for. He was trying to just change the oil....no filters, fluids, tire pressure, windshields, vacuum, etc, etc. My first and last time using their service. I am new to Kenner so I just went to them. Very bad experience. If I could rate a 0, I would.

Only place I will bring my vehicle for maintenance! Mechanics are not pushy but always let you know what maintenance is necessary and what maintenance will be needed soon. Theyve caught important things that no other chain like Take5, etc. have even noticed. Very quick oil change and I can usually get it taken care of during my lunch break. Otherwise they always offer to bring me to my office (about 5 miles away) and pick me back up after the work has been completed on my vehicle! Great, friendly service! Knowledgeable mechanics who will explain the need for service they recommend. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Wow! What an awesome establishment! I worked for a dealership for 5 years and was never treated by my fellow peers the way I was at SpeeDee Oil Change on Williams Blvd. The panel under my car that protects the undercarriage from rocks and debris when driving was destroyed by the dealership I worked at because they forgot to put the screws back on after changing my oil and on a trip to Houston it began to drag on the ground. I had it put back up with a tie twist just to get me home and then forgot about it. When the mechanic at SpeeDee went to do the work on my car they informed me they would have to cut the twist tie and then couldnt guarantee that they could re-install it properly at this time without the correct parts. We discussed some options and I decided it would be best if I waited to get my oil changed until I got the right parts. They could have just sent me on my way, but instead they topped off my oil, checked my fluids and tires and even vacuumed the front drivers side all at no charge! I was so impressed and felt valued and respected as a customer. Way to go SpeeDee Oil Change! You have an excellent crew! Thank you for your service! Kristy Granen

I am a girl so sometimes we fear getting ripped off, but the men here do not do that. If anything they give advice before you spend your money & they do not pressure you on anything. Ive always felt welcomed & leave 100% satisfied! Satisfied with my spendings & satisfied with the SERVICE! Nobody wants to spend money on repairs. Fast, Friendly Service!!!I called ahead for a price quote, & paid exactly the price they gave me over the phone. No hidden or extra fees! The technicians were friendly & knowledgeable, and didnt try to BS me, even though Im a woman. They even did ran diagnostics for my check engine light for free. I highly recommend this shop!!!

The absolute best service Ive ever received! Mr Patrick Sacco worked miracles to get my car repaired in less than an hour so I could make it to the airport on time. Not just a simple oil change, swapped out entire coil pack and new Sparks plugs.

Wednesday Sept 4th was 1st time to visit Speedy. Jawan walked out and greeted me as I was pulling up in the back. He asked what he could do for me. Let me know there was a comfortable place with some AC for me to hang out while the oil was being changed in the vehicle (Ford Passenger Bus). Later as they were finishing up, he let me know the other things that may need some attention as well. Without coming across pushy as I have experienced at some other oil change places. From start to finish I could not have had a better experience. I will be bringing my other trucks there as well.

I did not need an oil change I needed a small repair that developed as I was driving on the interstate. They graciously did this repair without any charge. I will use them from now on to change my oil. This is the epitome of customer service

Way better than 5 min. You might wait about 20 min but they check everything making sure your vehicle is running in top top shape! I will be going back!

Went to this place for the first time on a busy Saturday afternoon and was out within 20min for my oil change. The Manager is so Nice and informative. He Showed me my air filter and advised i replace it.. which i did it was filthy and told me to come back for some transmission cleaning as well as showing me my back brakes were 3% and needed to be changed also. He was so polite and friendly gave me a stamp card for my oil change to get the 5th one free. Andd he let me know about the 10$off coupon on the website as well. I will be coming here all the time..

If he wouldve ran the test he told me that wouldve cost $45. But didnt, but decided to just say, I should get a new car. Very disappointed...found some to fix my problem, with no problem
