We bought a truck while on vacation from North Georgia and would definitely make the drive and do it again. While traveling and pulling a camper my husband decided the gas mileage was too poor and wanted a diesel. While we were “just looking,” we stopped at numerous dealership, but they lacked inventory. When we arrived Gregory Lowe, told us he would sell us a truck and that he did. He worked extra hard to ensure we got the deal we were looking for. We received good trade value and a good price on the new truck. I want to thank Gregory Lowe for the pleasant experience. His personality and drive made us very satisfied customers.

Why dont the manufacture of vehicle parts ; keep a necessary inventory of parts available or use aftermarket suppliers as a resource to rslocate haed to find parts they dont supply any more or as rhe swalwrs put it (theyre obsolete).
After spending over 2 hours at lamarque we couldnt get a deal done unfortunately, walked out then my older brother walked back into the dealer to strike the deal for me and was ignored by the new car Manger busy with a temp tagI guess a temp tag is worth more to that dealership then a 64k sale.Sales man was very professional and respectful but sales Manger wasnt.Thanks for the good customer service.
We recently purchased a new 2021 Ford Edge from the fine sales staff at Lamarque Ford and my wife and I cannot begin to express how satisfied with the experience we were. We got a decent deal on our new SUV, and the buying process was a stress free event. Even after the purchase was completed, the staff made sure to show my wife how to set up the electronics in her new car and filled the tank up to make sure she drove off the lot happy. Service department is ridiculous here, they want to keep your car 3-5 days and wont bother making appointments for customers in order to shorten that. Bought a brand new car from them? Too bad. They dont care.I called another dealer and got an appointment with no problem. Wont be buying from Lamarque again.

Beware…. Do not trust these people. We found the vehicle we wanted there and drove 4 hours one way to see it on the weekend. Had to wait until Monday to let bank take care of purchase. Phones calls with salesman on Monday and he made a mistake figuring the tax so bank had him redo it. He assured us everything was taking care of and he pushed us to the financing department. Did not hear from them Monday afternoon. Called on Tuesday to make sure all was good and making plans to come back and get it AND..... they sold it to someone else today !!!!??! Don’t trust them.
I drove an hour to Lamarque to purchase a truck that was listed at a lower price online versus the amount they tried to sell it to me. I even called and had the price confirmed over the phone prior to driving to the dealership. Also, do not fall for the trick of paying extra for the paint protection program or nitrogen wheels that are already on the truck you are trying to purchase, but are not included on the price quote until you are at the closing table. I respect hustle and sales, but my experience was sketchy. I ended up purchasing a truck from Amber at Matt Bowers Ford and had a great experience. Honesty is nice. Good luck.
I called two times last week about a recall on my brakes I was assured the parts were there but I needed to leave it for three days arranging for a day off work to make those three days happen because they do not have any loaners I took the car in on Saturday and on Monday was called that they were out of parts but to leave it and hopefully they would get them in on Tuesday since I took that day off for work I was ok with this but still very disappointed today being Tuesday they now have called and said parts would not be in till July they will not take appointments for this it’s just leave your car for three days and I guess cross your fingers they have the parts. I’m so disappointed and not happy that I have now missed a day of work but followed their rules your service really is upsetting dissatisfied

When I first started looking for a car I was set on a used 2013 civic SI that was at carmax. Lets just say that didnt pan out and wasnt the best experience. I went on the hunt and found a used 14 ST for about 16k with 44k miles. Test drove it was in love witht the ST over the civic. Then I was wondering well what are the price of the new ones? That is when I found my current car 18 ST I named Nessa. The price was amazing just a little more then the used so I called and booked a time. I got into the dealership and the facility was breathe taking I loved the 2 older cars towards the back of the facility. I met the person that would help me on this journey his name was Greg. Finding the car was fun it was towards the back and a little dirty due to the expansion they are doing next door. I think that the car was towards the back because 1 it is a manual hatch and I think that market is small 2 it is a manual and not many people now how to drive them. I test drove the car and liked it, after the test drive Greg and I went to his office. He was very straight forward I havent dealt with many car sales people but he was better then carmax by far. To wrap up this long story the process was very smooth and quick I liked Lamarque Ford and will definitely recommend them to others when buying a new vehicle.

I was tempted to trade in my car for one on their used lot. I will admit Mike was a little pushy. I was dealing with him then they switched me to Charles Jordan (CJ) and the experience was much better. He let me test drive and sit in any car I wanted and didn’t seem bothered by the time I was taking. During the time I was deciding whether to trade in my car, Mike was calling and emailing. He and CJ obviously didn’t compare notes or communicate what I was doing. I’ll definitely work with CJ again.
Called to make an appointment to bring my truck in for service, they told me they were not taking appointments because they were too busy for appointments! I was told to drop my truck off and it would get looked at by a technician in 4-6 days! What a joke! If youre that busy, it sounds like scheduling appointments is exactly what you need. Who is going to leave their vehicle sitting at the shop for a week with nothing being do to it?!? I called Matt Bower and got an appointment the next day. The only reason Im giving 3 stars is b/c the I cant complain about the service itself, but my experience with the service department when trying to schedule an appointment was horrendous!

I had gone to LaMarque Ford to purchase a new Ford F-150 truck. I proceeded to walked out of the dealership because the sales lady would not work with me at all. NEVER EVER dealing with Lamarque Ford again. Went to buy 2 new F150s that were on their website. Called TWICE to confirm availability and price. They confirmed availability and price both times. Drove several hours to their dealership to be told they were priced wrong. They were priced $10k under. Didn’t try to work with me any, offer a good deal, figured atleast offer a good trade in and sell a truck for cost rather than receive a bad review. Wasted half of the day emptying my truck out and driving there and back. Their excuse was “the new girl”. Didn’t even offer to put gas in the truck, just sent us on our ways.
I had a GRRRRRRRRRRREAT experience at Lamarque Ford Used cars this weekend. Gregory Lowe (G. Lowe) was an excellent car salesman!!! He was FAST, efficient and knowledgeable about my vehicle. While I appreciated the quick service, I don’t agree with the practice of not putting high quality oil into vehicles, especially when it is known that the vehicle is recommended by the manufacturer to have high quality oil.The practice of using less high quality fuel so that customers return more regularly is unethical and I hope that Lamarque Ford changes their behavior.

I dealt with Luke (used car manager), Corey (salesman), and Jason (finance) and they were pleasant and helpful. The trade in on my vehicle was fair as was the selling price on their vehicle I purchased. I cannot give a better rating because when I went to test drive their vehicle there was a sticker on the window claiming it had been sanitized because of Covid-19. I was also told their vehicles are thoroughly inspected before being placed for sale. The vehicle had stained seats, dirty carpeting, and when the a/c was turned on it smelled awful. The passenger seat had 2 loose bolts and it was rocking back and forth. The radio antenna was missing and the door trim on the passenger side was cracked. Clearly this vehicle had not been cleaned nor inspected. I told Corey (salesman) I had allergies and could not accept the vehicle in this condition. He said I could bring it back later when he had time to get it professionally cleaned. I did bring it back and they kept it overnight (I live 50 miles away). When I came back to pick it up the seats and carpets were still dirty and I found a cigarette butt in the drivers seat which means either a Lamarque employee or the person cleaning it was smoking in my vehicle. I had asked Corey (salesman) to change the cabin filter at my expense because the car smelled bad when the a/c is on and I have allergies. He said he forgot to do it (they had it overnight and had plenty of time to change it). I ended up changing it myself. It was black and disgusting (see attached photo). With all the free time sales people have between customers, they really should make a better effort to clean and prep their vehicles before customers are disappointed. Management and the owners of the dealership should do a better job of making sure their inventory is clean and presentable and not just during the pandemic but at all times.
I will NEVER bring my car back here again to the one in Kenner! I would rate it a zero if it would let me!!!! The first problem I had was since December of 2018 trying to get my airbags replaced and they kept giving me different stories, then I finally got somebody that did their job and this is what I end up with.Keep in mind the airbag light is still on in the dash.I took my car in to have the airbag replaced because there was a recall on it and this is what they did to my Dash and they are not willing to fix it. They are trying to say it was that way before I brought it in there. I let them know that it was NOT,how could you not see that BEFORE they took it off to replace the passenger airbag.!So they looked for the piece that they broke and cant find it so they just took a marker and colored the wood! The serviceman was very nice, none of it was his fault, it is the technicians fault that worked on the car and the service manager that said he was not willing to replace it. I suppose if it was a brand new car they would or their very own car,but since my car is bought and paid for or not theirs, they could care less. The second picture is what I ended up with after my complaint! I would NOT give these people my business nor my money ever again!!

On the way back up front to our truck, Security told us we couldnt walk around! Woman, wed already been there awhile so.......whatever! Never had a problem doing that where Im from in Texas!

I went to a lot of dealerships looking for the right deal, and me, being a 23 year old, had a lot of people trying to take advantage of me. The Lamarque Ford is now several dealers. So when you call you will be ask if you have a Ford or other cars. Next you are transferred where you cannot get a person. I called 8 times to ask if I need an apt to go through Quick Lane Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Could never get a person but was transferred everywhere including New Car Sales. That is the bad part that needs to get fixed.I drove to the service center and found that with Quick Lane service that you do not need an appointment. The facility was world class . The service was excellent. Also the waiting area like home. You have nice places to use the internet. You have good places to sit. They even give you Pop Corn. The personal service was great. They just need to get their phone service or someone to tell you that Quick Lane does not require an appointment.

Would you like to talk to other customers to see it they will let you jump in front of them in line? ...actually suggested by Lamarque personnel.I was told the wait was 3 to 5 days before service could look at an oil leak, under warranty repair. Instead of leaving the car, I made an appointment for 2 weeks later; the earliest date I could get. At the time of the appointment I was again told it would be 3 to 5 days. I was told there were many customers in front of me who had been without their cars for over a month. Is this a service department issue, a dealership management issue, or a Ford quality issue? It could be all three.Update day 3 (after the 2 week wait): The service manager took care of everything and I got the car back, serviced, and ready to go. It was refreshing to see that there are experienced professionals in charge.Im leaving the one star rating for the overall experience.

Long review!I recently visited Lamarque Ford for the very first time about a month prior to the purchase of my 2019 Ford Mustang GT. Although I wasn’t able to buy the vehicle on my first visit, the staff members were extremely helpful and very professional. The two salesmen, Trevor and Jimmy took the time to listen to me and help me find the vehicle I was interested in and later purchased. However, as previously mentioned on my first visit I was not able to purchase the vehicle I wanted from Lamarque Ford as I was not satisfied with the interest rates being offered at the time. But due to my initial impression of Lamarque Ford, I decided that I would return again when the time was right to make my purchase. Approximately a month later, I called Trevor again to inform him that I was still unsuccessful in finding a good interest rate loan. It was at this time that Trevor informed me he could now possibly help me and get me into the Mustang GT I was interested in at zero percent financing. After discussing the issue with his manager, Trevor called me back to inform me that they could in fact help me if my credit rating was as good as I initially claimed. Later that day my lifelong dream of owning a Ford Mustang GT finally came true! And the best part was the fact that I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I expected to pay at zero percent financing! Prior to leaving the dealership, Trevor took the time to explain to me all of the functions of my new vehicle including how to set up my FordPass application on my phone and how to work the touch screen radio which basically controls nearly everything in the car. And finally, a week later Trevor called me to inquire as to how I was enjoying my new vehicle and offer any additional assistance. I am very pleased with my experience with Lamarque Ford! Thank you!

I had a great experience buying my new F150 from Lamarque. Everyone was helpful, provided all the information I needed, and I feel that I got a good deal on the truck.It is now a year later, and I am still enjoying my F-150. I just brought my truck in for 5K mile service and the Service Department at Lamarque was great. They were flexible and were also able to take care of a recall issue at the same time. I was very pleased with the service there.

I just had some work done on my Jeep, and the staff was awesome. Britney was super helpful and cheerful and even helped me get out of there faster so that I wouldnt have to come a second day. John was attentive as I waited as well. Overall, I felt like my being a customer was valued.
Unbelievable Finance Manager Angela is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of working with. She is pushy, doesnt listen and gives Ford and this dealership a poor reputationJennifer in sales was very nice however when you get the deal done you have to go to Finance and if you get Angela be prepared to get ripped off. She even told my wife after I called her on trying to swindle us that I needed a drink no Angela, I am just experienced enough to know when bad salespeople are attempting to screw me.I hope the GM reads this and attempts to contact me.
