While the rest of Esplanade Mall may be in rough shape, the Bath & Body Works here is well-stocked and full of friendly, helpful, knowledgeable workers.

The staff were very supportive in helping me find a BD gift for an 8 yr old child. And she loved everything that they put together.

Store Manager is extremely unprofessional! Talks about employees infront of customers (everyone) and she hires friends to be managers but they have no idea how to do their jobs. Literally nothing but a cult, and horrible energy at this store. They dont know how to let you shop in peace, or just leave you alone at all. Follow you around and harass customers bc thats their policy. Its disgusting and horrible values. Also, no, I am not a disgruntled employee. They think that their store is special and they dont have to follow protocol along with other stores and EXTREMELY unorganized. Take your business to Elmwood, or well.....anywhere else.

Purchased what I thought were and was charged full price. The return took forever and one of the sales people was rude. I’ll shop online or at the Clearview & Elmwood from now on.

Was not good. They didnt have a lot of variety. I wanted to use my gift card and i was not working. And they didnt bother asking for my phone number

I always have a great and fun time shopping at B&BW. Its even better when I have coupons and can always use them on specials, e.g., buy 2 and get one free.

That is my favorite place to go always good service all the sales people are very courteous and helpful. I love going in there always come out with one or two full bags and the products that they sell are Fan-Tastic and I always come out smelling good.

I always go to the semi annual sales. My favorite item would be the hand soaps. I never pay full price $6.50, wait for the semi annual or when they go on sale for $3.00. Every now and then they have a sale for the day for $2.50. Have them add you to their email for sale alerts. Once you start using their soap, you wont be satisfied with any other & you only need to use a little.

The staff is always Helpful and willing to find what ever the customer needs...

Good place if you need variety in fragrances, very friendly even if they do not speak Spanish, what I suggest is to keep promotions in combo. Otherwise everything is fine.
