Not a great selection and what they did have was overpriced. I don’t shop around often but when I walked in I just felt icy stares. No “hello” no “welcome, can I help you”. I made my way around the store while two workers were in the front having a conversation. There are 6 other stores on Williams…go to one of those.

Terrible! If I could give it zero stars, I would. If you decide to shop here, please use cash only! They purposely charge extra money to your credit or debit card. I am not the only customer this has happened to. I found this out after using my card here. I was charged $200 more than the transaction of $21.99! I tried to work with the owner to rectify the situation to no avail. I contacted the police and the owner admitted to overcharging me but she still would not refund the money to me. I was grateful to have the police report and took this information to the bank. I was eventually refunded. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to visit this store. If you are to visit here, USE CASH ONLY and get a receipt! Spread the word!

Not much of a selection and they r over priced

My girlfd ROBIN LOVES THIS PLACE!! they are open kinda late and have tons of lashes reasonably priced she said! I personally dont know the difference but if my baby is happy and says its good then its good! Lol

Bad customer service. I was looking to do and exchange on lace tint, but I was not sure if they were doing exchanges so I called before I went. On the phone i told the man that I was looking to get a darker color of lace tint and he didn’t know what I was talking about to I repeated myself twice and explained what I was trying to exchange and I told him I had the receipt too, and he said yes he can exchange it. So I went there and all of a sudden they couldn’t exchange it, so I basically made a blank trip and the worker was rude about it too.

Wow...this store has everything you need for beauty supplies and also stocks some awesome woman hair care products that you will not find in other stores. The manager is knowledgeable about the products he has in stock and if you have any questions he is willing to answer. Prices are excellent and service is top notch. I definitely will be stopping by again in the future for any beauty and hair care products.

These people sold me a defective mask and when I went to exchange it they refused citing that they werent accepting exchanges right now even though their receipt says they do, clerk01. This mask had the elastic band stretched out & was at best defective, possibly used. It was my first time shopping there & will be my last which is a shame because I was excited that they carried a lot of the stuff that I buy on Amazon. Try to support a local business owned by immigrants & this is how they thank you! Never again will I go there.

Amazing place to go for hair care products and quality service. Most beauty stores see you as a number but they satisfy your needs as a customer and they provide good costs for their products. Definitely would recommend!

I was very disgusted in this store. A man that worked there or probably own the store kept following me in the store. I like to freely shop without someone over my shoulder. I really dislike someone acting like everybody shoplifts. What is the point of having cameras when you still going to follow customers in the store. This was my very first time visiting this store. I had two items I really wanted to purchase but Instead I handed them to him and told him why. I will not ever revisit this store and I will be passing the word on about my experience. I will continue giving Operah my business.
