What an outstanding group of personel! The service was quick and very attentive and Charles, our waiter, was on point with providing my best friend and I with incredible service. We didnt have to ask for anything, he knew what and when to accommodate us. Also, the food was delicious and well prepared. 😋

I am at a loss as to why I have never heard of this store. I literally spent 3 hours in there. Its got anything you may need to home decor. Including outstanding seasonal items.The staff was great and super friendly and helpful.My only issue was the overall organization of the store and it was often hard to locate prices on certain items. Another confusing aspect was trying to find actual clearance items since they had clearance signs everywhere.Cant wait to go back for more! With my years of retain experience, I wanted to create a daily plan for overall store improvements.. but Im a dork and overthink everything!

Pretty nice place with a wide variety of seasonal and items for the house. Biggest complaint is the way they handle check out is just horrible. It looks like it was designed in the 1980s.

I went to the At Home store in Kenner looking for a really large pot for some medium sized trees. I was not disappointed because they had a really large selection. This is a good place and I will be back soon.

There were many lovely items to see everywhere. I spent hours checking it all out and bought several things. However I felt the prices a tad high for the quality of some purchases I really wanted and needed for gifts. Most prices comparable to similar stores. I made purchases anyway instead of ordering on line. The cashier was excellent and very well versed on discounts for the opening of a new credit account. There was a very well mannered service gentleman who helped me carry my large purchases to my car and arrange them carefully before closing the doors and wishing me a good day. Good job At Home!

Great place to find that missing piece for your home. Huge selection of rugs, chairs, outdoor pots, knickknack, wall decor, pillows. They have a little bit of everything and alot of many things.

I did not have a chance to get the full shopping experience after waiting so long to shop there. After having to wait 35 minutes for the only working electric cart ( the other 2 were broken), I only perused 4 isles before the battery lost power. I managed to get it back to the front of the store and a very kind associate to get me a regular cart to help get back to my car. I was so disappointed about my 1st experience here. If I decide to return l guess Ill have to pull out my own scooter to get through the store. The glimpse I had has me intrigued.

Terrible 1st time experience. Staff everywhere, but none courteous enough to ask a customer if they need help, while observing said customers walk around aimlessly looking for a particular item. The store is a mess!!!! Had my OCD level at its highest level and actually contributing to some anxiety. Prices are very high for what they are selling. Oh and everywhere you look there are these signs that say clearance items if marked with a red or green stripe. I found 1 table in the middle of the store with a red clearance banner, which was atrocious, but nothing else anywhere and these sticker signs are displayed everywhere but on items. So, I would say they really need some help on all levels.

I love this store. Never too crowded, nice atmosphere. It was a mess that day but that was because of the customers. I witnessed it. They have a great selection and appropriate pricing. I am considering getting into home decoration or staging and at home may be my one stop shop!The cushion pictured below is what I bought that day.

Nice store but OMG stay away from the pillow aisles. People throw pillows all over the floor and you cannot take a cart down the aisles but theres always a nice selection of home decor/furnishings. Staff is friendly.

Great storage solutions for my 18 wheeler! The staff and managers are very friendly and helpful. I made the delivery and went in the store to shop. My rig looks awesome now.

I am a local business owner who uses this store for my business needs. This store is by far the worse store in this area. I have driven to Lafayette, Gulfport and Slidell for my needs. The store is probably smaller than the others so there is an issue with stocking. They have been through at least 4 or 5 store managers since it opened. Someone needs to take their time to organize the store. You can not find anything or two things alike. Then if you find it, it’s probably broken, on another isle randomly place behind something else. I get frustrated but the fact that we have the store is actually great. Just wish it was efficiently ran or organized.

This store is like a treasure hunt. You can find some cute stuff if you’re willing to dig.

Huge store, plenty of home decor, furniture and outdoor stuff, all reasonably priced. The problem is that a lot of the products were damaged through poor handling and displaying within the store. Paintings were scratched, furniture edges chipped and dented, so if you are buying something, my advice is to check it over because youll probably find that it is damaged. This store was a bit of a let down for me and my family.

For the most part The AtHome store has everything you’ll need to “decorate” and “organize”your home. The only issue I’ve had recently is the website isn’t transparent when it comes to parts sold separately. I was very excited to do a same day purchase of a dinning table I liked but only to find out the piece that holds the table together was the same price as the table itself. 🤯 very disappointed. Other than that experience At Home Store is great the people are kind and I could shop there all day. 🤣

Always good to shop BUT. Had a lot of out of stocks and holes and frustrating that advertise 40% off rugs on sale and outdoor cushions and stuff but NEVER actually have any marked with red clearance. Ever.

This store is my hobby and my go to for a piece of mind there is something for every room in the house, inside and out.... I love this STORE

We really like the merchandise carried in this store. The prices are reasonable. My pet peeve is that they are always understaffed. The wait line at the register is always slow. Every visit I have witnessed frustrated shoppers just leaving their carts and walking out the door.

Not following COVID precautions. Some employees as well as customers were not wearing masks. When brought up to manager he seemed unconcerned and made excuse of that employees mask is too loose so sometimes does not have on. Employee should have been sent home and not return until has proper public safety equipment. They also need to enforce mask use.

I so love this store. No one is ever around to help u. I get itchy eyes and skin when I go but love going in this big store. Just love it. Could go every day. I have meds for my issues . love the store

Chaotic. Customers definitely not respecting social distancing, even though the aisles marked one way, markings on the floor at registers, and signs everywhere. The store itself was a mess. Only one of three cashiers was working to move customers.

I used to like this home goods store. This is the second time ive visited and the store was junky. No organization at all. Stuff was everywhere, especially in the kitchen supply area. I didnt even go down the aisles because of the presentation.

Lots of stuff packed into one store. I went to buy pots for my plants. Ended up buying a few fun looking ones. They were buy one get one half off. I ended up buying ones on clearance so I was delighted at checkout when I got the buy one get one half off too. Usually stores prohibit taking additional sales discounts from clearance items.

This is obviously a chain establishment. The selection of goods is very decent but good luck trying to check out because they are severely understand at this location. I would hope that management is attending to this shortcoming.

I had the best experience at this store. I was able to turn my rental into the most beautiful home. Tanesha was an employee there that provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs to fill space at their home!

Called the store and recording said “we are now open for business.“ Menu option says press five to speak to store representative. I pressed five. Nothing. Not even an answering machine. Pressed one for store hours. Said open till 10 PM. Drove 30 minutes, got there at 7PM to find out it’s not open. No sign on the door, no Covid statement at the property or online. Nothing. Extremely disappointed.

This place used to be complete chaos and always looked terrible. But I think they must be under new management because I went for the first time in a couple years and it was like a totally different store. Everything in its place, stocked, and staffed. Whoever is running it now is doing a great job and I’m happy to shop there again and also change my previous 1 star review!

The inventory is plentiful, the store is very neat for its size and the amount of traffic flowing in-and-out. Beware theres only 2 cashiers usually working so expect long lines.

Wanted additional storage in the kitchen and found exactly what I needed. Very pleased with the selection, lots of styles, sizes, prices, and materials. The cashier was helpful and very pleasant, too.

I love this store! They have absolutely everything you could imagine! The selection is beyond anything I would have thought.There is just about everything you could need to furnish a new home or create a new look in an old home.The prices are really good and they have plenty of clearance items as well.

Would give 0 stars of I could. Not to sound like a Karen but everything that could of went wrong, went wrong.I was initially overcharged for the wrong product by a large sum, then not assisted with putting my items in my vehicle when told I would be. Lastly, during the process of trying to ship my items, because they wouldnt fit in my car, I was bounced back and forth between calls, associates and the online process only to be told delivery has to be handled in person.I dont believe Ill be going back to this location anytime soon.

The previous time we visited the store it looked like a tornado had blown through. Merchandise strewn on the floor all over the place. This past time the store was much improved! The Christmas selection already out is amazing! I cant wait to go back!

I love this store. It can be overwhelming since it’s so big but there is something for everyone!

Ive find some nice items for livening up my apartment here in the past year. On my last visit, I found several Christmas decorations. Store has a large variety and selection of items - wall decor, rugs, pillows, furniture, baubles, you name it.

This place is amazing. I just wish it wasn’t so cluttered in the clearance area.

Too much store not organize at all

My store has a new Store Director. Im so impressed with the changes already implemented. Its going to look amazing within a couple of months.

The store mgr billy is rude, he did not at all try to help me. His cashiers messed up my entire transaction. The purchase along with the return: He was unprofessional and should not by all means be a “Store Mgr”. I am taking my complain to the corporate office. As a Store mgr he should be able to take care of a customer for $25, over a mistake that his cashiers made. This is far from over Mr Billy.I am a very upset customer, and I won’t spend another penny in that dump

Hobby Lobby has way better prices on everything. Store is too, too big. Phenomenonally overstocked; purchasing here wouldnt make my home special or unique. In terms of assistance? I saw one emplyee in entire store.

This place is like the Big Lots of home decor. Its massive. You will literally get lost. The staff is MIA other than the area by the cash registers, but the odds are you wont need much help as all the aisles are clearly labeled. Beware you may spend your entire pay check here.

I give it three star because this was the first time stepping into a at Homes and well the service wasnt good, the Isles were a mess and I didnt see any employees to help us with anything so like 9 minutes in an well we just left. Im not going to lie but the variety of iteams they had was endless but what fun was that when I couldnt walk into them and nothing was in its place an no one was was there to help.
