This was really a wonderful experience. Cat was a pleasure to work with. She was kind, honest and extremely informative. I had a bad experience being a curvy girl and an edge sleeper with my previous mattress and she was very easy to talk to about which mattress would hold up better for MY issues. Cat is definitely an asset to Mattress Firm.

I believe the mans name is Mr. Tim he was very professional and friendly and explained the difference in the meanings of the beds he helped us pick out the best bed for us. Im not entirely sure how to write this review... if I laid it all out I would sound bonkers. I walked out of a Mattress Firm with what could only be 200 inside jokes. This was the absolute most fun Ive ever had dropping so much money. Kelsey was a wonderful help and a great sport. We had good news, we had bad news; Im still not sure which was which. No biohazards and we made it out alive. Though... Im not sure if Im in the same universe, or even the same person I was when I walked in. I laughed, I cried; it moved me, Bob.Oh, and the beds were fine too. Its a mattress store. I bought a mattress. Very expensive mattress (>$3,000). Seems to be worth it though. I was not offered delivery service. When I went to their warehouse to pick it up, they put it on my truck but didnt strap it down. Good thing I had my own straps and knew what I was doing.

When I called to make the appointment I spoke with Chris. He was really friendly and very helpful. We got to the appointment and were greeted by Chris. It was nice to put a face with the voice. Very friendly salesperson let me sample different pillows . Not sure what I was lookin for just went with what she recommended for a comfortable pillow . Was time for a upgrade and she helped with her suggestions.Unfortunately they only had 1 king pillow so thats what I went with.

I am changing my rating of this location. I have had nothing but issues trying to get a return resolved and cannot even get in touch with a manager. I get told I will hear back by end of the day and still nothing. I have called the corporate number and it sends you right back to the store where there is no manager. I was originally going to do an exchange but I was falsely told my payments would be one price and got a bill for double what so was told. Horrible business.
