They need to do a better job with understanding their inventory, communicating with customers, and respecting people’s time. Was told at 8am they had a tire in stock and would have it ready in 3-4 hours ( even though I had an appointment booked online), at 2pm they called to tell me they in fact did not have the tire and couldn’t get to it until the next day. Luckily the GoodYear across the street had the tire in stock and were able to clean up their mess.

Purchased four new tires, tire pressure monitors and four wheel alignment. The service was awesome! Steve took care of every detail! He even made a special trip to another Firestone facility to get one of the tire monitors. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. The work performed was excellent and our car drives like new! We will be back and recommend this facility to all of our friends and relatives.

Was hearing my brakes sounding like a bus was stopping once I brought it in the sound just went away musically. Cartez came with me on a test drive and he was very helpful, patient and understanding.

Edited to updated(4 almost 5 years later! )Brought my 2012 corvette in for a set of Firehawks from Brian( same amazing guy as last time years and years ago!) And again phenomenal service. As anyone who owns theses cars knows finding somewhere to do the work you cant yourself and not totally screw your car up is actually hard. There isnt a scratch on my rocker panels and no scuffs on my rims.I cannot for the life of me beat the price or the quality of service and I trust them with my sports cars.(Review from literally 4 years ago! On my 2007 mustang!)Service was fantastic i got there early they already had my tires pulled they got my car right in and i was done in an hour

Dishonest and rude service. I had an appointment and the assistant manager or manager said that it wasnt in the system when I specifically talked with him over the phone. He was rude and unprofessional. I am not sure why there were so many good ratings but dont be fooled like I was.

I stopped by with an appointment to analyze my battery. The gentleman was very nice. He cleaned my battery and sent me on my way. This was an excellent customer service. experience

I went to Firestone Saturday 08/15/20 after running into some issues with my a/c with my SUV, I went as a walk-in in the evening and Moe fitted me in on time to accommodate my needs and got my a/c back blowing cold for an affordable rate. Made an appointment 1 week before I went in. Appointment was for 9 am. Got there for 8:45am. Was told that even though I had an appointment it would be around 3 pm before they could get me in. They had people just walk in. Why make appointments for people if you will not honor them.

I have no real complaints about the service. Everyone was nice and very attentive to my needs. I just can’t believe how expensive tires have become, especially when you consider I own a 29-year-old vehicle with 14 inch wheels. $75 for one tire? Really? I used to get four for $99 at Firestone. The good old days are gone forever!

I set up an appointment Friday 05/15/20 online for Monday 05/18/20 at 1pm and was called to tell me Firestone was not able to honor that appointment and if I wanted to leave my car with the overnight the could get to it Tuesday...REALLY?????? Dont go to this store, they are liars and cheats. My sister and niece dropped off her car for a cooling fan. I checked her car myself, and nothing else was wrong with it. They told her radiator was blown because the fan wasnt working. I took it to The Radiator Shop and they tested it as I watched, and nothing was wrong with it. They took advantage of 2 women they knew wouldnt question it. There are too many other HONEST places to go, dont go to Firestone

Guys always give me good customer service, especially Mike. Yes they are slow if you are a walk in but Ive never waited there so it hasnt bothered me. Better to make an appt. Always do a good job and have good promos on tires and oil changes especially if you join their email list.

Mike was great. I set up an appointment over the phone and he helped me pick out the right tires, but they needed to be ordered. He called me back 20 minutes later to let me know he located some tires at a better deal and could take me right away.They were slammed busy, but they were done in a few hours.I have bought 4 sets of tires from them and will continue to comeback. Always courteous. Always clean.

They took the appointment online, sent an e-mail stating I would receive a call if the time changed, no call received and when I went for my appointment time could not drop off my car.

We were visiting New Orleans when our van broke down. We managed to get it to the Firestone on Sunday morning about 10:00 AM. They quickly figured out what was wrong and let us know. We asked them to do the work and they started right away. The team went above and beyond to make certain our van got fixed even with challenges with parts that werent available on Sunday. Thanks to their great work we werent stranded and were able to get home safely. Well be back!

Staff are liars or incompetent. I go to get a simple patch. I am told it will be an hour. No problem. 2 and a half hours later and 3 times being told Im next,car is still not in service bay. Just tell the truth if its going to be a long time. If you dont know say you dont.

Great service, Brian Breaux, the manager is honest and kind when explaining Services for my vehicle, i will come back again.

Service was fine. Grossly overcharged for coupons they didnt honor. Didnt call about upcharges. Did service and never once said coupons from their website wouldnt be honored. This was for oil change and ac check so nothing complicated.

Peaceful place where you wont feel annoyed waiting for your car to be repaired. The customers in The morning are older and friendly for the most part. The service staff is professional and pay attention what younsay and request be done to your vehicle. They all have coffee and restrooms available for all customers.

Back for the third time trying to get a tire balanced. Now they are blaming the aftermarket wheels for the problem, but Delta world tire had them balanced the first time with no problem. I usually avoid Firestone for this reason, but they were the only place open on Sunday to fix a puncture in my tire.

Went in for a front in alignment with a one year warranty prices wasnt bad but then received a call saying i needed shims(spell check) which would be extra ok so I agreed to pay the extra 100+ since it required so many long story short recieved my car and it still was pulling to the right brought it back they said it was off an half inch ok cool drive off again same problem still pulling to the right so at this point Im very upset decided that they obviously dont kno what theyre doing brought it to ntb upon inspection they said I needed shims and that the diagnostic shows it pulling to the right 😡 long story short I was charged twice for the same thing that Firestone couldve fixed the first time again

I will not return was in town was unable to get my tire service and was told that would be a 3 to 4 Hour wait so I left as I cannot even go run an errand and come back I told that I had to leave my vehicle why would I have to leave my vehicle for 3 to 4 hours and you not even working on it only there to get my tire pressure checked

Didnt do anything that was supposed to be done, went in with 1 bad tire and one flat, fixed the flat and just put air in the bad tire, went to pick up vehicle and low tire light was on SMH just left and took it across the street to goodyear and they had to redo the tire Firestone patched and replaced the bad tire in a little under 2 hrs, will never step foot in there again

This location is one notch above useless. I brought my work commuter in to have the oil changed, coolant flushed, and transmission fluid changed. They wouldnt change the transmission fluid because of some bs about changing the transmission fluid in a car with a lot of miles on the fluid can damage the transmission. No need to even make fun of that because its already so stupid on its own. Okay, no problem.They called me to let me know my front tires were getting low on tread. Okay, rotate them. Then the guy fed me some bs about some million dollar scientific study that concluded that it was safer in wet weather to have the better tires on the rear. It doesnt take a scientific study to know that the tire with the best tread will be better in the wet. The problem is that I dont need my car to understeer to drive it safely. So then after a 3 minute back and forth he has to go check with his manager to see if he can rotate my tires. Seriously?Then I ask about bringing my other car in for new rear tires and get fed some line that its corporate policy that we can only install tires purchased from us, or shipped to us. Every other firestone location Ive dealt with since 1997 has had no issues installing tires. They just have to have to stickers on them to ensure that they are new.Never coming to this location again.

I had my car tires balance and rotation at Sams Club in Kenner yesterday I drove my car this morning to work on the interstate and noticed that my steering wheel was shaking wish I was pretty sure it was out of balance so I brought it to Firestone and they did the balance and now my car rides smooth thank you especially MOE who confirmed me that it was way out of balance.

Everytime i come here the guy in the front has an attitude, today he turned me down on doing what i needed to get done, said that by the time i get there all his techs are gone, i get out at 4:30 from work -.-, plus how is that my fault they close at 7 and he said they wouldnt have time for me...i bought the firestone lifetime alignment, brand new tires, and always get synthetic oil change there....this is horrible customer service

This place doesnt even deserve a single star. my car been acting up ever seince i brought it to this place, i went there 3 times trying to get them to fix my brakes (the ones they messed up) and my brakes still suck. worst mistake bringing it to this place. people go somewhere else.

I purchased a set of tires from them and I love them but I went in to have them rotated and had them check the breaks they told me that I need to have all of my breaks changed for 1000 . When I had my oil changed at a local shop I use I had them check the breaks and only the front needs to be changed.
