I reported a non-work related matter today. (I will not go into detail) The owner responded to me and verified the matter and said it will be taken care of. Im very happy this was taken seriously and received such a fast response time.

Actually 1 star is too much, Id rather work at a gas station before I work for this company. Not about to get in to details but I just recently quit for a reason. Funny thing about it is they have yet to send my paycheck for the post I worked. Day number 2 no paycheck yet.Thats the kind of crackhead games they play when you quit on them and a supervisor have to cover a shift that he dont wanna work.

0 communication 0 professionalism supervisors talk to their guards bad threatening them and insulting them.The higher ups string you along this company only cares about their wallet size.Not worth the effort pay is horrible they lie about what you are paid they lie about everything.

This company has no compassion for their employees. They also remove you from a post that you may enjoy being at, and also will cut your hours for a punishment. I was fire this morning for putting my family first. These are the reason why they have a high turn over. Management will try to manipulate you into doing things for them that you don’t want to do for them. In return they screw you. I have never work for a company that has poor management. It’s sad, because even the people they have contracts say they have poor management. One moment your making $12.00hr. The next for punishment, $8.00hr. If your reading this and decide to work for this company. I would strongly suggest that you try another company. The pay sounds good an all. But, this company doesn’t take care of their employees. I’ve had a IPSC for about 6 months. I have been impressed with the system and installation. The equipment and features are the latest technology and easy to use. I initially had a few bugs but they sent a tech back out and it’s been smooth ever since. I’ve been dealing with Kris S. And he is very professional and knowledgeable, and makes recommendations to fit your needs. He explains everything, is very responsive if you call him and he never uses high pressure sales techniques. I just signed up for some additions (doorbell cameras, interior cameras, etc) and I will update my review once installation of my new equipment is completed.

Just had my system installed. The process from sales to installation went very well. All staff involved were very courteous and knowledgeable about the system. I would recommend this company to my friends.

We just had system installed...so this review is solely on sales rep Chris Sepulveda and the installation technician! Our visit with Chris was pleasant! He gave us options of 2 units with explanations of what to expect from each unit! My only wish is when he showed how to operate the units he would plug in both units! He only plugged in the one with the most features in which we chose! He gave 3 selections of services for monitoring which had nice features attached! He assured that we understand the importance of placement of the unit! In the end we felt we were in good hands! As for technician! He was a sweet young man that took his time working diligently assuring his work was 100% applied respectfully! After checking all areas of possible placement of the pad, he explained why there and got my final ok! His work was complete and looking beautiful! We were suppose to receive a key remote but didnt get it for some reason! Ill return a few months later to post review on my experience with the unit and monitoring services!

One of the best people I have the privilege to work with. Inner Parish is focus bound, and pretty loyal to those who are willing to dedicate themselves, and work to not only better themselves, but the company too. I started at the bottom, and am now a Field Supervisor. This is my career choice, and I highly recommend IPSC to anyone looking to join the Security business.

I have had my system for 7 months. This is the third time We are having problems with the alarms not going off properly. I have been waiting for a return call from the company for 3 days (evetyday Im calling having to leave another message) to have them come check the equipment. Today I walk in my house at 4:07am the alarm nor the motion detector went off. I call the dispatcher to advise I am in my home and the alarm is not going off. The dispatcher Jasmine was very nice and professional but she could only take message. My motion detector finally went off at 4:33am. What a joke! I do not recommend this company, very unprofessional and does not follow through nor do they protect! 26 minutes for an alarm to activate is unacceptable!

IPSC is the worst security company I have ever worked for. I was with them seven years. Trust me when I tell you do not go to work for these people. You will be forced to do a lot of extra work that has nothing to do with security. You will be required to hand out Cokes and coffee, fill ice bins, change fountain drink dispensers, pop popcorn, take out trash, clean casino and record numerical readings from video poker machines. I remember one casino where the guards were required to walk the managers dog. Keep in mind you are paid $8 or $9 per hour and have all this extra work to do. If you refuse to do any of the extra work, you get removed from the post. Stay away from IPSC!

During having ipsc working for me i have been feeling more safe and more comfortable at my work place and i would not suggest any other security company working for me

Just want to let u know that u have one of the most impressive, knowledgeble, courteous n extremely patient technicians by the name of Krristopher Sepulveda, who is definitely an asset to your company.

Only worked with them a few days, but so far no complaints

What a joke disorganized unorganized I think the way they do things is illegal and is just an absolute mockery of the security industry and how things are done. How this place is allowed too carry out security within the security industry is an absolute mockery of the security industry and how it should be run, this company should be ashamed of themselves.
