Kevin, the owner, is not a man of his word. I told him I was not happy with the countertop after they installed it. He told me the cabinets were not level. Okay so lets level them?! Nope!! They went ahead with the job and this is what I got suck with. Plywood under the countertop. He said he understood and just wanted me to be happy. He would come by and get the countertop and give us a full refund. As we just moved in, boxes still unpacked, he said Ill give you a month to decide. Very kind of him. How thoughtful. Nope!! I called him 3-4 days later. He said Ill see you in court. No refund.

They did my parents kitchen beautifully!!! They’ve worked with me on a few pieces of furniture I’ve redone. Everything they touch comes out beautiful! They are talented and very knowledgeable! I’m a hard critic but I must say they are my go to place! Even if your not sure what to choose they are so creative and will show you ideas!!!! Check them out, I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!

The seams on my kitchen quartz countertops are very evident and the owner said they cant do any better. Perhaps if they had used a colored epoxy it wouldnt be so noticeable? The seam behind the faucet was left untouched because they felt the faucet hid it! Not if youre on the side! One counter they made too large and installed it anyway. Hello? Do you have eyes?? After I complained, they removed it, cut it to size, and reinstalled. The caulking they used fell out after less than 2 months. They said it was a new product and that they would order something else. It seems like every time something went wrong, the owner always had an excuse. Ive been doing this 40 years and have never come across this before! was used frequently, or some lame reason or someone elses fault. I will never use this company again, nor would I recommend them.

My husband and I recently purchased some new countertops. It took a while of shopping around, but after our search was done we chose the CounterTop Factory. Im very particular, and they worked with all my ideas. I felt like they genuinely cared about how the job came out, and wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied as customers.
