Our brand new counter tops had to be replaced due to staining and discoloration 1 year after install. 1 year later the counter tops are doing the same thing. I called the store multiples times over a 2 month period one tech came out and assessed the countertops said he gave the info to the install manager Chris Sanchez. Three weeks went by and we heard nothing . Left a message for Mr. Sanchez again, to receive a voicemail from him stating a tech was gonna be sent to our house to assess the counter tops. When the tech called me I told him we already had someone come out and look at our counter tops, they even took pictures. He told me he remembered us from the first replacement the counters should not have done that and that all of our countertops would have to be replaced in the entire home. He stated he forwarded our info again to Chris Sanchez. Weeks later I contacted the Tech again he said he would resend the info to Chris again. After reaching out to the manager Chris Sanchez for over 2 months he finally answered my call today and said I dont have an answer for you I turned it over to the owner. He did transfer me to the owners voicemail, we will see how long it takes to get a call back. I find them to be very unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone.

When my granite was being installed I wasnt home and when I got home I didnt like it at all. They said they would replace it. I just got home from picking out my new granite and love it. No extra charge.

They came quickly to measure and then install the countertops - but I’ve been waiting three weeks for a response from them when we noticed a crack in the quartz. I’ve called three times so far. For that reason, I would not recommend this company.

Had a small problem with part of the installation and Stone Interiors contacted me by way of Lowes and quickly fixed the problem. Hyler, myinstaller, really impressed me with his professional, friendly manner.

Paul & Steph demoed my counters & backsplash & installed my countertops and they did an EXCELLENT job! They worked late into the night to make sure the job got done and my new countertops are beautiful. I just sit and stare at them. Paul was SO knowledgeable and they took care to make sure I got quality work. They even cleaned up!!! Like I held off on a couch delivery because I expected it to be dusty but I’m pretty sure they left my kitchen cleaner than it was when they came in!! Top Quality and professionals who know the job & do it well!

Mr. John helped us with the selection of the stone that can match with our cabinets and of course with his expert advice we end up selecting the beautiful stone. Mr. John is the perfect example of professionalism and customer care. As per our request, Mr. Paul made sure that we get the installation done on our requested time frame. Our installers, Mr. Nick and Justin did remarkable job installing the granite promptly and kept everything neat and clean. They were very organized, efficient, and professional. From the first time i spoke with the salesperson to the end of the install at my rental, the people of Stone Interiors have been great to work with! Everyone has been friendly, helpful, answered all my questions, and had great communication with me about the process as we went along. The countertops turned out much nicer than i had expected and the installers were great. I have another install coming up with them at my personal home and i am excited to see how great they will look after seeing the first job!

Kitchen install absolutely 5 star, Fireplace install 0-Disaster.I called and emailed pics on 12/4 days after install on my first viewing. Kitchen seams perfectly smooth, not visible. Fireplace looks like floor tile in 4 unfitting pieces and left side has large gap from top corner down almost halfway. looks like it was cut in a ZigZag on each side because no edges match or no smoothness. I want it done over. Husband told the measurer we wanted one piece on FP. NO ONE said otherwise. No response to my phone call after she gave me email I sent photos and it is 17 days later and not one response to either of us. Refund or do it right. I will contact my lawyer on this one. Thanks Home Depot and Nola Stone.

We are happy with the installation of our granite countertop by Stone Interiorsof St. Rose, La. They did a great job; the only reason I didnt give a 5-starrating is because of an hours long delay in completing the job....although itwasnt exactly the fault of the installer. Other than that, everything went great.I would recommend them to others...we purchased the granite through HomeDepot in Broussard, La and Layden (not sure its spelled right) was theH.D. employee that worked with us. He is knowledgeable and helpful, eventhough I changed my mind twice on the granite choice before I picked theone we went with. Absolutely beautiful and looks great in our kitchen. Iwould recommend Stone Int. of St. Rose and Home Depot of Broussard, La.
