10-11-2020 Sunday evening. So we was watching a television program about ice cream decided to find something local. Baskin Robbins was the closest place and I decided to go. There was a long in front of the store, they must have a good product. The line did not last that long, they were pumping the customers out in a timely manner. I let one of the waitresses pick my order. She did a good job. Everyone was professional, everyone was polite and the store appeared to be clean.

This location is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The interior was very clean and the employees all had on masks. The lady packing the ice cream didn’t have on gloves, but I watched to make sure her hands didn’t touch the ice cream.So I’ve been on the hunt for really good butter pecan ice cream. I’ve tried several local ice cream shops and grocery stores, but nothing tasted like what I remembered from my childhood. Finally, I thought about Baskin Robbins and decided to give it a try. This is it...the best butter pecan ice cream ever! I got a pint of butter pecan and a pint of creole cream cheese ice cream. I was shocked to see the creole cream cheese because I was planning to get some from the Creole Creamery. I’m glad I gave Baskin Robbins a chance because it was sooo good! I’ll definitely be back for a quart of both flavors.

This store does not comply with ADA disability laws in any way. They refused to serve me because I have a service dog. On top of that they were incredibly rude. I have been to many other Baskin-Robins locations that happily serve me as well as ask if my service dog needs anything, however this location told us to leave even tho they legally are required by ADA laws to accommodate all disabilities. I will not return to this location. It’s heart when the care of others is not put first.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We didnt have masks and so I was going to ask to buy some for my boyfriend, myself, and our 3 kids. Before I could even ask one of the 3 very rude young girls behind the counter told us to leave. On our way out I told them I was going to buy each of us a mask and a different one of the very rude girls behind the counter told my boyfriend theyd rather us not eat there! After being treated so horribly in front of our 3 kids who were so scared by the encounter it brought them to tears we will NEVER return to that location even if someone offered to pay us!!! The ONLY reason theyre getting a 1 star review from me is because I have to in order to post this review.

I love the creole cream cheese ice cream and the waffle bowls. They do NOT answer the phone and they also take it off the hook. I recommend Coldstone Creamery and Marble Slab.

Took my kids cause we were in the area and out for a little treat. Got 10ft in the door and asked to leave cause the little kids didn’t have masks. The kids didn’t understand and I was in shock not at the mask policy but at its delivery. Will not be returning.

Great little Baskin-Robbins shop tucked away in a strip mall. Theyre open till 9:00 p.m.

I dont understand how its 2018 and racism/discrimination seems to still exist! The most annoying thing ever. Literally was the only black person in the location amongst non black/brown people one day. Every single person was greeted except myself. Then when I was finally assisted my order was wrong. Asked a lady to warm my cookie and she got upset for some reason. Then clearly burned it as she and I could both smell it and handed it to me smiling. Have not been back since. This is absolutely ridiculous. Like seriously. Its 2018...

The young lady behind the counter was wonderful. I bought a 3 gallon of my husbands favorit for his birthday .

We dont have many baskin Robbins around where we live and thank goodness for that. The place literally robs people for buying ice cream. My daughter got a sundae and so did I and my wife got a banana split and it was over $24. That is awful!! I honestly cant believe how much a couple extra toppings are. $0.99 per topping and they give you next to none. We definitely hope more dont pop up around the country. They get a 2 star for the ice cream being good instead of a 1 though.

I went yesterday i love the ice cream... but..... the lady in the counter she ask my husband and i what do we want ...and we said we dont know yet... and she said then just leave if u cant make up your mind.......so rude.. so nasty... i been working hospitality this is not how you treat your guest no matter what....everybody has a bad day but u dont bring that to your work.......she said she just joking but thats not funny at all....

The only thing better would be 50 flavores. Their regular cones are too small.

This place messed up my sons bday cake and then told me to come back next day to speak w a manager. Place is always dirty tables amd seats. NOT impressed.

I always order a hand packed peanut butter and chocolate quart!So now it’s not fully packed and it’s chocolate with no peanut butter! Will NEVER go visit Baskin and Robbins ever again!So disappointed!

That store is weighing ice cream by ounces! The Handpacked Quart is not a full quart. I will probably NEVER go there because the owner is not doing the right thing for customers who want a full quart!
