Water ice stuffed with Dole whip is where it’s at! I may never eat another snoball again! I’ve tried every flavor of their water ice and they are all good. The owners and employees are awesome too. Please open a location in Metairie so I can come everyday!

I got a wedding cake while my friend got cookies and cream ice cream. It was pretty good and cheap. The location is clean. The staff is friendly. There are indoor and outdoor seating options.

Got the crawfish nachos and strawberry water ice today. it was really good and the girls that served me were working very hard to keep the line moving. Ill be back to try more water ice flavors.

Everything was spot on! The ice was so soft, the flavor was perfect and they were very generous with the syrup! The prices are great too! The wait time was a little long but they were packed so that was to be expected! So glad I found this place!

If anyone love Italian ice they need to try Flavors water ice. Strawberry lemonade is the best in my opinion. The employees were so humble that they earned loyal customers that day. They also serve nachos, hot dogs, tamales and something I highly recommend, the corn and crawfish soup.

Ive been here a few times and their service in terms quality food and when they serve is great. It does seem like they are short staffed as of now so the good thing is that they had a hiring sign hung up.A useful suggestion would be that there could be other employers who clean the tables after each customer. I couldnt see this after I left and assume that this is so naturally, but just bringing it up because when I went there wasnt alot of people and some dont stay and sit, so one may forget to clean after especially if a mess wasnt made or any signs of usage.

Nectar Cream - good ice, great syrup. Milkshake-like texture that made it impossible to suck the syrup out and leave an iceberg behind. Highly recommended. Polite staff, efficient service.

I have been coming here a long time. I just came to buy a water ice and I wanted to try the coconut flavor. She said the only flavors they had were cotton candy and watermelon. I chose the cotton candy. The water ice looked as if it had been sitting out and not firm like it usually is.I sent my son to get me a banana snowball, since that is my usual order and I was displeased with the water ice. It tasted horrible. Big difference from the other time we had it.He witnessed the same lady get her white customers the coconut water ice.I threw my water ice I purchased in their trash can outside. I decided to not go in and make a scene.I won’t be back.

What I love about this place is that that the snoballs are super soft, unlike other snoball places where the ice is hard. Plus, its pretty cheap, yet its really good and the sizes are big.

Highly disappointed in whoever decided to message me on my business page, upset, that I left a negative review. Most businesses will reach out to see how they might improve their service. Not send me a message saying Ill see what its like to have my business negatively critiqued. Last I checked this platform is a place for people communicate their thoughts and opinions. And I most certainly have a right to mine.I would also like to note that I believe I got this establishment mixed up with one thats closer to metairie. The request for reviews sometimes scroll by so quickly that I often accidentally click stars or even review the wrong places. If I had been approached in a more professional and respectful way, we could have cleared up that confusion, and a constructive and productive conversation, and I would have GLADLY changed my review. But now my one star stands in regards to being sought out on a social media sight and approached so distastefully.

Ice is very soft and fluffy, and if stuffed with their famous cheesecake, or just ice cream, your sure to never try another place! Menu has many selections, and nothing is over priced in any way! They even take credit cards! This is my regular spot, and will continue to be my regular spot!

They have over 48 flavors. The ice is soft and if you put it in the fridge it comes out just like you just bought it, no hardened ice!They sell homemade tamales, nachos and stuffed sno-balls.It employs some of the coolest and friendliest young people. Try it youll like it.

My niece and I went to Hawaii last year, and I fell in love with the ice cream at the Dole Pineapple Plantation. While in Hawaii that became a daily routine eating the pineapple swirl. She surprise me with the same flavor last Friday and I have been there since. I enjoyed the craw fish nachos as well. Of course I had to have a snowball to go. It was worth the drive.

Snowballs taste like they are diet or watered down. The ice tastes weird. The sizes dont match the costs. Youre better off driving a few more miles to sonnys to pay $1 for what you would pay for a large here. And a better tasting snoball

Absolutely the most family friendly, and welcoming place Ive been so far! On top of that, their prices are the best around for the sizes, and the softest fluffiest ice in the city! They are in a corner and hard to discover, but you will be happy you made the find! Out of all the stands I have been too, this one by far is the best, and I will continue to go their until they lock me out!

Not sure how to message privately though so Ill do my best here. I came to your establishment on this past Friday roughly between 1:00 - 2:30pm. It was raining. I ordered 5 snowballs. Albeit, the snowballs were really good. My kids, niece and nephew loved them (the sizes are really good portion as well). I was not greeted or spoken too until I made eye contact and started saying my order. The employee making the snowball did ask a question to confirm something which was nice. But when the order was completed and put on the counter, no here you go or thank you for coming or the standard confirmation rundown of your snowball order when done. Nothing. They did put the snowballs in a cupholder, again which was nice. That, in a nutshell, was my experience. Hope this helps.

The flavors are delicious, the ice is shaved super fine. The service is on the slower side but there is nice indoor seating while you wait. We come here weekly when we can.

The different options at Flavor are amazing! Great secret spot in Kenner to satisfy your sweet tooth. They have added outdoor seating so plenty of spots to hang out. We stopped on our way home from the Kenner dog park and they even gave our dog a puppy snoball!

VERY smooth snoball ice.

We ordered 2 banana splits at 1 PM today(when they opened, we were the second order of the day) We had to wait over 25 minutes, not because they were busy. But because the owner had to leave and go to Walmart for bananas and Hershey syrup. No one told us anything until we waited over 10 minutes for the items. And the guy working said sorry the owner had to go grab bananas. Why didnt they say this when we ordered. We would have went somewhere else. This place was a total disappointment and the banana splits were not worth the wait nor the price of $16.00. Seems someone needs to make sure they have stock before they open there doors each day.

Omg, the snowballs, Crawfish nachos, and customer service are AMAZING. I tried Flavors for the first time and had to go back the next day. The roasted marshmallow cream was delicious, I paid for a small and it was so big it seemed like a large. The nachos were delicious it was like eating a meal. I was so stuffed after that scrumptious treat. I have told others about how great this snowball stand is. Its a hidden gem in Kenner.

BEST SNOBALLS YOU WILL EVER HAVE! I WAS BLOWN AWAY HOW GREAT THEY TASTE AND THE PRIDE THAT GOES INTO EVERY SNOBALL AND ANYTHING THEY MAKE. You can put these in the freezer and pull it out days later and the ice is so smooth its like your first bite when you bought it. I cant say enough how great this place is. MUST TRY AND YOU WILL BE HOOKED!!!!!

This place is a little out of the way but really worth the trip. The snoballs are made with super soft ice that doesnt water down the flavor as it melts. Lots of choices of snoball flavors, ice cream, and they even make Dole Whips! There are a few savory treat options also like nachos. A few small tables inside cute decor. Each snoball, sundae, and treat is handmade so they take their time to make it delicious.

Great family owned and operated business. Love their melt-in-your-mouth ice and variety of flavors. My newfound love is Ghirardelli chocolate and toasted marshmallow together. Yes, the toasted marshmallow has that toasted flavor. Not only do they sell snoballs but they also have ice cream products and an array of snacks like homemade tamales, hot dogs, nachos, brownies and soup when available. There is seating available inside and out. Open 7 days a week.
