Had plenty in the store for 2 weeks after hurricane Ida. No long lines during the day. Always like to use my app to build points and rewards. Get the app easy to use to get the discount prices.

This store has some things different than Walmart. Seafood fresher and steaks look nicer than Walmart. Enjoy shopping and checking out the local foods they have to offer for Louisiana

The Lil self checkout cashier saved me today and I want to Personally Thank her for being kind and understanding I know these are stressful times and she could have pretended she didnt know but she found compassion and treated me with kindness THANK YOU You have a kind and insightful employee there in your store 9/23/21

Winn Dixie on Williams in Kenner has become one of the worst! The shelves are ALWAYS bare,management and customer service workers are all rude and good luck finding 2 registers open with lines up the aisles.

Walgreens systems were shut down, so I had to go to this pharmacy and let me tell you! It was like night & day! The pharmacist & staff at Walgreens (in Luling) are so mean & stiff & always rude. The pharmacist & staff at this Winn Dixie are the BOMB! Not only were they VERY quick, but they were SO nice! My husband called them back later to ask some questions & the pharmacist actually took the time to answer his questions & offer suggestions. It was so weird because the people at Walgreens are always rushing to get off the phone. I think we will take our business here from now on.

Since the hurricane, everything was scarce. The staff as over worked and sort of rude. I dont blame them, but some of us were just as wore out. Could be better. Keep your heads up and lets recover yall.

Great place to do groceries, is always clean and well stocked. I have not encountered long lines either feel safe shopping there especially in the middle of the pandemic.

I go to my local Winn-Dixie when I am fed up with the hustle and bustle of the larger chain stores. I love my neighborhood Winn Dixie. I always feel welcomed and recognized. Plus, they always have excellent specials on better quality meats.

Love this store. So glad they didn’t close with all the Economic challenges over the years, especially now with this Pandemic People need more stores in their neighborhoods.They always have great sales and the BOGO helps too. Just found the $1 shop in there also.They always have plenty of registers open. Cashiers always friendly. Clientele much better too. Wall World as I call it is a flea market atmosphere. Lower income level customer mentality. I found beautiful live flower arrangements, reasonably priced!! The recipients were very pleased! The person that arranged them did an exceptional presentation!! Ill definitely return when needed!!! Made my Day!

It is my most frequented grocery store. I wish they were better but most things they sell have higher prices than a gas station. Their selection is also pretty weak. Best thing IMO is that they carry Kleinpeter milk. Go here if you are close, but dont bother going out of your way.

The pharmacy staff, and the quality of thereservice was excellent.The store was very clean, and well organized. It was also well stocked. This store is always clean and staff are very nice

They have been my go to for ordering groceries thru the Shipt App but lately they just havent been keeping the stock up. I have a lot of items that I buy every week and they seem to be out of most of them more often than not lately. And it seems to me that if you sell out of chopped fruit every day, you would chop more fruit instead of selling out every day. Im going to have to try the other stores on the app.

Waited in line for 25 minutes at customer service to return an item that was supposed to be Buy one get one free that rang up full price. The long wait was due to shift change I was told by an unfriendly employee after I asked why the long wait. I would expect shift change to be seemless and not 25 minutes in line. I was second in line with about 8 people behind me. At no point did any of the many employees behind the service counter reassure us they would be with us soon...until 15 minutes in I asked why no one was helping us and the reception was far from professional. Its rare I shop at Winn Dixie and itll be a lot rarer now!!

I used to feel safe shopping here because they made people follow the mask mandate. Now each time I go there it seems like more and more people are wandering around without masks not caring about other people. Its just an expensive Walmart now...

Seen some old friends there and found what I was looking for.

In and out quickly most of the time, choice cuts from their deli, fresh & local produce, and most of all- the only place I found that consistently has my Cool Brew vanilla Ice Coffee in the large containers in stock- which alone recruited a regular shopper in myself for my grocery needs! 🧛‍♂️

I love shopping at Winn-Dixie the prints are amazing and you can see if on everyday purchases. My kids enjoy coming to they have the mini baskets for kids to push in through to covid they are taking extra measurement to make sure that the public is safe

We shopped at Winn Dixies pharmacy and we were treated very well, skin care products were not even sent to that pharmacy but the pharmacist arranged to transfer them there for us to get them, in a matter of minutesI didnt get the pharmacist name but she is a young lady, very professional and helpfulHope she gets to hear about this, so deserving !!!Awesome experience👍👍

My girlfriend ROBIN shops here for us and days the staff us great and selection is okay and the biggest complaint is the meat& seafood dept closes too early and sometimes that causes sale items to not be available such as the large head on shrimp. They are also a little smaller than the large head on shrimp at Rouses.

Clean, well stocked, good sales. Cleaning supplies are still elusive due to coronavirus. Oh lysol where art thou.

I havent visited Winn-Dixie since the one closest to me was bought by Rouses. I traveled to this location & was pleasantly surprise by the store condition & layout. The produce section was organized & full of fresh & ripe fruits & veggies. Will definitely return to shop again in the future.

Man 😞 I really hate giving this review but I feel I must. Went in to buy a few things. Of course I did, thats what you do at a grocery store. Passed by the wings while shopping. I thought maybe Ill grab me a few of them on the way out. Well I stopped to get (] all you can fit into this container. I thought sounds like a damn good deal, Im going to fit all of them in here. Well did not get them all but got a good bit. Checked out, on the way home popped the Wings open. Well this sucks their kind of funny tasting. Got home tried another bite had three different flavors. Whoa that one didnt taste too good either. Well at this point it was obvious I was not going to eat them are give them to anybody. I did give some to the dog. He didnt eat them either . All went into the trash. Now Im sure this is only one isolated incident hope it never happened again. But had to put a review in case it did happen again. Somebody might read this..Sorry no pictures of them. But for the record, they didnt look bad at all. Actually they looks good. I even tried to eat another damn one after the two that didnt taste good. €#&%!*£¿

Winn-Dixie is more than just a store. The products there has filled my life with more joy than I can express. Don’t believe me? Stop by and get yourself a famous bag of Elmers Chee Wee’s -a New Orleans specialty. They were on sale when we were there!! Won’t regret!!
