New Orleans FedEx is a joke. Terrible drivers with no interest in actually delivering packages in a timely manner. I dread when somewhere I order from uses them.

Great service and location

Location is convenient because its near the airport which means that shipments leave same day if they arrive by certain time. There is barely any wait time or long lines and staff always appears willing to help and lend assistance when shipping packages.

Very fast and efficient

I never liked Fedex and this location makes my feeling stronger. I went to this location on Dec 24 around 1PM. I want to buy a prepaid envelope. I have done this before many times, but associates at this location refuse to provide me the services claiming that they never heard what is a prepaid envelope. The female associate name is Judith A and the male associate did not give me the name which is the indication that he is not sure about his claim. Very disappointed.

One of the agents there is very rude and not helpful at all. All the others are very nice.

The drop off box was removed from the outside. There is a staffed Fedex store with supplies and the ability to ship if you don’t have a prepaid account. The store is open until 9:15 p.m.

Time I call this office I never gets an answer. Why is that. If there having a layover I should be able to get an answer there for where I can pick my package up. I stay 1mile up the street and its a layover for my address but UPS have delivered my other package today and it was sent out on the same day and they answers there phones :(

Small parking space staff ok

I work in IT. Every time I need a replacement network device sent over night, it is sent by FedEx. Every time (now 6 times) they do not deliver it when expected. It isnt bc of weather. It made it from California to Kenner over night. Now it cant get out of Kenner.

Easy to get to, they ship both express and ground from same site so all in one.

I love going to this FedEx. Always in and out.
