I needed to find a terminal for my battery or something that would be easy to convert- after going to Auto-zone, OReillys and Napa all less than helpful i resorted to Google and found Baxter Auto Parts and i am glad that i did.. i didnt catch the guys name but he was very helpful and honestly a lifesaver, my dad was able to convert over my terminals with minimal hassle. I will definitely not be wasting my time going anywhere else from now on, i wish i would have known to go here prior to wasting my time driving around town..

I’ll BE Returning To “Baxters” since my recent visit:I BECAME A Frequent BAXTER AUTO PARTS Customer back in the mid-late 1970’s in S.E. Portland, Oregon. I was involved with a group of friends who raced at good ol’ Portland Speedway. We always looked forward to doing business with them. And the closest “Baxters” was many miles from N. Portland!!Now I’m a 63 years of age woman, who Still LOVES Autos, living in Kennewick since Nov. 2008.Unfortunately since my 20’s, I’ve had to depend on Auto Repair shops and sometimes getting my Parts Elsewhere.AT “BAXTER AUTO PARTS” on W. Columbia Drive in KENNEWICK, I was politely and kindly assisted (having only One Employee at the moment), so I shopped around as he professionally attended to all Customers, male and female!I WAS NOT TREATED as a Second rate Customer due to my gender! 😁😎Trust me, it does happen... Elsewhere!

Great people . parts get to you quickly

This local parts store has a great selection of parts. And is a must look place for fixing, repairing, or restoring a classic or vintage car. Must say they have some pretty good prices. And then I have been here the staff seen to be pretty knowledgeable. If you need parts I would say give theses guys a shot over the big box guys.

I am super impressed with the customer service and knowledge of the employees! The prices are lower than competitors and they can order parts that other businesses dont carry! Top notch store!!!

In the last three months, I have gone into Baxter many times to get part and pieces for my truck. Every time, I have been provided with great customer service. They are knowledgeable, and willing to help with any questions I had about my truck even if It wasnt related to what I was purchasing. Today, i picked up shocked that I had to order (which I ordered at about 3pm the day before and they arrived the next morning at 9am), and took in my vehicle battery. There were some doubts the issue in the charger so they said they would put it on their charger for an hour and then we can decide if I need a new battery or not. Great company!

Knowledgable and very helpful employees. Large stock of parts, they had what I needed and told me they can get most special orders the next day.

Average auto parts store with above average customer service. I broke down on they way home the other day and they were the closest parts store to stop at. They had the parts I needed, lent me limited tools for the repairs, and let me change a water pump in their parking lot.Limited tools for purchase or rent/loan. Bathroom was less than par and didnt lock.The only reason for the 4th star was their great service, the employees helped in every way they could given their limited resources.
