Excellent customer service! Jen surprised us with a phone call that the Kennewick trek store had built the bike the very same day that we had purchased it for our daughter- who by the way was just so happy to get her bike early!!!! We werent expecting it to be built for 1-2 days, so it was a wonderful surprise and excellent service!!! Highly recommend this Trek team!

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, timely, compassionateband the price for their help is better than reasonable. Even though I didnt purchase my townie go from them, they are the only ones I will trust its future care to.

My husband recently purchased an electric mountain bike online and we went to the store to see what they would have for me-if anything. Even though there wasn’t any currently in the store our experience was great. Scott came and talked to us and answered all of our questions. Customer service was friendly and he was really helpful about letting me know what style of bike would be good for where I would be riding. It’s a great store!

Very disappointed with this location. They are driven by sales at the expense of the user experience. They are very nice, but they are focused on sales. Plenty of other retailers locally who dont operate the same way.

Great shop, solid mechanics, and friendly sales staff. It’s basically like watching an ad for what you want your LBS to be. I don’t currently have a Trek but when I need to get my bike serviced, this is where I go.

Excellent service and a very friendly staff. We walked in with a flat from some of the local thorns and the tech repaired it quickly and gave us some technical advice and tire care and management. Very good experience. Great shop!

I want to join the chorus of kudos for Trek Bicycle Kennewick. I researched and purchased a Trek Supercaliber after many store visits and Q&A sessions with Scott. The crew at the shop have all been incredible, working on my old Gary Fisher to get it trail-worthy and supporting me on the new Supercal and a lot of little gear and wearables purchases. Always professional, always friendly, always patient...and top-notch knowledge and mechanical skills, too. A+ from me!

Every staff member is super helpful and super knowledgeable. It appears that exceeding customers expectations is a store policy. During routine maintenance, multiple staff members have offered to change a slow leaking inner tube with a tube I brought from home. I also bought some bike handles but had not installed them. When I brought the bike in for routine maintenance, the staff said to bring the handles in and that they would install. During that process, they discovered the handles were not appropriate for the type of shifter my bike had, so they credited my account and installed new handles that were appropriate for my bike.I have had several interactions with the owner and employees at Trek Bicycle Kennewick and every time I leave the store I think, That is how a business should be operated!

Jen and the guys were amazing. We bough 2 Marlins and are waiting for another one. The only issue we had was we had to wait 3 months for our bikes but that was not on them. As long as we live in the Tri Cities area we will be their customers.

The Trek shop in Kennewick is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I enjoy my biking experience. For example, when bike parts like tires and brakes were so hard to get due to Covid supply chain challenges, Jen called many other Trek stores around the country to see if she could find me the parts I needed. She hunted for well over 30 days. When she ultimately succeeded, the Kennewick store was great enough to ship them to me because I was out of town for an extended time.

We finally got our Marlin 5 bikes after waiting for two months! To say we were excited is an understatement! I believe Jen helped us I can’t remember her name. But she was amazing! She helped me pick out extra accessories I needed, had the builders shave my seat down a little so I could touch the ground better, she helped re adjust our bike rack on the car. She went above and beyond and was super kind in our first Trek bike purchase! She was great and I will consider this shop our bike shop even though we live an hour away! Thanks for going above and beyond!!!

Very nice experience☆ I went to a few other places with other questions.. just poking around~ I havent had a bike in at least 7-8 years... both guys were very helpful with my stupid questions☆ side note~ (completely unrelated) but I prefer Star Trek to star wars~ so the name was a bonus to me☆

I went to 4 different bike shops in Tri-Cities. This was by far the best place. The other 3 shops didnt even try with their customer service. Scott was kind, patient, very knowledgeable, gave me advice on things I didnt realize I needed to know. The bikes were comparable in price to the other 3 shops; but the service put Trek far above the rest. Will buy all my bikes here in the future.

Great repair shop. Quick and reasonable. The sales staff are nice and helpful for the most part. The COVID-19 rules are exhausting, but at least the shop is open. Ill consider 5 stars when Im allowed to shop for a new bike without a separate appointment when picking up a newly repaired bike I own. I hate wasting my time (and others).

I am totally impressed with the service I am receiving from Jenn and staff. I had been dealing with another small bike business in town and was so disappointed with their customer care that I cancelled my ebike order I had been waiting for for a month (and still my bike was no place in site) thus starting a new search all over again. Within a week Jenn had my beautiful bike and I’ve been enjoying the road ever since. I will be sticking with Trek in the Tri Cities for now on. Thank you Jenn for your kindness and good character. My experiences at this shop were not very good. The whole service was screwed up, they said my bike had been done but no one called and then to come to find out the job was not complete. Then when i got my bike it had not been fixed, i have the same issue. They either out right lied to me and didn’t do the work, fix a shifting problem i stated to them i had, or they just have no diagnostic capabilities and are just a parts replacer, where they just keep replacing parts until it’s fixed. This is a pretty flashy looking place but their values and work ethics are not good. I would try some place else.

I like that when I got put on a list for a Dual Sport 3 womens Small bike they followed through and called me when one came in. We had already purchased one from The Bike Gallery in Portland in late July, but I really appreciate their customer service. Something I couldnt get from my local Trek dealer in Tacoma.

This is a business worth endorsing and has earned my trust and support many times over. When Scott and Jenn noticed what a struggle it was for me to load my bike on a newly purchased bike rack, unbeknown to me, they did research to offer me better alternatives and then fully refunded what I spent on the original rack. Micheal is an amazing bike mechanic and has worked on all three of my bikes. He is now customizing my Amsterdam for me. If you haven’t stopped into this Trek store, I encourage you to do so prior to seeking out another bike shop.

Stopped in today for some minor bike repair after another shop said it would be a week out. They immediately dropped what they were doing and got me taken care of. Had two bikes fixed. Bottom brackets, tire, headset in under 20 minutes. Didn’t have the right headset cal for me so they directed me to another friendly shop a couple miles down the road. What was going to be a week of downtime. No bike for school, and no bike for races. Turned into 100% ready to go in under an hour. The prices were great and people very knowledgeable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Dont make the mistake of labeling this just a corporate store and turning your nose up. Yeah, its a corporate store I get it, but Jenn, Scott & Michael are all passionate riders with YEARS of combined experience in many different bicycle disciplines. I love picking their brains and they are completely understanding we arent all single branded lol. Michael is a killer mechanic, Scott & Jenn are incredible at fitting and the conversation is always lively! Seriously, this is my go to shop these days and its a pleasure calling them friends.

Everyone at the store is really friendly and the team is great at providing an excellent experience when looking for a new bike. They are a fantastic place to go demo your new dream bike and make it a reality. I love my fuel ex 9.8 which i recently bought from them.

All of the staff are wonderful, but I definitely appreciated Jen and Michael’s help selecting the perfect bike for me...and getting the perfect fit on the perfect bike. They literally spent hours with me. Might not be the cheapest bikes in town, but the quality of the bikes and support are most definitely worth it.

Maybe I dont look like a typical cyclist but the three times Ive gone to the shop nobody has said anything to me. First time there was kids playing with all the bikes and nobody that worked there could be found it was loud and I left. Second time shopping for a bike seat for my road bike completely ignored found my seat and nobody could take time and ring me up. Treck reached out to me and gave me some gift certificates so I go in to buy a new helmet and again nodoy wanted to answer my questions or talk to me because of reasons I do no know. There is a bike shop down the hill on 395 that has been helpful and the other shop on Clearwater didnt have the parts I needed but was still helpful and happy to see me.

The folks at the Trek Store are incredibly helpful and friendly. Recently I had a rim fail.at a spoke. They were so helpful and responsive getting it resolved and minimizing my cost. I highly recommend them.

The guys there were great. We were passing through and stopped to go for a ride. They gave us advice on trails and let us change our clothes I really appreciated the hospitality.

I went into Trek looking for a bicycle that I could commute to work on and have fun on local trails. I have ridden since a child, but have never been fitted for a bike or even purchased one that was built for me! I was immediately greeted by the lead mechanic, Michael, who listened to me patiently and pulled out a couple of options for me. It was so cool having the mechanic there to answer my questions about the brakes, show me the ins and outs of the shocks, and why the build of the frame was significant. He provided excellent service and made sure I got exactly what I wanted - even down to the color! I have already recommended the shop many times to friends and family, and will gladly keep spreading the word. If you want excellent service, a great bike, and decent prices - look no further! Trek is for you!

I brought my bike in here on a weekend because I wanted to get it ready for summer.They put in thorn resistant tubes, gave it the once-over and make sure it was well oiled and ready to go for me for a very reasonable price. After that I brought in three of my grandchildrens bicycles and had them do the same! I highly recommend them!

When I became interested in electric mountain bikes (EMTBs), there was a lot to learn. I read all the online reviews I could find, and looked at all the available YouTube videos for to see if I could discern the best bike for my needs.What I learned is that none of the experts could agree on much of anything, and that the industry was growing and changing very rapidly. The burning question for me was, What if something goes wrong with the bike and I need a repair. How do I get parts and expertise, especially since many of the bikes are European?So, I found a Trek store in my area and made a visit. First, the people were very friendly and helpful. Second, I confirmed that there are lots of variables and considerations when purchasing an EMTB. Lastly, the Trek people answered all my questions and showed me real bikes...and had me ride whatever I wanted, just to see how it worked for me.I bought a bike on the spot, and am thoroughly enjoying it.

My son is going to race with the Washington state student cycling league this year and he has worked hard and saved up a lot of money to buy a new bike. He tested out a lot of bikes and ended up liking a Trek. The people at this store are friendly and they have bike trails out the front door. The only reason I cant gve them 5 stars is because $3k is a lot of money to spend on a bike, when other stores are offering 20% off.

Prompt & courteous service in reparing my bike. I own a 12-year old Trek road bike. Recently the real deralleur was broken off in an accident. This turned out to be a major problem because the bike is relatively old. Ive commuted to work on that bike for over ten years, and made a lot of long enjoyable rides. Mike and Scott found the correct parts and repaired my old buddy in a short time and for a reasonable fee. I will definitley go back to them for service. If I ever decide to get a new bike, they will be my first stop. - RIck McCain

I moved here about a year ago and even though this is not my make of bicycle Im very very impressed with the clenleness and the organization of the store and the staffs help is outstanding especially Michaels help and knowledge of other manufacturers bikes especially cannondale because thats what I was looking for some knowledge on that brand because I knew the owner from the shop where I moved from sence 1991 and now I dont know anyone until now Michael is a blessing to have as a bike technician and I live right down the road, so if you need any help with your bikes or are thinking about a new one give the trek dealer a check out the staff is amazing!!!!!

I love this shop but one young guy ( not sure if he still works here or not ) but the stripped to bolt hole on my frame fo my 2017 specialized enduro and I have no idea how to fix it or if I can so you can imagine how angry I am
