Community bike shop to help people...what a great idea. Get your old parts and new bikes here. They want to help you get the right bike and support your skills and education.

Super surprised that I never knew about this little gem of a shop! Our family has been searching high and low for affordable bikes for our family and they had exactly what we needed. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

I went in with little knowledge of what wheelhouse was and what they had to offer. I was greeted with a warm welcome by David and his volunteer staff that day and quickly felt at home. The team at wheelhouse are knowledgeable and genuine people. They answered my questions, showed me around and guided me along the way as I worked on my bike. I ended up getting an annual membership because I see myself visiting the shop often; utilizing tools, growing my bike knowledge, volunteering enough to make it worth while. Plus the membership fee didn’t feel like a burden, it felt more like a contribution to their vision and purpose. I’m glad there is this outlet in the tri cities. Let make this city a cycling city! Check out wheelhouse in downtown Kennewick!

If you have a bike thats been sitting for a while and doesnt have major issues, you can drop my here on their Friday or Saturday hours. They will let you use the space and teach you how to clean and align your bike(FOR FREE). I walked out with my bike looking cleaner and riding much more smoothly. They also have a bike recycling program, so if youre looking for a second hand bike that moves well theyre all under $100 (most under $70).They offer a variety of other services and memberships so they have something to fit anyone interested in biking.

This is a great service which we just discovered not too long ago. They like volunteers to work on the bikes. Then they sell them to the public at reasonable prices. You can pick up a great bike here. If you please, hit the THUMBS UP button to LIKE my review!

David runs an easygoing but highly professional bike shop geared towards the casual rider but capable of supporting any serious cyclist. He has a knack for relating bicycle knowledge in terms anyone can understand, but he doesnt talk down to you while doing so. If youre in the market for a new bike but unsure about anything, you can test ride before you buy, and Liberation even has rental specials for anyone needing a temporary set of wheels. Top all of this off with a fully stocked soda case and a selection of cold beer, and youve got yourself a local bike shop thats worth your time and patronage.

The owner was super friendly and helpful, before coming here went to the other bike shops in Kennewick to look for a part most places where rude dint really seem to want our business, this was our last place to look and the owner helped us right away told us our difrent options we had. We ended up paying $29 compared to $65 $70 dollars the other places where charging if they could even find our part. I will definitely be coming here again

We wasted time to wait and till they were actually open. When they finally were open we wasted our time in even going. The website does not say you need an appointment to go there. The person there was rude did not greet us. Just rudely turned us away and basically told us not to come back.

Great place to take your bike for a tune or repair, without breaking the bank. Or, you can get involved and learn to work on your own bike with their tools!

Wheelhouse is the Tri-Cities first Community Bike Cooperative, and is member owned. This isnt your average bicycle shop, and the people really care about helping you not only repair but LEARN how to repair your own bicycle. Looking forward to many more years of patronage!
