Good selection of carpet and tile. Poor customer service experience. We ordered on 5/15 and were told we would be updated on the expected arrival. We werent, we had to call to find out that our order had been delayed, and then the expected date came and past still no word. Called back again only to find out shipment was delayed. The new expected date came and went, still no word. Gave them a week past the delivery date and then called back again only to find out that the order was just sitting in their warehouse. I understand that shipments get delayed, but if you say you are going to keep the customer updated, then do that.
Built with AHO and great floors was the installer in our home. I am shocked by how horrible the carpet install was. There are tack strips sticking out literally everywhere. My child has been cut so many times and the carpet is lifting up at the walls. I have been in tears over this situation. I contacted them, was told we could buy new flooring at a contractor discount (not going to happen, so expensive). I didn’t now it was possible to have such a horrible install.
Kelly is a great person to deal with.Although the installer Colton did not finish his job...They did not install the new caps for the toilets...I have called several times and get blown off....Double check your installers....
High quality flooring and outstanding customer service. Wasn’t thrilled with my options at Home Depot, Lowe’s, or Lumber Liquidators and found Great Floors by lucky accident. It was so nice to have the excellent customer service by someone extremely knowledgeable. The gentleman in the picture helped me find a much better option then any I had seen previously at a price to fit my budget and needs.
Dale our Saleman is a True Professional. He has helped us before so I wanted to use him again. Very knowledgeable. Thanks for the heip.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had to deal with. Most of the install job went smooth, until we got to the last section of tile backsplash. From there, it was literally a joke of how much worse can it get. I wish I would have done it myself or subbed the work out to someone else. Their installer only used a few spacers and didnt even have a glass tile saw blade, which damaged the tile...and yet he still installed those tiles. The top row of tiles were falling off the wall from incorrect material used. He mixed grout inside my bathroom, that went literally everywhere. Scratched my cabinet, and then said nothing was wrong. No one came out to check the work completion until I complained. After that, it was a nightmare of horrible customer service. I didnt feel like Great Floors had my best interest with the combative tone or lack of communication for that part. Even questioned if it was as truly bad as I said it was, and if I would use the bathroom, because I may only use it once a year... From there, we had decided on demo to remedy the situation. Failed drywall patch and paint later, I told them not to touch anything besides the tile. The 2nd job looks better, but not anywhere near professional. Overall workmanship was very sloppy and disappointing. My recommendation is to use anyone but them to install.
I had a great experience working with Kirsten in commercial flooring at Great Floors. Not only did she help me find the right product for my wonky-floored vintage rental space in the Parkway, but she brought color swatches for floor trim and paint to help tie everything together. Buying flooring has always been paralyzing because it would lead to wall color choice.. but Kirsten had several tried and true combinations to work with my flooring and it turned out wonderfully! The delivery was right on schedule, and their installers worked with me on some delays we had in our commercial space. I am grateful for the full service help and the economical resources that helped get my business reopened in a timely manner. Thank you!
They were recommended by my contractor and they have an overwhelming amount of selection but I found the flooring I wanted!
We designed our home interior here! We had a few hiccups and it took 3 appointments (none of which were their fault).Jennifer Greene handled them all with enthusiasm and care for what we were trying to accomplish. She gave her opinion without ever seeming pushy or as if she didnt like what we did.Ultimately we designed our home and its under construction now! Very pleased with the service and knowledge of Jennifer, our primary contact here. Will recommend to others.
The name said it. They are great. Great service, great prices and restroom smells great to.. The staff was very helpful and quick.
Thought pricing would be better cuz thats what they deal in....wrong!
Wow have I had a great experience at Great Floors. Talk about amazing customer service. My sales person Molly Deter helped me every step of the way in picking my LVP flooring and tile for my remodel. She knows her products so well. She worked with me in my budget, helping me get the best quality for the best price, she knew that I needed to order special matching trim pieces around my fireplace and staircase. She let me take many samples home to see what it looked like in my own lighting. Once we ordered she kept in touch with me to let me know exactly when it would arrive. When my tile setter was laying tile he let me know that we were going to be short one tile because I changed the layout. I called Molly on a Saturday and she was able to call around and find more tile then actually brought it over to my house herself so my tile setter could finish my bathroom in the same day. Talk about amazing customer service! Thank you! I absolutely recommend Molly at Great Floors, she is the best!
We just picked out the flooring for our house. Great service from our sales representative Jeremiah. Thank you very much!
LONG OVERDUE! i bought a viking home of course viking goes with great floors, my floors had so many problems, tears, scratches, u name it! the type of floors they installed in my entire house i cant even sit down in my dining room chair because it will leave a DENT, even my wife who is 140 pounds, it literally dents the floors! so when i looked behind my washer dryer, fridge, couches etc.. good luck!! all damaged its like it was sitting on concrete, of course i called viking and great floors and great floors wanted no part of that of course, i run a small business and know what its like when ppl complain so when great floors told me they were doing me a huge favor by fixing them i couldnt helped but get mad of course and they made it clear that I DID THAT TO MY OWN NEW HOME?! and that they would not come back, well only for money of course lol, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY STANDARDS WITH THERE WARRANTY!! which to the basic home owner is very important because they are the professionals we rely on them for there knowledge and experience, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, look elsewhere very dissapointed
Good experience helpfull staff good price s
Worst customer service by far. They act as if you are bothering them with questions you may have. Murleys Floor is the way to go! Just check out their reviews.....
My husband and I recently experienced flood damage from an overflowing utility room sink. In our search for replacement flooring, we stopped by Great Floors Kennewick Showroom, where we were greeted by Steve Ransier, Assistant Manager. Steve was extremely knowlegeable about the flooring products Great Floors had to offer. He was professional and courteous in understanding our needs and in overseeing the order and installation of our the replacement vinyl and carpeting. We could not have been more pleased with the process and would not hesitate to do business with Great Floors for any future needs.
Theyre competitive on price, know their products
My wife and I came in last week just to get an idea of how much it would cost to get new flooring. Joan was very helpful and showed us many different options and explained the differences between them. We are sure we will be purchasing our material from Great Floors when we are ready to buy.
Sean. He is the greatest help around. It dosent matter if its a 100 sale or 10000 sale he treats you very well answers all your questions will definitely shop with him again
I love the carpet, but Im most impressed with the customer service. Sean Billow was excellent to work with.
We visited Great Floors in Kennewick, Washington, looking for carpet last night, December 9th. We found a roll of carpet that we liked at $1.99 per square foot (on sale), and walked out planning to purchase it tonight, the 10th, for $689.27, after we verified the dimensions again. That price included the price of an upgraded pad. We went back there tonight and they had jacked up the price to $938.98, saying that they had to add 10 more yards to cover our floor space. The sales clerk couldnt exactly explain why the price had changed so much, even though she explained that she had her manager (or coworker) look it over. Today, they sold 125 yards from the roll to a private contractor, which left 89 yards on the roll. They probably did not want to sell the small amount we needed to us, because then they would be stuck with the remnant of approximately 60 yards. It was easier for them to renege on us, knowing that we would just walk out. But they have forgotten about social media. The public needs to know how Great Floors treat their customers, private or commercial. Buyer beware... If you please, hit the THUMBS UP button to LIKE my review!
Great customer service. Steve Ransier did an amazing job answering all of our questions and explaining our options in great detail to what best suits our needs. Very impressed and plan to use for my next project.
Friendly and great service
Sean Bilow, was very helpful and patient while I went through the process of figuring out just what I wanted.
My experience is still a nightmare. The customer service they do not know what they are doing. They made a mistake on my order and promised that the product will be on certain date and the product never arrives. No phone calls no emails. My floor has been installed already and I am still waiting for the stair noses. Said will arrive on November the 6th. Almost two months.!!. The stairs in my house are incomplete. Its a hazard for my family and especially my kids. I am not buying again from this place.
Customer service was excellent. Selection is better than local box stores and better quality.
Found what we needed. But the customer service was terrible! We couldn’t get anyone’s attention to heck out so my husband finally interrupted someone at the desk. Sorry other customers. We were finally able to make our purchase but then had to wait for the fork lift opporater to move a munch of crap that easily could have waited until we were gone. Then one of the back room guys watched my dad moving the stuff rather than help.
We had Great Floors update our kitchen counters and backsplash. Our biggest regret is that we did not check the Better Business Bureau--their GRADE IS AN F! Well, they earned it!The customer service, billing, scheduling, and ordering was a nightmare! We feel we were mislead in the beginning, we were lied to, and they avoided our calls. We were told that the quartz would be installed in the morning and the tile would be installed that afternoon--wrong. It was 3 weeks after the quartz was installed that the tile backsplash finally got installed (we really dont believe that the quartz and the tile were ordered together--as we were told). Then the wrong amount was ordered. During this time we called often, but they would not always call us back (even the manager). When it finally came in--we scheduled the installation ourselves (with no help from the salesperson--she was avoiding us). After it was finally finished, we received a final invoice by email and we paid it in full (so we thought). Two weeks later we got another bill for almost $600. When we questioned it, we were told that the salesperson should not have sent a bill--she made a mistake (and she even admitted it). Doesnt a company usually stand behind their word?We could go on and on, it is just totally unbelievable that a company would treat us this way. We are thoroughly disgusted with the customer service we received from the sales office, and will not recommend this place to anyone!By the way, we had no problems with the installation or the workers.UPDATE: After going round and round with the sales office on the final $600, I just wanted this mess to go away, so I sent in a $600 check. That afternoon the store manager called. He apologized and said that the salesperson was new and had made lots of mistakes. He will void the check and send it back. Thanks!
Todd was a great salesman and made sure we were happy with every decision and job order.
Very friendly clean and organized.
I have been an installer for the last 25 years in the tri cities area my grandfather owned a carpet store in Wenatchee for 20 years my father still installs. I have done work through all the stores in this area and worked with literally hundreds of salespersons successfully with no major problems. I will say my latest experience with Jeremiah Gannon from Great Floors has been well not so enjoyable he is very untrustworthy and conniving Like many other salespeople he will tell you what you want to hear but never actually do half of the things that he says. This feeling is also shared by other contractors and builders. I will say the rest of the staff is very good top to bottom and would recommend using if you are considering going there
Bad flooring products that they dont stan behind.
Can’t get anyone in this store to wait on me
Awesome place all around
Associate was very knowledgeable
Floors are great here man
