I was very impressed with the easy of purchasing my car from Leskovar Mitsubishi. The staff seemed to really care at about getting just the right one for me. Luciano was an absolute jewel to work with and just as it seemed we couldnt make a match, he called and actually brought a possibility to my house to check out. I never felt pressure or like I was a bother because I had a price to stick to, just kindness and willingness to continue working with me till we got it right. Recently drove in from out of town to get a used Chevy Bolt. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable about EVs and Washington State incentives. They were also very willing to help with financing for me as a first-time borrower, and able to educate & explain my options without pressuring. They even topped off the charge on the car for the drive back! Well worth the extra travel.

They give you a chance to ask any questions you might have of your vehicle and explain everything well and give you a synopsis of the report on your vehicle.

He was fun to work with, and they put together a deal, with my trade-in, that was better than I had expected. Then he called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied. Upon drop off,, told service advisor my back up camera was falling off. He seemed helpful and told me they could order the clip, but it was not mention at pick up. Upon check out and payment, person there seemed annoyed and condescending. They have started to remodel, which is awesome, and they got a new service manager which is even better.

Service was amazing and the advisor was on point. However the waiting area seemed to lack amenities. Snacks were present but via vending machine, coffee available which was nice. The waiting area was small especially after having my 4runner serviced at Toyota. No visible wifi available, no programming running in the background so bring your headphones.

The service was fantastic, but I do have a problem with the shuttle driver (Ronaldo?) using their phone while driving me home. No hands free device, just picked up the phone and spoke Spanish into it while were driving. He couldnt be bothered to turn off a turn signal when it was not being used so I highly doubt he had to pay enough attention while driving with a cell phone. If it was a personal call, he shouldnt have answered. If it was a work call, then he should be provided the hands free earpiece or be using the Bluetoothequipped in the vehicle he was driving me home in.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. By far the best car buying experience I’ve had!

We looked everywhere and found the best deals here. I thought the cars were really well priced and really cool cars too. Our salesman Jonathan was awesome and super helpful. Not pushy at all and made my wife and I feel comfortable.

Visited about 8 or 10 different dealerships of various manufacturers (including other Mitsubishi). A couple were at best tolerable, one decent, the rest...truth be told I have no idea how they sell anything. Absolutely horrible. One literally acted like he did not want us to buy a car, gave us critically wrong information about multiple options on said vehicle among several other things. I could go on...and on... Every contact with Leskovar proved pleasant and informative, and I did not get the impression I was a burden, even asking a couple things more than once. Friendly, Respectful, Helpful, and straight answers. If my salesman did not know off-hand a specific answer to a question he went and found it instead of presenting a bunch of B.S. I ask a lot of questions, for him to answer all but two was impressive to me, in actuality he knew the answers but wanted to confirm them before stating it as fact. That is honorable and honest; he did a great job. The rest of the staff as well, Great job. Several phone calls, emails and texts, interacted with 3 people there, and they all did great. My almost $8000 car broke down 2 weeks after purchase. Called and they said nothing they will do. Save your money and go elsewhere. Havent even for title and my cars unusable. Check engine light came on within 2 days of purchase. My first car too.

They did not ask about a follow up service as we live in Yakima, WA so we will service our vehicle locally. However, we had warranty items that needed to be addressed so we went to Leskovar. I did not like that $199 was added to the cost of the car for some theft insurance that the dealer decided to carry on it. Seemed fishy to me as I was told there was no way I could deny this coverage or otherwise avoid paying for it. I think if you are going to force me to pay it it should be shown as part of the price of the car upfront, and not slid in at the end as this was a non negotiable fee that I had to pay. If it wasnt for the sneaky fee that I still have heartburn over paying, I would have given 5 starts.

The amazing prices were worth the drive from the Seattle area. Upon arrival we were greeted by an awesome team that worked like a warm family and stayed late to meet all of our needs. Hugo was great! My husband worked an amazing deal purchasing a brand new 2020 SE Outlander. That is correct, a 2020 with 68 miles on it. He worked out all the details on Friday over the phone from Seattle. We left work on Friday evening and drove to Kennewick, spent the night, showed up on the lot at 9:00am, signed the paperwork and we were on our way home by 11:00am with our new car. Thank you Hugo!

I FEEL LIKE HE TRICKED US INTO BUYING A NEW BATTERY WE DID NOT NEED YET. WE JUST GOT A NEW BATTERY A COUPLE YEARS AGO AND WHEN HE CALLED ME THE EXPLANATION TO ME WAS WE NEEDED A NEW ONE. THEN WHEN WE PICKED UP THE CAR AND MY HUSBAND STARTED QUESTIONING THE NEW BATTERY THE SERVICE MANAGER STARTED BACK PEDDLING AND SAID NO OUR VOLTAGE WAS GOOD SO WE REALLY DIDNT NEED ONE. BUT BECAUSE i GAVE THE OK HE PUT ONE IN. THE REASON I GAVE THE OK WAS DUE TO HIM MAKING ME FEEL AS THOUGH WE NEEDED ONE! WE WERE NOT HAPPY ABOUT PAYING $150.00 FOR A BATTERY WE DID NOT NEED AND THE WARRENTY BEING 12 MONTHS 1,200 MILES. WE CLEARLY DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT LIKE WE USE TOO. AND THIS MAKES ME VERY SAD I HAVE RECOMMENDED MITSUBISHI TO TWO OF OUR FRIENDS AND THEY HAVE PURCHASED ONE.

My biggest praise is when I found I had a major recall on my Outlanders transmission after I broke down half-way home from Seattle. I had a great car-buying experience at Leskovar. We had called ahead to make sure that their dealership was allowing test drives and spoke to Miguel on the phone. He was very kind and said that we were welcome to come in and test out cars prior to purchase. Upon arrival, we asked for Miguel because he seemed so friendly on the phone! Well, he was just as friendly in person. :) Since he was busy helping a different client, he redirected us to Joseph Valdez.We had told Joseph exactly what car (make and model) we were looking for. Great service! Weve only had our car serviced here so far and Earl has been super helpful and friendly and the techs seem to do a great job as our Mitsubishi continues to perform flawlessly. Spoke to Rivera as well (as another review stated..unsure of why the company denies this person being there but...) He was incredibly childish and because of our youthful appearance treated us as if we did not know anything. Told us we would never get a loan on a car under $10,000 and tried to sell us a car 20,000+ over the car that me and my husband originally chose. He also made stereotypical jokes towards my husband (as he is African American)..using slang and completely unprofessional. It felt as if I was being pressured the moment I stepped onto the lot, even took my drivers license and did not return it until the end where he was already trying to get me to sign papers for a car I DID NOT WANT. He also called me multiple times to come in and reconsider even after leaving the lot. I took my business next door to Buick GMC and I got a better car, better price and I was not at all pressured into anything, I felt that I had a choice the entire way. I will NEVER go to Mitsubishi again, the only reason I chose them was because we are new to the area and Mitsubishi was with us in our prior location. But, I will not make that mistake again.When I went to Buick GMC they gave me a free oil change, cleaned the car personally before I took it off the lot and even got me a loan on a car under 10,000 and an amazing interest rate. Go to BUICK GMC and ask for Larry he is amazing and if you find yourself already at Mitsubishi just go NEXT DOOR to Buick GMC.Do not even try to go to Mitsubishi. As you will be haggled and FORCED into a car.

I went into the dealership last weekend with my Father who is also a Dealer since he was back in town, and we have been on the search for a new car for quite some time. We visited this location a few months ago, and had a lovely experience but I just personally wasnt convinced on the car i tried, so after some months of research and my dad being in town again, we went in to check out a Hyundia Kona that i was ready to leave with. The first 2 guys who helped were great, and super attentive and caring, however after we went inside and began crunching numbers, since i was going to trade my vehicle in, we got the initial offer and were offered too low for the trade-in and little to no deals on anything else, so of course like any other person would in the middle of a car deal, we negotiated and stated what we would have liked which if it wasnt able to be met, we would have understood. While waiting for our salesperson to return, we were instead met with a very aggressive and unpleasant man, Erik, who seemed like he was already upset and he came and sat down without any introduction and said and i Quote If you guys are dealers, then you can sell your car there and go get a car in auction and basically kicked us out and gave us no time nor ability to negotiate anything. I have never been to a dealership that would rather loose a sale and have you walk out after the FIRST offer or negotiation. I expected more not only from a person who seems to be a manager, but from a group of people trying to make a sale. As a sales person myself, i can tell you right now it was very evident we were categorized as a dealer and were therefore clearly not worth helping. I personally wanted to purchase the car locally and support businesses in town, but after that experience, i will not be coming back nor recommending anyone come here. I was very disappointed that we were treated that way especially since everyone else up to that point had been wonderful and we were truly hoping to walk out with a new car. It was definitely not a good moment that everything came crashing down due to a person who wasn’t even the main one helping nor the one we had to deal with. I hope you guys can consider the treatment you provide for all buyers in the future.

The staff is there to help you out and be hospitable, not to trick you into a car you dont really want.My SO and I traveled to the Richland area from Boise last weekend with intent to buy. Maybe I had set the parameters for the car search too tight, but we could not seem to find a relatively new car with low miles, dependability, and a good price in Boise. We opened our search to dealerships within a day trips distance from us. Im almost 8 months pregnant so we didnt want to push our luck with traveling too far for too long. We ended up spending several hours at lots around Richland exhausting our options for one reason or another before haphazardly stumbling across a Subaru Crosstrek (which is what we were after) at a Mitsubuishi dealership of all places. It was not only in our price range, but also had less than 27k miles on it as a 2017. Immediately greeted by Miguel, he got us set up for a test drive within minutes of us being on the lot and 20 minutes after that we were sitting inside in the air conditioning at Miguels desk talking numbers, on our way to finally having the baby mobile we had been searching for for months.The paperwork process was painless. Miguel and the finance officer, Stephen, were quick about everything. Miguel kept us entertained with light conversation in the down times of us waiting for numbers to process and such. I never felt like Miguel was selling me stuff, if that makes sense. We knew exactly what we were after and he respected that. After a very long day of traveling and walking around in the heat at 8 months pregnant, I was amazed at how good of a mood I was in by the time we were done signing for the car.Being out of state buyers, Miguel took the time to educate us on their sales tax protocol. He would write us off as exempt at the time of purchase, therefore holding us responsible for the tax when I went to register the vehicle back home. Without him telling us this, I would have been surprised by a very large bill at the DMV that I would not have otherwise financially planned for. By doing this, Miguel also saved us money (sales tax is lower in Idaho.)Even more impressive is that after the car was ours and we were headed back to Boise, we noticed that the spare set of floor mats that had been in the back were no longer there, likely having just gotten overlooked when they were detailing the car for us. I was too tired to care enough to go back for them so we chalked it up to a loss. During a pit stop on our trip home, I saw that Miguel had reached out to me letting me know that he noticed the mats did not make it back into our car and that he would be shipping them to us! We bought the car on a Saturday and had the mats delivered by the following Wednesday.Thank you Miguel, Stephen, and Leskovar Mitsubuishi for helping us find a family mobile after a long 4 months of searching for a car. Bought a used 2017 Subaru Outback last October. Drove it as my daily. 2 weeks ago I was gonna wash the car and clean the interior I noticed that the car has thousands literally thousands of rock chips which I told my sales guy. His response was it’s been two months and there was nothing that he could do other than give me a number for his PDR guy. There are other things that were not right either like the cover of the fuse box underneath the steering wheel was not even on. I found it inside the middle console and the reason why it wasn’t on because it doesn’t stay on. I know it is a used vehicle just wished that they would mention it when we bought it.

Wonderful experience for my college daughter who was purchasing her first new to her vehicle. She test drove the vehicle she wanted and went through the purchase process all within a couple of hours. Fastest car purchase ever! A few minor things on vehicle such as a fog lamp bulb was out and the dealership jumped right on it. They followed up the next day as well to make sure everything was okay. High praises to everyone that helped us.

I bought my car in 2017 & the buying experience was anything but short of amazing. And anytime Ive brought my car in for servicings they have gone above and beyond making sure everything is still good, up to date and doing all the recalls. 10/10 would recommend buying from them!

Had a great experience here. Miguel in sales was great. Always working hard to make the deal happen. He made sure the dealership kept their promises and delivered the car I had agreed too. Terry in Finance was great too. Cliff in service did my repairs on my car that we agreed to and they were done fast and with great communication. I think it is a great team they have there.

William was a great salesman who got us the info we needed and addressed our concerns on the car we were looking at extremely fast! Everyone was kind and didnt want to waste our time.

We had an easy, hassle free experience with our recent car purchase. Joseph was very helpful and courteous but gave us plenty of space as well.

I got my AC serviced in April. The AC was cold, just not putting out enough air. Got my car back, charged me 85 bucks, but didnt notice any difference. Last night a friend posted she has another kind of foriegn car, but her problem sounded similar. Turns out her in cab air filter was more than clogged. Did a Google search on my car, found my in cab air filter, and it was nasty clogged. I blew it out with an air compressor and cleaned it up as best I could with a shop vac. AC is working great. Took pictures into Mitsubishi, and all they said was the Techs that serviced my car should have known about this. Im fuming. I bought a filter just to have one, but I feel I got robbed. Would have given them less than two stars, but the counter guy is super nice, as well as the lady that handles payments.

Took an overnight train from out of state to pick up new to me car from Leskovar. William was excellent to work with and kindly let me inside pre-opening so I didnt have to sit in the cold rain any longer haha. Friendly staff and very professional. Highly recommend.
