Service department is very poor. Cant call them because their phone system is continually messed up. Leave messages without any return phone calls. When you do show up in the service writer area it generally takes a good 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges that you are there. Definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

What I liked the most was that I wasnt pressured to buy. I honestly wasnt even planning to buy a new car right away. I have done this before too. Once in awhile I would walk around at other dealerships looking at new cars. The main thing that made the excitement fade was having a salesman pressure me into buying a new car. I had never visited the Lithia dealership before and only did so this time because it was the only that had the lot full of cars instead of a half empty lot due to the low inventory issue happening everywhere. When we arrived at the Lithia dealership, salesman Luis Murillo came up to me and my husband and asked us if we needed help or if we wanting to try something out. He stayed near and talked to us about life and random things which allowed us to look around freely while also feeling like we were being taken care of. Then when we told him we were going to think about it he just handed us his card and told us to call him if we needed anything. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. If youre in the market to buy make sure to visit Lithia and ask for Luis!

A panel came loose on our Chrysler Town and County van, and was hanging down towards the ground. I was afraid the whole piece might fall off, so I called the service department to see if they could get me in on short notice. Not only did service manger Chad get me in right away, but Chad fixed the problem right then and there in the parking lot for me! I really appreciated that. I can’t speak as to the customer service of all the other Lithia employees, but Chad was outstanding today, and deserves some recognition for his quick and friendly service.

Ive been taking my rig here for years to get the oil changed, theyre always on top of their multi point inspections and keeping my truck in order. Even with a parking lot full of vehicles getting other service done, they keep the oil changes going. I appreciate that they still focus on the little guy(small ticket) and not back shelf us for the big $ vehicle work. Keep up the good work.

On June 3, 2021, my 2018 Ram 2500 broke down while I was 200 miles from home. After 5 hours, and speaking with numerous unhelpful people, I got connected with Brittaney in your service department. After 5 hours, I was frustrated and exhausted. Brittaney was my salvation. She immediately put me at ease with her professional and caring nature. Brittaney went above and beyond to help me get my truck repaired. I was kept informed at each step of the process. Brittaney provided exceptional customer service. What started as a very bad experience ended on a positive note and it is all thanks to Brittaney. Thank you again Brittaney; You Rock!!! All customer service people should be like Brittaney.

Had a fair experience when purchasing however found out later that the finance department lied to me about warranty information. Will not be giving them anymore of my business and will be telling everyone who will listen not to do business with this lying company. Their shop rates are also outrageous and the quality if work is at best mediocre.

Tim was amazing to work with! From our first conversation to the sale of the car, he went above and beyond. Found the exact car I wanted, worked out the pricing, and hashed out all of the details in a few days. I did everything by phone and text since I live 3 hours away from the dealership. He followed up with me many times and was never left with any questions and knew exactly what was happening. It was the easiest buying process and very pleasant as a first time buyer. I briefly dealt with someone from another dealer and they didnt come close to the customer service and care I was provided at lithia of TRI cities. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership, even if youre out of town! Thank you for the excellent customer service!! I will definitely be coming back for my next car.

Disappointed. I bought a 2018 F350 new from Lithia Ford of Boise with the lifetime oil change. I just had the truck in January and the middle of May. They said they inspected the Battery but they did not. I woke up Sunday to a truck that would not start because the battery cable was completely corroded through. It will cost 1337$ to replace this terminal cable. The service manager did say he was sorry. I think Im am the one who is sorry. I noticed the general manager loves to respond to positive feed back.

Wow. Had a horrible mishap with my Jeep Cherokee on a cross country camping trip with my 12 yr old daughter, we were quite far from our Alaskan home. I managed to limp my broken car into this dealership, desperate for some help! The damage was so bad set my vehicle was completely dead. Done. I had no choice but to get us into another car. this broke our hearts, as our vehicles are like part of our family. So needless to say, we were pretty distraught. These guys immediately teamed up to help move us through the process and assist us in anyway that they could. They absolutely, 100%, went above and beyond to get us on track. The guys who took care of us: Chad, Brian, and Patrick. They helped push everything thru and get us moving again. They made a very bad situation much easier to handle, I (nor my family) cannot thank them enough. From Chad jumping right in to immediately assist when we walked in the door, to Patrick helping us find our new car and start paperwork, and Brian taking care of all final purchase paperwork/licensing (and still to follow up and push it all thru DMV)...these guys nailed it. We were in good hands from the second we walked in the door. They even all jumped in - and brought more crew to help - to help move all our stuff and cargo carrier from our old car to our new one. We bought a car here last year with the maintenance package. We have only had issues with their service department since then. It takes multiple times of calling before someone answers the phones. We had an appointment scheduled and later added on a needed service to which they changed our appointment time without telling us and now can’t promise us that they will even be able to do the work at the original scheduled time since we can’t make the new time. Don’t ever buy a maintenance package from here take your car somewhere else.

For days now, weve tried to simply get the service department to pick up the phone. Say what you want about Seattle and its politics, but this is why people drive to the city to buy or service a car. In rural areas, the franchise dealers dont have to care how they work for their clients. The fact that Stellantis allows this sort of thing is really disappointing. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. We took our van in because the key wouldnt switch to the off position. They said it was an ignition issue and told us to replace it, it would cost over $800. After it didnt fix the issue, they claimed the ignition was broke and then said we needed a new shifter, which is another $800. Either they are blatant liars or they have no clue how to diagnose and fix a car issue. If you want to pay to fix parts that arent broken this is a great place to go.

Went to this Dealership wanting to purchase a vehicle. The salesman was nice and friendly and also a liar. Mentioned to us there were three other people who was also interested in purchasing this vehicle. I guess he was trying to pressure us using this shady skill to sell the car. Found out there were no other people who were interested in this vehicle because it was still in the lot and the dealership increased the vehicle $1500 more than we saw it. Be truthful and honest to your customers. Don’t try to cheat and pressure them.

I wanted to share our great experience that we had today at Lithia of Tri-Cities with salesperson Jeff Ford.We arrived at Lithia to look at a couple of tricks that they have in stock, and were immediately greeted by Jeff Ford, he told us that he’s just finishing up with a customer and that he’s be with us in a few minutes, which was great.In the meantime, he asked if someone could take us out with the keys and let us look inside of it, a take it for a test drive, needless to say I didn’t wanna leave without it.Once we returned from the test drive, Jeff asked how we liked the truck, told him, love it.He ended up getting tied up with the previous customer but was still making sure we were getting the help that we needed.We ended up sitting down with another salesman, while Jeff was finishing up with his previous customer.I explained to the salesperson that I’ve been looking at similar trucks around Spokane, Seattle, etc. and I know what I can get elsewhere and for what price, I ended up making an offer to him for $28,000.00, and within’ a couple of minutes was told that they could not do that, I explained to him that we are on our way to Spokane, and we’ll be driving a new truck back, he apologized, and never offered anything else to try and get a deal done.As we passed Jeff Ford on the way out of the office already having made up my mind that we’re heading to Spokane for a new truck, he asked how everything went, I told him that they must not have wanted to sell a truck today, but someone in Spokane will.He then said, here let me get your phone number, and let me see what I can do, I gave him my number, and about 45 minutes out of town, he called, and asked what is the most you could go on the truck, I told him I’d go to $29,500.00, but that was it, he said okay, great let me see what I can do, and I’ll let ya know.I was ecstatic that he was taking more steps towards getting a deal done for us.He called back after running that offer by his manager and the deal was made.Had it not been for salesperson Jeff Ford, and his willingness to make sure we were happy, and everyone agreed on a price, Lithia would’ve missed out on a sale today.Jeff explained to us that he was fairly new to selling cars, his professionalism, no-pressure attitude, and his willingness to get us into the truck we wanted, and not giving up exceeded our expectations tremendously.Jeff Ford is the same exact type of employee that anyone would / should enjoy having on their crew.Great job Jeff, keep up the great work, and keep doing what you do bud.

My family worked with JR in the sales department. He worked hard to find us the right vehicle, which was a bit of a challenge at first, due to our own inability to commit to a specfic price range. JR stayed patient and respectful and in the end found us the perfect Dodge Rebel. Couldnt be happier. The sales managers and finance personnel were also very helpful throughout the process. Horrible customer service! Called September 9th to make a appointment for a recall. Called once a week leaving messages. Not one returned call. Had to get my MIL involved because its her jeep needing service. Had a appointment yesterday. I was asked if I needed anything else and when I said I needed them to look at something I was told I needed to make a appointment and bring it back. They had the jeep less then a hour, I got my first EVER phone call back saying it was done however they didnt fix the recall because it was done some place else ? Alright, whatever. I expected that. Go in to pick it up and the gentleman helping me was very nice, but he told me that they fixed the recall.... I told him who called me and what she said. But the computer wont give date it was fixed, one recall shows up. The one I went in for does not. Im so frustrated. I have NO IDEA if it was taken care of or not. I am a life long jeep lover, however if this is what ill be dealing with owning another jeep, its a very hard pass for me. I hope my MIL doesnt need lithia to do anything else with her jeep. Very disappointing. A simple phone call back would have been perfect. Terrible customer service

Very disappointed. Tried to take my Jeep for the “free oil change for life” and their “Quick Lube” Service was unable to do a “quick” oil change. This not the first time.Horrible customer service and sad that they don’t care if they can help you or not. This dealership has refused to help me with the car I purchased from their dealership. From not being able to fit me in for a simple oil change to Can’t patch a small hole in my tire. I will never recommend anyone to purchase a car here or use their supposed “quick” lube as it is anything but quick. They have no time for you even when you show up when they first open. They don’t care about the customer. Way to go Lithia in Kennewick you’ve just lost another customer. 👎👎👎👎👎

Service itself is fine but for the 2+ years, every time I try to call and schedule an appointment NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE... never slammed when I arrive yet they are to busy to answer a phone call. The salesman was very helpful him alone I would give 10/10. But the financing person? Brian Molina. 100% not impressed. He did not inform me of where my loan was through when they changed it from my normal bank, and they added a warranty onto my vehicle without telling me how much that would add to my loan (5k). When I went in to remove the warranty they gave me someone else’s paperwork making it so I have to go back a second time to fill out the same paper. Not impressed AT ALL.

When I went in the next day it was already sold. Had no interest in showing me anything else. Found a couple more cars I was interested in and tried to inquire if they were still available and was ignored after the initial how can I help you. Ended up going to another dealership to purchase a car. The same day.

The Service Department is a mixed bag. Incredibly nice people, knowledgeable, and the work seems to be fine. However, like other reviewers, you have to call and call and call to get answers. It takes anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half for a simple oil change - with an appointment! In fact, Im not sure what good appointments are there. With a 9:00 a.m. appointment to figure out where oil was coming from, I had to call three times by 1:30, and they were just getting around to the vehicle. This was an exact replica of the previous appointment I had with them. As I said, the work itself seems to be fine, and the people are great, but it may be the slowest service department there is.

When you have sales people communicating with you until 5pm at night agreeing to take your money for a deposit to hold a car so you can come from 4 hours away to pick it up only to find out the next day the car sold a day prior is BEYOND SHADY. I have bought a couple vehicles at this dealership. What makes me keep going back is the service department. All of the service folks are nice and helpful but one in particular, Alana, is amazing. Every time I am in there she goes out of her way to help me and honestly is probably the main reason why I keep buying Dodge. I worked with Patrick when buying our 2014 Honda Pilot. Before taking the car home, he had it; detailed, had peeling paint on the roof repaired, put 4 new tires on it and took it to the Honda dealership to have an open recall taken care of. Amazing customer service and we absolutely love the car.UPDATE:When I tried to get my snow tires put on I was unable because there was no key lock to get my tires off. I called Patrick several times and when I finally got ahold of him he promised to look for it and get back to me. He never did. Nor did he return any of my additional calls. I ended up having to get all the bolts cut off of my tires and order a new kit to get them changed. It wasn’t so much that the key lock was lost that bothered me, it was his continuous inability to acknowledge me or return any of my calls. If I had known the dealership didn’t have it, I could have saved myself a week and ordered a new one right away.THEN I got a letter from the state of Oregon 6 months after buying the car saying the dealership never paid any of my title or plate fees. Patrick did not return any of those calls either. Luckily, I did get ahold of someone helpful in the office, Jesus Rivera, whom helped me navigate taking care of it. I still haven’t received my plates....fingers crossed.Don’t expect much after they have your money:/

Customer Service was not at all what we expected. Hardly any eye contact was made. We let him know what we were hoping to drive home in but the salesman just had no gumption to make a sale. Also, it was 107 degrees and didnt offer any water but walks up with his own cold drink. Wish the experience could of been better.

I had a good experience with the customer service Tim provided, but ultimately the car I was interested in (a 2 year old leftover 2018 model) was priced over $13,000 above the current retail book value and they couldnt give me a number anywhere near it. Youd think theyd be motivated to sell a car thats been on the lot for years rather than keeping it priced near its 2020 counterparts. If a vehicle has been on the lot for over 2 years chances are its likely overpriced. Be sure to check book values before you go with their advertised prices or you might be overpaying.

For me the oil change has been great, my problem is with the service department. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago to have some problems looked at. My appointment was at 9:30 in the morning. When I called at 3:15, my truck has yet to make it to service? Wow, they had it for 6 hours and has not even been looked at. This is not the first time that I have had problems.

Took my minivan in to have the drivers side sliding door locked repaired, as I stated when I made the appointment. When I dropped it off, while the employee was entering the description into the system, I again stated it was the drivers side sliding door lock. He repeated it but stated it was the passengers side. I corrected him and said no, its the drivers side. I later received a call saying that a particular part needed to be replaced. Several days later I got another call that said they ordered the wrong part and the correct part would be two to three hundred dollars more. I told them I wanted to use my car while the part was on order. When I picked the van up, I noticed that the lock on the passengers side sliding door was now not working. I looked at the paperwork and saw that they did not indicate the drivers side door but instead the passengers. I called them and told them that they looked at the wrong door. It was obvious which lock wasnt working. I told them that the passengers side lock worked fine when I dropped off the van and I did not appreciate being told I needed a $400 part when I didnt. I asked what they did to the door to have messed up that lock, and I was told that the technician didnt take it apart. When I asked how he could have known what was wrong with it, I was given an answer that made no sense, something about some diagnostic whatever. I returned the van to have them look at both sliding door locks and told them I wanted both locks repaired but would not pay for the repair to the passengers side lock. I was told that I would have to pay for both door lock repairs. I asked for an estimate and left. I have found another automotive repair shop to do the repairs. I wont return to Lithia for the lock repairs or any other repair or service. Theyve lost my business.

I had a terrible experience at Lithia. I came in knowing exactly which car I wanted and eager to make a deal. When I looked in the car it clearly hadn’t been detailed yet despite car guru saying it had been on the lot for 61 days. There was a jack in the box French fries container in the back seat along with some red sticky sause on the seat under the middle fold down arm rest. The salesman seemed unconcerned and aloof. Regardless I was still excited to buy this Cherokee. When we got to the financing there was zero negotiation. I was told it was “a very good deal“ so either take it or “thanks for the opportunity”. Effectively shutting down the conversation. I’m shocked by the callousness of the “boss” in financing and my salesman. Definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Make sure you pay very close attention to the paperwork! I purchased a used BMW from Lithia in January 2018. The salesman, Brian Molina, kept me in the dealership for hours going back and forth over oil change packages, extended warrantys, maintenance packages, and paperwork. After the typical ten trips back to the finance manager, I finally settled on the advertised sale price of 19,999.99. Then came the extended Warranty...I said no a few times, but they finally wore me down to purchase a full coverage warranty for $2,400. Then came the usual rush to sign the documents and push me out the door. 28 payments later, Im wondering to myself why I still owe $19,000 on the vehicle loan? So, I pull out the paperwork and to my astonishment, the price was not $19,999.99, it was $21,490! And the full warranty wasnt $2,400, it was $3,864 and is NOT a full warranty, but rather a Powertrain only warranty! After all of the fees and up-charges that both Lithia and the financial institution charged me, my loan wasnt for the roughly $23,000 I was expecting...it was $27,849 with a total payment amount of $32,725! Needless to say, it was my own fault for not paying closer attention to the paperwork, but I am certainly not happy with being taken advantage of. I will not be returning to this place.

Izayah was absolutely great to work with. I shopped for three weeks all around the region and I never talked to anyone who was remotely interested in selling a vehicle or interested in customer service until I met him. He was prompt, professional, courteous and could communicate effectively. He also operated at the speed of commerce which I appreciated. 100% satisfied.

Way too deceitful, even for car dealers. Be warned, they are not upfront, not honest, not out for anything but screwing people over to make a sale. I only ask for all the information when Im making a purchase, and not once did any of them give me straight answers. Honesty... It goes a long way in my world to earn my respect. Theres no respect here.

Aluffe salesman.. Never returned a phone call. Sold us a car that did not have the things we wanted. Kept us at the dealership for hours. Finally got so frustrated we decided to take the Jeep only to find out it was not a six but a 4 cylinder.Then tried to charge us a lot of extra money to get what we asked for. No instructions on the operation of the vehicle, nothing. Not happy with the vehicle now but stuck.Took it for a oil check and the dealership did not even wash our vehicle. Bad, bad, bad.

Lithia Dodge of Tri-Cities gave me a terrible sales experience when I bought my truck January 2nd 2020. Now they finally ruined my relationship with them completely by the service they have given me with the Service Department. I went to get an oil change 08/13/20 they informed me that my throttle plate needed to be cleaned for price of $110. Decided to inspect and clean my own throttle plate and body after they declined to show me it and only show me a dirty little patch. After removing the throttle body I amazingly found that it was actually pretty clean and didn’t need to be cleaned! My truck only has 58,000 miles on it!I also knew before hand my driver side spray nozzle was broken beforehand going to get an oil change just didn’t say anything because I’m curious how bad of service department they had due all the bad reviews. Needless to say they told me my wipers and nozzles worked fine after the oil change. I informed them it’s actually not fine and poor Edwin service guy was very embarrassed his Techs didn’t report it. But I refused to buy the Mopar nozzles after my experience and went to O’Reillys instead and replaced those myself.So overall I think the service department provides decent service, but the mechanics and techs they have are terrible!!! Having a mechanical background myself I’m scared to take my vehicle back because god knows what lies or parts they may try to destroy to get money out of other poor customers who don’t have experience with vehicles.Last but not least anyone buying parts from Lithia DON’T! Mopar just released new floor mats for the Ram 1500! $260 for the full set at Lithia in Tri Cities, same floor mats are $160 at the Speck Dodge of Grandview. I think I’m gonna make the 30 minutes more drive and go to Grandview and handle my business there and I would highly recommend anyone in Tri-Cities to do the same!

Wow! We went to quite a few dealerships in the area and Lithia Jeep Dodge was the most laid-back, friendly, professional one we went to. No one was pushy, and everyone told us what we asked for up front with little to no sales pitches. We spoke with quite a few people including: Keith Carter (salesman), Chris Davis (finance guy), Alana Ritchie (service department), Sean Booker (parts manager), and Eric Valdez (sales manager). All of them were extremely helpful, kind, and laid back each time we have interacted with them. We will definitely return to Lithia for service on our vehicles, as well as any time we need to buy a car in the future. We would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

Purchase a new vehicle last year, that was not my best purchase experience and sales person told me I was having life time oil change at the dealership. Guess what, went for service and they told me that they cannot find paperwork to back that up.Stay away from this dealership, they sell you service that does not exist just to get you to purchase their vehicle.
