Almost always enjoy the selection at the meat department. Good cuts and if you dont see what you what, just ask. They are happy to get it ready for you. Service clerks always friendly, nice renovations to entrance and good prices for a locally-owned house. Happy to drive across town to shop here.

I was just in and even after I let the cashier know I didnt want any bags she still gave me one and said theyre not charging for it anyway. I dont mind if I need to pay the 8 cents, I simply didnt want a bag and still left the store with one. Petty complaint? Sure. But its important to note that this stores employee showed little regard to me as well as the environment.

It was a very clean store..... Every body was very happy and courteous... And helpful..... Kinda pricey ... But a lovely place to shop.... Comfortable atmosphere.... I love it....

This is one of the cleanest facilities that Ive been in a long time. Its been recently remodeled and there hasnt been any employee that hasnt been eager and ready to help you in any way they can. Nice place to shop.

Prices are up there BUT its so worth it because they have something that I have been searching for for months! I never really shop here. I just stopped for some bananas and BOOM! There they are!! (What Ive been looking for)! SUPER HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

Convenient and quick in and out floor plan...delicious hamburger ground fresh daily, hand sliced deli meat and homemade salads...fresh produce, cold beer and fine wisky and wines to pair with fancy cheeses and scrumptious crackers and sugary sweet snacks and cakes and brownies and tarts and pies!!!

Each staff member is helpful and friendly. This store is my neighborhood market and it still has that feel of being welcoming. The parking lot and store are just the perfect size and are easy to navigate. Red Apple is the place I go to when I need my basic grocery items and my go-to store when I need something in a pinch.

Everything in the store costs more than it does anywhere else. They carry a small selection of items, so not finding what you need isnt unheard of. Its the closest store to my house (unfortunately), so I only shop there because its convenient for me. Staff isnt usually very friendly. There usually arent many employees working, so Im guessing theyre probably just overworked. Its certainly not the worst store in the Tri-Cities, but there are many better options. If youre on a budget, I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Ive been going to this store since moving into my neighborhood and the people there are amazing, kind, and above all efficient and professional.

I dont see how anyone can give this store a 5 star. I can barely give it 1 The only reason for that is because the customer service is fairly nice. Other than that, the prices were bad enough before the pandemic, now even worse. Pretty messed up using that as an excuse to jack up the prices, especially when theyve got such loyal customers throughout the years! Having to go here because of COVID and one who has no transportation, thats the only reason why I continue.

Too expensive!! I shop here more often then Id like to because of convenience hard to get to other stores with way better prices. The prices have skyrocketed recently, seems they sure do take advantage of inflation. Other stores have not jacked up their prices like Red Apple has others have told me. The meat everyone here in this review section claims is great quality, well I buy meat here often and am not impressed, its at best ok. The staff are very nice and helpful, make you feel welcome, thats the only thing that stands out is great friendly customer service!

Ive been barked at and seen a few different dogs at this grocery store so it must be pet friendly grocery store. Im going to take my dog next time I go as protection from the other dogs since no one was asked to leave.

Ive always been a fan or Red Apple, but my most recent visit will be my last for the foreseeable future. Im VERY disappointed by their response to Covid-19. None of the staff wears masks or gloves. I asked the manager why not and he said, Because they dont have to. We provide them and they choose whether to use them. I asked about cleaning of shopping carts. According to a store manager, they do this every morning - once daily - and provide medicated wipes for customers who want to wipe down their own carts. But the medicated wipes dispenser was empty, except for a note apologizing for the inconvenience. Lastly, they havent bothered to put plastic sneeze guards up at the checkout points. If theyre not protecting their staff, theyre also not protecting customers. I noticed most of the customers also didnt bother with masks or social distancing ... So Ill be staying away from what is clearly a potential infection site.

Bad customer service especially by cashier Michael and Manager Paul. Constantly over charging and impatience. Staff severely needs retraining on how to treat customers and not humiliate them. All I wanted was to pay for my groceries and my method of payment was not accepted though it was legal federal tender. Three generations have supported this store in my family and it will stop

Red Apple is a nice hometown store. The staff is friendly and very personable. Its a good place to shop if you need something quick or just a few groceries (prices are usually higher than other grocers). The lines are typically pretty short.

Nice place but prices are kind of high

Don’t want to bad rate but it’s been twice we get something that has mold. It could be someone isn’t doing their job right in keeping up with throwing out almos expired items OR almost expired items are being resold at a high price :/Just make sure to look at the things good before buying them

If I could give this place 10 stars I would because they deserve it! I love the size and layout of the store. Its clean, the employees are friendly home town kind of people, the produce is fresh and mostly local, the deli has excellent fried chicken, and the meat department is fabulous! For being a small store they have very competitive prices and the best sales!
