Fantastic store, a wide variety of foods all with a low price

I havent been in one for about 10yrs so my rating is that old. I dont have anything against grocery outlet, their products quality is what they are. My advise is be very careful about buying past due dates foods drinks, all consumables. Some are still good to use with caution in careful picking. None consumables products are also good purchase & low prices but still with careful quality picking. Please keep in mind, you buy it you own it. No return no exchange.

They always have great deals on dog food. I got a 15# bag of Iams for $12.99.

Its a great store, has some things you are looking for. Only thing I will not buy is the meat. Its questionable.

My visit was great..the only think that got my attention was that some customers they where not wearing a mask.

Always a small adventure to find a good deal or neat product. Best time to hit up the one in Kennewick is tuesday after 5pm. They restock and get new stuff

It’s a grocery outlet. So if you’re expecting high prices… go to yokes. Good deals, hard to find food. Especially organics, and limited dietary food options. Can’t find half the stuff here at other stores. Thank god some people are too good for this place, more for us healthy savy shoppers ayyyye.

I have been shopping at this particular store for over 4 years now, before the new owners took over. I am extremely frustrated with how this store changes it policies and gives customers no notice. So after spending a considerable amount of time shopping and getting my full shopping cart rung up, I was denied being able to use mine and my husbands credit card due to only his name being on it. It would have appreciated if I could have purchased my groceries, with the exact same card I have always paid with. Instead, I was turned away. Due to that, I cant shop at this store anymore. This is a shame considering the current struggles small businesses are already having staying open during the pandemic. Stay at home moms cant shop here unless you have your own bank account. I feel discriminated against. Its quite a shame.

I parked in the parking lot after they closed...for a time and nobody bothered me. Not even the police.

I dont go in Grocery Outlets very often as their variety of food isnt all that great.Was just in neighborhood and saw it and needed some things so shopped. I was very surprised at all the variety and fun things they had! Especially in frozen foods!!Its a long way from Benton City where I live but to me its worth the trip to get the new types of foods they have.Plus can always use the Fred Meyer store there also instead of Richland so makes trip worth it!!

Lady was rude because i am a student i have a backpack she treated my like a theif and was very standoffish even though i was polite i would goto the other new location in Richland they arent like that there

The shelves arent as full as they used to be but I found some good items.There was a decent selection of gluten free foods but not enough organic, especially in the fresh foods.

Don’t forget your Grocery Outlet coupon at time of checkout because (even with the receipt 2 days after purchase) they will NOT accept the coupon. “We have to rescan everything.” Really?!It was 5$ Off of 30$ To expire 11/30.My purchase was on11/22 and I returned 11/24 with my forgotten coupon out of a mail flyer.Guess even the regular customers are meaningless here. EVERY other store accepts coupons with legitimate receipt within a time frame. Not Grocery Outlet.It’s not the employees fault, she was nice about it but this Coupon Rule just lost Grocery Outlet a regular visitor.

Most products are priced as if they were discounted, new products every so often and great selection to choose from. This store has fruits that are decaying more often than Id like, but its usually just one product. Overall, awesome place to shop and great prices!

I like this small store with really good prices. The atmosphere is calm, the staff is always helpful and friendly. They have great vegan, vegetarian and organic snacks and frozen meals. I was surprised for such a small store. I will definitely be coming back.

I was doing fine until I got to the cashier, I asked him to just set my few items at the end and I would bag them in my reusable bags. He then pointed towards the door saying that there are signs posted all over stating that customers must wear masks and that we are not even supposed to bring our reusable bags into the store! He was very adamant about it, of course I walk to the doorway and looked for the signs. One sign said they werent using the reusable bags. He then forced a plastic bag on me. When I got out to my car, I put my items in my bag and left his plastic bag in the cart.

A great little store and our local store has a pretty good selection of natural and organic items we havent been able to find at other stores. Also its rarely crowded and the employees are all very nice and helpful

I had the receipt for the Bread that went bad along with the Manufacturers seal not broken, however they told us they could not do a fair exchange for the same bread.....Really??Poorly taking care of your Customersshould be added to there little song they advertise with. I don’t know if the manager sees this but I’m not sure how to directly message them but a week ago or so i seen an older women rubbing her hand starting at one side of the middle frozen open cooler and slide it all the way across acting as if she were 6 years old but she gave me this evil look . Nd she did not purchase anything . Numbers of confirmed cases are rising up now .not saying cause of this but in a place where the killer is a ghost .why be sorry then safe ? I can look exactly the date up since I have messages I sent on the day

This location is an excellent fit for this section of town, as it held various small supermarket chains many years ago until it stood vacant for a time. I have not been terribly bothered by conditions as I have said it is indeed an old location.EDIT: Theres been a change of ownership since I wrote this review. Theres been some changes in staff, but I shop here often enough that quite a few remember me and my family. Its a part of my grocery store rotation for certain things.

Ive been shopping at Grocery Outlet since I was a kid and all I have to say is that the store is great. You can find all sorts of things there from vitamins to clothing and food. With the exception of furniture. The prices are low and affordable also.Its a convenient place to go to for a quick shopping trip!

The prices at this store are pretty reasonable to low. But you do have to pay attention when shopping. You may have to shop in another store because your probably not going to get everything your going to need here. Its a discount store. Discount stores buy their products off the shelf bulk at a discount and pass the savings off to you. They buy other stores over head setting inventories. Doing so they may not have your favorite cereal brand, seasoning, peanut butter size jar or ice cream. What they do have is mostly discounted just little things may be out sometimes here and there. One thing I really like is they pack your groceries for you. Unlike busy crowded Wal-Mart and a good friendly staff. Pay attention and you can find a great buy:

Ive really enjoyed most of my visits here. The employees are very helpful and polite (they take customer satisfaction seriously). There has only been one time I was diappointed while shopping here and it had absolutely nothing to do with the store itself, it had to do with a thief who was wrestling around with either the security man or the owner. In my opinion, he was too old to have to be doing that cause the thief could of seriously hurt him, if he had been stronger or had a weapon on him. I highly recommend a stronger, younger security personal do that instead, if its affordable, to keep others from being hurt. Other then that, a great store to shop at with great deals. Keep up the awesome work!
