Came in to get some banana connectors, they had them. The Lady at the desk was very knowledgeable about all the equipment they have in the show rooms and the installation details that encompasses the process of it. Was very pleased with the service and resource available here in Tri-Cities.

They even carry products to get great sound in your back yard. Professional installation is available, however they also sell over the counter if you are a do it yourselfer.They carry a wide variety of products, from affordable to items that I can only dream about.
