One of the only local spots with hard to find tech stuff.Plus, the staff is so helpful.I circled the store once, or twice, looking for an item, and an employee who was busy at the time, noticed.after I’d disappeared down an isle looking for awhile, she came and found me to ask if I was looking for something specific, I was (super unique cable) and she spent quite a bit of time helping me narrow down what connector I was talking about, they didn’t have the cable in store, so she solved my problem by finding me an adapter.Kathryn is 5 star employee Best Buy!

Quick, easy informed shopping.Came home with the very TV sold out elsewhere.I will say the ladies room leaves much to be desired.At a time like this you dont want to see much less touch all the dirty surfaces in that store. The wash basins were all visually dirty with rings of grime. Floors needs some mop love too.They need to have people cleaning instead of all the employees just standing around. Even the showroom could use some cleaning. Im serious here. Otherwise it was a good trip.

The shelve are looking half stocked. Went looking for Apple cell phone car charger. It literally had to search the store. Went to area they should be in there were a couple of cords. Then walked down isle 30 feet found Miscellaneous cart with some different options, then about another 30 feet away another miscellaneous stand. Seems like I would have found a lot but nope. Very limited selection, finally found one Apple compatible cord and had to get the bullet some where else to plug it into the cigarette plug in car.

The customer service they provide at this location is phenomenal. On Fathers Day, I went in with my husband searching for our sons gift but lowkey I was trying to buy my husband some headphones (I hadnt been able to drive). I picked out the headphones i wanted, told a salesperson and gave him my credit card and I pretended to go to the bathroom while he rang me up. Once I came out of the bathroom, we started to exit the store but I told my husband to bring the car while I retrieved my phone from the bathroom. The rep quickly gave me the gift in a bag and my credit card and I slipped it into my purse. It was so awesome that this person was so discreet. On other trips I made prior to this, the floor sales people always show me different options and pros and cons of buying certain items compared to others they have. Love this store!

You can finally walk in the store and get things! I haven’t gone to Best Buy for almost 2 years because of Covid. I don’t like ordering things without looking at them. But I do like Best Buy! They were out of a few items though. The headphones I bought didn’t charge. I had to return them. I hope it’s not turning into another RadioShack. By the way RadioShack went out of business years ago.

Normally have rated Best Buy stores at four or even five stars. However, on the day we were here it seemed disorganized, understocked and no one asked if we needed help. Hopefully things will get better. Normally theyre a great place to shop for electronic products.

What happened to Best Buys selection?? They have very few options for anything that isnt a Tv or computer (or brand new phone/device), and everything else is sparce and over priced. Waaay better off going thru Amazon or even the dreaded Walmart 🤢 for misc items. Be ready to return stuff after you have a chance to check prices elsewhere

I don’t get it. There’s a big sign that says they’re hiring. However the “consultation” desk had 4 employees standing around it gossiping. Two groups of people needed help and when they approached the desk, the employees looked reluctant to get off the chairs. One did but with an Attitude with a capital A. The customer raised her eyebrows.The phone service desk faced a long line of customers. Not a very efficient store. I bet it folds within the year.

Its a pretty standard Best Buy for what it offers. However, it lacks staff that can clearly and correctly explain technology, services, and other product details. Im glad I did my research before purchasing a tv as I knew what I wanted, but the staff couldnt correctly explain OLED vs QLED and explaining other features like LG ThinQ sounded confusing where the LG website has a pretty clear explanation. If going to this site, research and know what you are buying. Dont expect the expert staff to help you, but instead to just try and sale you a in product you may not want.

I think overall it’s a good Best Buy. They’ve helped me with a computer before and that went pretty well. This most recent visit, we were trying to buy a printer. We did eventually find one but had to wait a long time for assistance and the selection was very limited.

Been to best buds all over the US. First time at this location, though. Place was just as clean as expected of any Best Buy. Staff encounters were friendly; we were greeted entering and leaving. Only setback might not have been one. We were looking for a new soundbar and the only time we were greeted in-store was when we had one playing quite loud. Possibly a coincidence, but a good experience. Nonetheless, the employee was very knowledgeable.

Lots of merchandise to choose from. Most employees are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, if you have questions. The location is good. There are lots of other stores around it, so it can be a fun few hours walking around to different stores.

I would give this (and most) Best Buy stores 1 star for service and pricing, but 5 for selection and location. As usual, its a nice store, well laid out, with terrible service from a disinterested staff. It was typical of Best Buy that I spent 20 minutes looking for a USB adapter until a representative from a Beast Buy VENDOR (specifically Samsung) actually helped me find out that the one I wanted was out of stock. So thank you Samsung. Your guy was on deck. I wouldnt recommend going to this or any Best Buy store unless you had to have an item at the moment. Otherwise, I suggest ordering online.

You can either buy online and get curbside pickup, or go in the store. I stopped in to get a new keyboard, but since I was walking by the phones, decided to look at the Google Pixel phones they have.Sadly, their digital product tags are not actually stuck to the display counter, so it was impossible to know which phone was a 4a, a 4a(5G), or a 5 without already knowing about the phones. As I wasnt ready to buy a new phone today, I didnt look for assistance, but it was a little frustrating to not know which product was which.On the plus side, they do have the Pixels, which sound like decent phones.

Very disappointed,when my husband called the Kennewick store and we wanted to talk to someone, just a quick question pertaining to our store and we get a gentleman that isn’t even in the country nor knows where Kennewick is. My husband asked to speak to the Kennewick store and they said the stores aren’t taking phone calls, but I can help you. It’s just very frustrating when you want to talk to a specific person and you get another country representative. Very disappointed in Best Buy along with other companies that out source.

Bought an open boxed 50 TV at Kennewick WA store and the power button on the remote didnt work. Tried everything thru Toshiba warranty and just ended up taking it back to the Kennewick store 12 days past the 15 day return policy and Roman the store manager gave me a brand new one exchanged straight across. I saved an additional $80. Got home set up the TV and it works great. Thanks Roman at the Kennewick WA Best Buy.

The curbside delivery system that they have set up now works great. One of the best that Ive used for various businesses. Ive picked up several things that weve ordered from work and they just list whoever is picking him up as a second name on the order. Pull up Park somebody usually walks out pretty quick and asks who you are with yours for order ID and most of the time the back of the car within a minute or two. I hope they keep this going even after the Covid-19 pandemic is over

I wont be shopping at best buy from now on.Had a bad experience, manager was unwilling to accommodate us with the issue we had. She told us that since I did not have my TV physically present then she could not exchange my TV that was delivered. Did not offer to let me have the discount I would have gotten had I ordered the TV we received 10inchs smaller. She was getting aggressive with me which in turn lead me to get a bit upset.I did not get her name but I didnt appreciate how short and rude she was with me when trying to resolve the issue.Long story short I was not allowed to exchange my TV for a smaller since without having to pay for a new TV or wait for someone to pick it up and then wait for a refund. In the end I would not be getting to still have the discount that I originally would have gotten and the TV would have costed about the same as the bigger TV I original received.In the end I ended up having pay for someone to come install my TV for more than what I was quoted.Very distasteful customer service.

A previous Best Buy employee returned my phone, however didnt take it off the AT&T side, resulting in 60 points off my credit score and a 2300$ collection. I believe her name was Mariana, or a variation of that band, that called me back and told me that AT&T had been called and the collection was due to come off, and the balance forgiven. Thank you!! Called to see if product was in stock. After nearly 45 minutes on hold, I was told it was. I drove across town to find out they didnt stock what I asked for, and the similar product that could have worked was out of stock. At least with COVID precautions, the salespeople didnt attack like buzzards the way they have the other few times I have tried Best Buy.

Went there in hopes of purchasing 2 tvs, but there were only 1-2 employees in the Television department helping customers. There were about 20 employees stocking while one of the most popular area of the store had customers waiting to be helped. This store needs to learn how to manage their workers properly. Im not willing to wait an hour just to be helped.
