Lack of communication. Mama pop shop, tells you one thing and deliver one. Even Progressive doesnt like to work with them. they charge extra for credit card payment. Love to help out this types of shop in the area, but not worth it... Reason why most of us go to bigger companies.

Ken is an outstanding mechanic and we have been lucky to have him several times. We live in Milwaukee but go out of our way to come down to him with any car repair issues we have. He has also been able to diagnose issues others failed to see or did not understand. Their repair prices are always reasonable and they have always scheduled my family in immediately within a day or two of contacting them. Cannot day enough good things about Ken and PAB.

Honest! Won’t overcharge you. My teenagers get work done here and they are so good to them! Would most definitely recommend!
