Visited this place on May 5, 2021. I needed a diagnosis to see why my check engine light was on and also my low coolant light. I understand due to COVID 19 that employees do not enter your car and use that devise you stick under your dash so I did. I found out I needed a CO2 sensor. For the add coolant level, employees were not helpful to me at all. Plus when I entered the store and waited to be assisted as they talked amongst themselves, I felt ignored. Summary was they were not very friendly and I was treated like I don’t know anything about cars so I will never visit this store. Only the one on 75st.

I wish I would have remembered to get the guys name but he made me feel so comfortable as being someone who doesnt know anything about cars. My check engine light was on so I asked him to look at it. He told me the part, showed me what it looks like, told me how much it is, then he took me to my car and showed me where the part was. He was very nice and made my night!

What can I say ? AutoZone Auto parts in my opinion the best of the chain part stores. AutoZone has the best warranty hands down. No questions asked, no hassles with any warranty issues. When youve got problems, you cant beat that !!

Worst customer service I have ever had.

They don’t know anything. Other then what the computer says. Manager tried telling me I was asking for the wrong part for my model car. Then tried to say I’m needing the part from a different model. But if I did that nothing would match back up. Completely different size then what I need. Lack the knowledge

I came in with a broken windshield wiper, and a worker was able to help me immediately! He was able to put it on for me as well. It felt so nice to not feel judgement or tension for not be able to do it myself. Ive been coming here for four years, and plan to continue!

Employee ordered part we needed and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. Employee was knowledgeable and friendly.

This is the only place I go for my auto parts. 90% of the time they have what I need. Its only specialty parts (like a K&N oil filter) for a rare model they dont carry. However they ordered me one and it was there 2 days later in the middle of a blizzard. Only once in over 10 years could they not help me and that was for Amsoil Signature Series ATF fluid. The staff are friendly and they help you with a quickness. Like I said, its the only place I will go to =)

Refuses to look up old receipts for me for my warranty company. I have the credit card used along with the purchase date and amounts. I was told he could do it by the mgr., but wheni arrived he rudely refused. Saying it would take too long. Now I know, having worked retail... That this is a relatively easy transaction to do. I have 3 vehicles I service... Using AutoZone. I WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE!

Always has what I need at a decent price. The south side AutoZone is always out of what I need it seems. I dont know if this particular location orders more or what. I dont even waste my time anymore even though I live closer to the south side one.

The manager Brad is very rude and condescending. This is the closest store to my house, I have made multiple complaints about his actions but the Regional and District Managers are under the impression this is how to treat customers. There are staff members and managers that treat customers with respect but the should reevaluate Bra .

The employees were very rude and I wouldnt suggest it to anyone. The 2nd time I had to bring back a battery because it wouldnt hold a charge. The lady is definitely rude.

I went here today and wouldn’t recommend anybody to go here. I needed two low beam headlights and one high beam, when I asked someone to show me where they were the guy just rolled his eyes and sighed and rudely showed me and when I asked if it was the right one he rudely said “YES”. Like come on, if you don’t like dealing with people don’t have a customer service job. Should screen people before they hire to see if they can be friendly to customers and not complete a holes . The guy just seemed like he was annoyed to be there.

Its usually fine going there unless you get the big black dude helping you out. He thinks he knows everything and tried telling me my car didnt have shocks and rode on the air suspension and that the engine my car had mattered on what kind of wipers my car used. Guy is an idiot. Went to Oreilys each time he couldnt get me the part and not only got it cheaper, but they listened to me and didnt act like they were actual mechanics. Dude wired up some subs on his cavaquier and thinks hes a mechanic.

The manager was pretty rude and did not have much physical knowledge, only what the computer could help him with. When I offered to help him ( factory certified oem ) he got all frustrated.

I only go to this store because its the closest AutoZone since i moved into the area a year ago. Why is that all the time i come in. An employee always has something negative or false statements to give. Yall see me all the time. Ive mentioned i left az a year ago. I was a psm and csm assistant. I know how the system works smh.Just give me the part i ask. Do your job. Thats it.

Thanks to their faulty equipment incompetent staff and lack of knowledge coat me over $400 that i didnt need to spend by selling me the wrong size battery faulty alternator than giving me the right battery that happened to be a non working battery extreme rudeness hung over employees and store managers who lack the least amount of commons sense i recommend, beg and plead you to NEVER step foot in this establisment unless you are ready to spend unnecessary money and hours of extreme stress...you have been warned

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Employee refused to install battery on my mothers car because it was cold outside. Its Wisconsin, theres going to be cold weather. Shes 60 years old and just had surgery. If I could have done it I would but I moved 10 hours away. So I called an old friend and he came and installed it; after she had bought the battery and told her she couldnt stay in the store after she had made her purchase. So they made her sit outside in cold in a car that wouldnt start.When I lived in Kenosha I went here for everything. AutoZone has not only lost favor with me at this location; I will not go to any AutoZone anywhere ever again.
