My 21 year old car finally died and I needed a vehicle *immediately*. Id seen the Fiat 500s around town and really wanted one. I called Palmen to see what they had and got a quick response. I drove over that afternoon, test drove the car, fell in love and told Franco to write up the papers. A couple hours later, I signed on the dotted line and picked up my car a couple days later.Im thrilled! With the car, with the folks at Palmen, with the deal I got. Lots of people ask me how I like my Fiat 500 Pop...I tell them Just look at this smile! Ive never had such a quick car buying experience in all the years Ive been driving and buying cars.Im hoping to drive this car for at least 21 years! Thanks, Franco! And thanks, Palmen Fiat! I personally had a horrible experience. I took my Alfa Romeo in for warranty work. The problems were addressed in a forum with others who had the same issues so before I left, I mentioned if they could check the battery sensor just in case because I wanted to avoid having to drive 4 hours round trip again which I also told him. When called for pick up I even asked if they checked it and they said no because the battery just needed a charge. I picked it up at night when heavy snow started to happen just to realize the next day that when replacing the headlight, the front bumper screws were not tightened so there was a noticeable gap under the hood. Howd they miss that? I dont know since you have to force the hood to shut more than usual, but luckily little snow got in the engine bay. Also at this point the rear defroster still didnt work so I called and had to bring it in again. And guess what, it was the battery sensor that I told them to check that failed. Spent too much time, patience and gas for something that couldve been avoided if he wouldve just listened to my suggestion.
I love the customer service here, what a great team and great leadership. Highly recommend it
We bought a beautiful 2018 Alpha Romeo Giulia Ti Sport today. Dealt with Logan, a very nice young man, and he did a great job! We would work with him again and we recommend him to others looking to purchase an Alpha!
Issues from the beginning; their website doesnt work properly, the guy who book my appointment did it wrong and I didnt get the services I needed. Didnt know any of his until I went to go pay, after waiting hours for a simple check. Tried to book another appointment for a quick oil change and it has been going on 4 days with no word back on the next available appointment. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! I gave them two chances now.
Awesome dealership! We won our FIAT here back in September of 11 and it was a great experience! Everyone was so nice and our process went smoothly. We LOVE our FIAT!
The Alfa Romeo dealership is rarely open in the Winter, so if you have plans to go buy an Alfa or deal with a salesman that is knowledgeable about the product in the Winter, go to a different dealer.
