This Sheridan Rd location in Kenosha is one of the best Advance stores around as far as having very knowledgeable employees and Shaun is one of the best managers around! Advance always has super good prices and I highly recommend not just going with the very cheapest Chinese made parts but to choose a good USA brand thats hopefully also made in the USA too! The USA brands almost always also have a lifetime warranty too!

Great service, I was able to get my battery check and switched out pretty quickly. Prices were comparable and the guy that helped me and my husband was very friendly. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.

I went there because my car would not start ans I wanted to get my battery tested. The guy tested my battery and told me that the battery was fine but the alternator might need to be changed. I bought a charger from them and tried to charge the battery without success. I took the car to a mechanic shop where I was told the battery was dead and my alternator was fine. Got a new battery and the car is now starting find. I will give it one stat for the guy being outside in the cold weather to test my battery, it does not go any farther than that!

Advance Auto Parts is a chain operated auto parts store. They offer all types of car items in the store itself. Car seats, car wash, car wax,, car mats kind of air fresheners. They do have Auto Parts there that the attendant will get for you. This store is very clean and need to go well-stocked the people that work there or very knowledgeable and helpful.

Ive been going to this store for years. Ive seen will of the staff come and go, but for the most part they have been knowledgeable. I have had a couple bad experience through the years like being given the wrong part of rental tool kit, but theyre usually pretty quick to fix their mistakes.

I always have a pleasant experience here.
