My last several experiences with Walgreens online ordering and curbside pickup has been amazing!

I like this phaymacy so much. There is a guy i dont know his name and he is super helpful and smart. I am so appreciate for him. I have rushes on my neck and hands and legs and its been 5 months, no body can help me. Once i went to this phaymacy and talking to him and he give me a cream and one week i feel much better. Second time i went there also asked i have allergy. Runing nose, sore throat and he was also give me a medision and a couple days i feel much better. I think he supposed be a doctor to help more people. Thank you

The pharmacist was rude and not at all helpful. When I asked him about a topical medication that was recently reclassified as OTC he said I needed a prescription. When questioned further, he said it is in short supply and hard to get, barely looking up from what he was doing. About that time a helpful and friendly pharmacy tech said they have it and asked how many I wanted. I usually like Walgreens, but would avoid the pharmacist at this one.

Pharmacy staff is always incredibly professional and helpful. They are very kind. I have been coming to this location for 5 years now and I have never been disappointed.

The store staff seem to be fine but the Pharmacy Staff are always rude. Its as if they are doing you a favor to take your drop-off order or to allow you to pick up your Rx at the counter. This has been going on for years actually at both this location and the location on 80th St. They must all be from the same rude mold. Im taking my business to Target pharmacy or one of the small chains where you are greeted kindly.

The Walgreens on the corner of 50 and Green Bay is consistently crowded and understaffed. I knew better, but I went here for a few things. One cashier, 9 people in line, nobody else to help find an item that was out of stock on the shelves. I turned around and walked out and went to CVS instead.

I use the pharmacy here for my family. Ive never encountered a rude member of the pharmacy. They listen, ask questions, and always asks if I have questions. Im there so often that they recognize me and even know to ask me for my other number in order to get my reward points. Not to mention they are much faster than the Illinois stores. I recommend this pharmacy at this location!!

The staff in the pharmacy department are quick and helpful!

Tried to buy a bottle of wine at 8:58 I was at the register and said she wouldn’t sell it to me because it was after 9 and I showed her the time and she still wouldn’t do it was a older woman at the register

The staff is amazing, they always greet me by my name, and most of them look like they like the job.

The pharmacy took forever

Rude and very unprofessional staff. One of the worst experiences I have seen and dealt with.Today I went to the pharmacy with my boyfriend to pick up a prescription. We arrive and he steps up to talk to Kate plus 8 and tells her his name. Right away she was loud and rude informing him that there his name is not even in the system with a dumb down tone. So he asked how long it would be for the prescription to be ready. She informed him that because he had it sent electronically that it would take 45 mins to an hour. He then asked if it would be quicker if we did it a different way. She said no. After that he sat back down next to me...That is when we witness her rudeness once again with a woman who was picking up her prescription. She gets up and tells Kate plus 8 her name and Kate plus 8 loudly lets her know the total. The woman asked why there was charge. Kate plus 8 very loudly in a dumbed down tone says, You and and just like everyone else had their insurance change over the new year. She went on with something else (again rudely) that I even looked at my boyfriend and said, I wouldnt have known that if I didnt work in the pharmacy. Just as she was rudely telling this poor customer this, her sidekick Dainty dark-haired girl chimes in and says something snarly as well. This was all to be heard and you could tell the woman was frazzled and upset and I am assuming not feeling well all while being talked to in a unprofessional way and being made felt stupid.As this is all happening, my boyfriend and I look at one another ready to walk out. We stopped near one of the windows near the pharmacy to make a call to the clinic that we had came from to make a switch in wal-greens for pick up because we no longer wanted to be around these women, nor did we want to wait 45 mins up to an hour for the prescription when he was not feeling well. While making the phone call and finding out that we could after all have the clinic call in the prescription (a MUCH quicker way) which we previously were lied to about, Kate plus 8 was listening in and complaining that she was then going to have to take a phone in prescription. She also made a comment that she wasnt going to deal with and and said she was going to lunch. Needless to say, the prescription was phoned in and we had it in 2 mins.I must say the pharmacist himself was professional and very nice... but I will never go back in there for as long as Kate plus 8 and dainty dark-haired girl is still there.If you dont like your job... dont make everyone else feel and know it.

Pharmacy hours in the morning are unacceptable. Waiting till 9am in a city this large is inconvenient & shouldnt be tolerated. People are so inconvenienced by the opening time of the pharmacy!

Almost got BLASTED out of the store AGAIN - wont be back no matter how convenient it is - THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD !!!! Employees who work there will most likely suffer hearing loss, tinnitus, and other associated health issues if they work there any length of time :(
