I just absolutely love their Mobile service. I ride in the mornings and work during the day remotely so I have limited time to take my bike to the shop. They will come to your house (within a reasonable distance from their shop) I live in Beach Park IL and they came to my place and serviced my bike. Joel is extremely knowledgeable and even took the time to explain what and why he was doing it. Their equipment is first rate. Park Tools everywhere. Definitely give Total Cyclery a try. I found my new favorite LBS (Local Bike Shop)

I wanted to check to make sure that the mobile bike shop came to my area and Robby was very fast in responding back to me. Joel fixed my bike in 10 minutes and took the other one back to the shop to be looked at. I will be using this shop in the future. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you. Walked in with my bike for a tune up after sitting for 3+ years under a tarp outdoors. The owner was extremely friendly when dropping off and asking questions. He filled my tires with air so I could ride around before they worked on it. The other staff were all helpful as well. They quoted 2 days to get my bike finished, and called me less than 24 hours later to say it was ready to go. Definitely recommend!

Complete rip off just to get my brakes tightend cost me $20 for something i could have done myself if i wasnt far from home. bottom line dont trust these jerks for simple stuff because they will just steal your money!

Customer service was great. Right off they bat, when you walk in they come up to help you. My trip in was easy, but its very expensive here. Not sure if all bike stores are like this, but wow. A water bottle was $15. Not to end the review on that, my experience was fantastic.

Robby is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, appoachable, answered my questions, gave me options based on price.Brought in a new bike for derailier adjustments. He replaced faulty equipment reasonably. Tuned up bike, tires, brakes, frame, and derailiers for $25(11/4/17). Great inventory and selection of bikes and equipment! First time to Total Cyclery, but absolutely will be a repeat customer.And btw, other shop downtown was too busy to help me out. TC will be my first call from now on.

Best bike store in town!! They are friendly, reliable, quick, and will show you how to fix problems so you can do it on your own the next time it happens. I showed up on a Sunday (they are closed on Sundays) and the owner was outside packing up his car. He immediately opened the door and fixed my bike without hesitation. We need more business with this kind of customer first attitude!

Searched ALL over the area to find a bicycle due to the COVID shortage.. this was the only place that had something for me and the hubby. Robby was incredibly helpful and honestly taught us the most about bike riding compared to the other places. Bikes, repair, car racks, seats, bottle holders, they have it all!

I was biking out of state, and got the dreaded flat, not the patchable kind, but a blown valve stem. Walked my e-bike there, and they said no problem, will be about an hour. Now mind you, they had several customers in the shop, and only the one worker. So, I had an excellent burger at Mikes, and came back. It was done, perfectly, and for a price less than half of what the previous shop (who installed the tube with the valve that split) charged.I will definitely stop there for gloves or something this coming summers trip!

Looking at purchasing a new bike and I was unsure which way I wanted to go. The guys at Total Cyclery went the extra mile to answer all of my questions, they never tried to up sale me in fact they suggested the less expensive model because it fit my needs. Total Cyclery is the only bike shop you should look at they check all of the boxes.

I love this shop. I love that it moved downtown too. In terms of the other shops in the area Total Cyclery beats them for repairs 10 fold. His prices are the cheapest, and he gets things done so quickly. No other place in Kenosha serviced my classic road bike so well. This is definitely the shop to go to if you value price and service.

Robbie is very knowledgeable, friendly and VERY easy going. Had a GREAT experience, did not overwhelm my wife (which does not know a lot of biking), which made it very easy at the shop. Will return for all of my biking needs.

I dropped my back tire off on a friday afternoon because they said they could grease the axle bearings for me and have it done the following afternoon. The next day, I called around 1 PM to see if it was done and they said it was next to get fixed, but it has been too busy with customers to work on it. They said it would be done around 3. I came in to get it just before 4 and they were all just standing around talking with each other and they hadnt even touched it. I couldve brought my tire anywhere, but they said they could turn it around quickly. Its a 30 minute repair with the right tools, which I dont have, which is why I brought it there. He told me that he never promised me that it would get done. No, he actually didnt, but he did say he CAN have it done the next day, which he didnt. I took my tire back and ill take it somewhere else. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Wow, I would never recommend this shop. I took my 2 hybrids in last year for a tune-up and walked away $170 poorer and bikes that werent even fixed correctly. One of them had to be taken back in to actually get the gears adjusted correctly (I had 3 out of 21 after they put on a new cable) and the wheels trued, which was supposed to be part of it. I went there in the first place because of long time owner, Marty, but was extremely disappointed that the new owner didnt even seem interested in bikes or people. Maybe it was just me but I would never go back based on that experience.

Total Cyclery is a top notch shop where you can get quality service from knowledgeable mechanics. Its also a huge supporter of Junior and track racing in Kenosha with the Kenosha Kutters cycling club. Highly recommend.
