Griff and Jim were absolutely amazing. I was being extremely picky and having difficulty committing to a vehicle. They were both extremely patient, saw me multiple times, and kept open communication with me between appointments. Griff made the whole process easy and comfortable and provided such a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Ive never laughed so much while doing the tedious work of buying a car.

I cant comment on the post ownership customer service at this location. I found a vehicle I liked online, called to see if it was available and they added $10,000 to the advertised price online and would not honor the original price from their own website.See response below. While it is appreciated and is satisfactory with respect to being a logical explanation I do not find it to be satisfactory from a customer experience. There are plenty of other dealers that will not sell for over MSRP and will honor prices shown on their website.

I went to visit my friend in Wisconsin 2 weeks ago and unexpected got my dream car! A Jeep Wrangler!!!My friend and I went car shopping and knew nothing about cars generally. Fortunately, I met Agustin at Palmen. Agustin was super friendly and helpful. He went through every small detail about how the car works and what the benefits I could get for my car. You need a car..in a bind...down on your luck and you need a vehicle...they all say visit this dealer and see this person...2020 was a year from H*LL for my husband and I and unfortunately needed to purchase a car a lot sooner than we wanted as my 16 renegade was totaled late December. Arnie (Arnold Niendorf) worked with us for three days - figuring out what we needed and where we were comfortable. With being in a similar position he made it EXTREMELY personable helping us with everything. We were able to get into a bigger vehicle a little newer and still have a piece of mind with the payments. I was on a search for my next Grand Cherokee and happened to stumble upon Palmer Motors because they had the car I wanted. It was an hour and a half drive for me, so I made a phone call to the dealership before I made my journey out there. I would give this dealer 10 stars!We purchased 2021 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk over a week ago, the salesperson was Arnold he is a very wonderful guy because he was straightforward with everything and very understanding.Arnold introduces us to people at the service, and finance department around the dealership, and while we were waiting for our Jeep to be clean he showed us a really cool magic card trick, and also help us set our phones apps to connect to UConnect.Once our Jeep was ready in the parking lot one of the serviceman set the Jeep everything automatic for me which was really really sweet, and there was just a little wax on the door the really nice serviceman used his shirt to clean wax off the door which he didnt have to do that, and the little things like this you cannot forget! this dealership went above and beyond, and will we come back to this dealership. :)

This dealership is false advertising prices. They boast their internet price is the lowest they can go; however, they up-charge vehicles with existing warranties “to extend the warranty” then back pedal when you tell them the remaining factory warranty is on the vehicle. They will not sell you a vehicle unless you finance through them. The interest rates were near 7% for someone with a credit score between 808-817. BBB complaint filed.. truth in lending

Tried to charge me $1,500 for certification above advertised price (which already didnt include an option that was advertised). When a car has a certified sticker on it, the CarFax says its certified pre-owned, and the Jeep.com site lists it as certified pre-owned, I shouldnt be slapped with an additional fee once you have me in the door. No other dealer I have dealt with has done this.

Larry went above and beyond for my leasing experience. He was quite accommodating throughout the process. For example, he arranged everything to be taken care of remotely (I live in Milwaukee), found the perfect vehicle with what looked like ease (Jeep Wrangler), and arranged a courtesy vehicle to pick me up as my significant other was meeting us there. Larry was personable, a great conversationalist and made me feel comfortable. I never felt pressure and had the best car buying/leasing experience ever. I have dealt with this dealership multiple times and bought multiple vehicles from here and this last purchase IS MY LAST PURCHASE from them, I LOVE my SUV, BUT, Arnie the salesman I dealt with, who makes you feel like your a Friend will turn on you just like they all do and the salesman in them takes over, I had a plan and needed to build a relationship so I could lease and I got screwed but its my fault for trusting and letting my walls down.. never again, so i have them to thank cause Ill never fall for it again... Overall I USED to think thought this place was great WAS/NOT IS.Conversely the Service dept is awesome and very helpful and staff members are friendly but as far as the management and sales staff go, the minute your deal is done, it all kinda changes. Worst experience i will never take my vehicle there. I took it in to have my recalls done. They drove me to work. Shortly after i received a text stating if i need anything text back. I attempted to text to get status if my vehicle with no reply tried calling no answer. Dropped car off at 715am thie calls and texts were at 2pmI then decided to walk from meijer to palmen in 100 degree weather in pants to find out about my vehicle. When i arrived my car was in lot done, no call no ride nothing.I would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere very unprofessional staff.

I hate this place. You cant find my name because I got married. Total waste of time bought a vehicle, it was nothing like we expected. Hidden things wrong, then when we complained they didnt want to help. Tried to return it, they wanted 11,000 more to just return the vehicle. We sold it to carmax got more than what we bought it for. They owed us the gap insurance money and the warranty money. Took about 5 months and 20 visits. No one wanted to be straight with us. It was a nightmare. I definitely do not suggest anyone buying a car from here.

I went to this dealer regarding a vehicle I had seen online. When I entered I asked to meet with the VIP manager as I was instructed to do by the salesman I was dealing with on the phone. I never saw the VIP manager.Upon test driving the vehicle I had mentioned an aspect that concerned me about the drive itself and the salesman told me that he hadn’t noticed it and acted like there was nothing wrong when there was an obvious problem with the vehicle and claimed it was a characteristic of the car.I was told when talking on the phone that we could work out a way to help me get a car when I didn’t have the title with me, but with the different salesman at the dealer, he said I couldn’t do anything without my father with me, since I’m practically a baby and couldn’t get a car without a co-signer, even with an established line of nearly perfect credit. He also stated that my car was worth nothing to them, before telling me goodbye. Not to mention he never spoke directly to me, but to my boyfriend who had no actual part of my car buying experience.I will not be returning to this dealer.

They kept trying to pressure me on more then one occasion to get services that my Jeep Renegade did not need at all. I went in fir an oil change and they tried selling me on a brake fluid flush, a fuel system flush and new spark plugs. Keep in mind that my Jeep only has 40k miles.I told the service man no in person, they sent me an email saying that my Jeep again needed those services, then text messaged me to try once again to get me the services. I have an automotive degree and I know a car with 40k definitely does not need all of those services.I feel really bad for all of the unsuspecting owners who actually get all of those premature services done when the vehicle does not need it. Stop pressuring people into getting things that their vehicles do not need.

The process was not forced. Cars are expensive and you always end up paying more than you thought you might, this makes it stressful. Purchased a vehicle a year ago today. Was brought in for service work last week that was covered under warranty with a $100 deductible. The original problem wasnt fixed and the very next day I had the same issues with the car. Had to bring it back in again this week and am told I have to pay the warranty deductible again for a second visit because they didnt fix it the first time around after being told it would be waived if I had to come back.(locked ptu, missed the first visit after I mentioned they are very common on 2015s around the same mileage according to a popular service bulletin).UPDATE: Dave reached out to me and was super helpful. Took care of my issue and got everything straightened out. I had a bad first impression but talking with Dave briefly has turned that around. I understand people make mistakes or dont have the full story and I wont hold that against them as they did reach out and make it right. Thank you.
