I would give this place more stars if I could. We LOVED the service we received. We bought a car from here and got honest advice and the owner worked late to help us out. He was very personable and kind. We drove over an hour to get here and we would easily make that drive again just to get their service. We are happy to do business with Petite Auto. Nothing but great things to say! Thank you!

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced, greeted with a smile, very comforting. They understood my likings for a vehicle and pointed out a few selected vehicles that matched exactly what I wanted, loved every bit of the experience of shopping for a vehicle there100% recommended

Great service! Honest people who know what they are talking about. Bought my car a while back and waited to give my review. Go back for routine maintenance as well. If I ever need another car this is where I will go!

Very nice family owned business. Have gotten a few vehicles from them.Anytime we have had any problems they take it in, fix the problem, and they dont take the liberty to fix and charge you for unnecessary problems without your consent. (something we have experience much too often with other mechanics) Honest and reliable, just what we look for in a dealer/mechanics.

Bought a car from them with the drivers side seat belt not recoilong properly. Brought in and they said they fixed it and it was not fixed. After posting this, we got a call from them and they asked us to take it down, saying it was not very professional and that they may not be legally responsible to fix the seatbelt due to how long its been. Even though there was never a set time to get the work done.

I have been going here for years. I never had no problems here. Very helpful. Willing to go the xtra mile to help me with issues that needed to be fixed on my car more than once. I have a expensive sports car and work has been done to my winter car also. IF he is not immediatly in the office..HE NOT AT LUNCH HE IS OBVIOUSLY HELPING MECHANIC THERE OR ASSISTING ANOTHER CLIENT OUTSIDE. Very proffesional business quality work.

I would HIGHLY advise you to NOT go here. I first found out about them by messaging the owner of a particular car on craigslist. It was listed as being sold by a private owner but ended up being one owned by Petite Auto. So we went in to check it out. First thing we do, we walk in the door and there is no one inside. We hear people in the shop, but no one is there to greet us. So we wait and wait until finally we just open up the door (that says DO NOT ENTER, by the way :S) and yell hello?. Finally someone comes to help us. Instead of taking our name down or getting a drivers license or another form of identification, he just takes the keys out, briskly walks outside with us, and throws the keys onto the hood of the car and walks away without saying anything really. So we look around the car, it looks like certain dents have been filled in with white-out, which is somewhat normal since the car I ended up buying from Honda of Kenosha has that too, so its fairly common I suppose. Anyways, we start the car and it cleanly turns over and goes to fast idle. Normal. However, after it goes to slow idle, and as we were chatting, we noticed that it was alternating between idling at 500 rpm and 2000 rpm idle, and repeated this over and over. NOT a good sign. This is probably due to a faulty oxygen sensor, which is hundreds of dollars to replace. Nevertheless, we take it out for a spin. The suspension is not too stiff, but it is definitely a rough and bumpy ride (which, from reading reviews online I suppose this is somewhat normal). As we continue, we hear clunking sounds coming from the engine bay. So when we get back to the dealership, we open up the engine bay and sure enough, there are tools still inside the bay! There was a screwdriver near the windshield wiper and needle nose pliers ON THE BATTERY. Poor practice. Not to mention that their work space is very messy, which is another bad sign; A mechanics work space should be at least somewhat clean and tidy. Their work space tells you a lot about them. Maybe I just had a really unlucky experience with them, but from what I can tell, they are selling cars with lots of problems for NORMAL asking price. They say in their ad feel free to bring a mechanic to give you a false sense of security. If you were to actually bring a mechanic, I have a feeling you would be in for a rough ride.

Drove an 1 1/2 hours to buy a car that was listed on Craigslist as owner. Asked specifically if the car had clean title in their name before I made the trip. Just to find out it didnt. Wasted time.
