It all started with just going on a wimb, now every time I go they always know what I want as soon as I walk in. I love the fruit and the conversations I have every single time. Best smoothies and fruit I have had so fresh keeps me coming back multiple times a week.

My wife and I purchased 2 trays from them. One was a delivery and the other we picked up. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. Everything was fresh and delicious.

They had my arrangement one hour early and when I got there they where very fast to assist me. Super friendly even though they where real busy. Thank You!!

Young lady did an amazing job with my last minute order. Took her time to assist me with deciding on something to fit my budget, and did a wonderful job. And my daughter loved it!

Linda did an outstanding job of assisting me with placing an order for my folks, my wife and daughter for Valentines day. It was a big hit for all. The chocolate covered fruit arrangements came as pictured. Linda also helped me to take advantage of incentives available to customers.

Do not waste your money here!! I ordered a happy birthday platter for my cousin and was extremely disappointed with the product they sent out. It looked nothing like the photo displayed online, it looked like it was carelessly thrown together. I spent $69.69 and was extremely disappointed with the quality and the costumer service. When I called, the employee was very rude and said that they could go back to her house to pick up the platter in order for me to receive a refund. Who does that? Thats like Pizza Hut going back to your house to pick up the pizza. Employee also stated that she was offended because she personally made it, im offended that it was even sent out looking like that. I understand products get tossed around during delivery but this platter looked like it was in a car accident. Save your money people, will never be ordering from here again. Displayed below are photos of what it was supposed to look like vs. what was sent out. Nothing like what was posted online.

I placed a same day delivery order. My order was flagged as In Transit, but the person I was delivering to would be done with work within an hour and I was unsure if the delivery would make it. I called the location that I ordered from, staff then called the driver to redirect his route so the delivery could be made on time (last minute on a Friday afternoon).Customer service was excellent. I will definitely purchase from them in the future!

I just walked in and hours are until 3 today. There were people inside visiting with the employee and she told me they closed at 2 but the open sign and door continued to stay open. It also smelled very strongly of marijuana in the store I will not ever be giving my business here.

Positives: My order looked very good and was packaged nicely.Negatives: I ordered online to get curbside pick up the following day. I arrived at my scheduled pick up time. After waiting 5 minutes, I decided to just go in, no big deal, I thought maybe they were busy. There was no one behind the counter but I could hear adults and children behind the door that said “employees only”. After waiting an additional 5 minutes someone came out and handed me my order. Then I saw another adult come out of the back with a toddler, and bring him back in again. As a parent myself, I understand things happen but it came off as really unprofessional. No one that came out of the back was wearing a mask, even though that is a state mandate right now. I would hope when working with food (especially when the customers can’t see it being prepared) you would make an effort to seem professional and sanitary. In between the no masks, hair down, and children in the back, I didn’t feel that way at all. With all this being said I won’t order from here again.

Fairly terrible customer service. Twice orders for pick up have been inexplicably “put on the delivery truck” and then not delivered. Managers never take any responsibility. Terrible location, would recommend you pick a different gift.

My Father in law tried placing an order in store, and was told that there wasn’t time to take his order, go home and do it online. They were obviously short staffed and had a lot of orders to do (she said). Unacceptable in my opinion.

The old manager at Gurnee site Linda is now the manager in Kenosha, WI. My experience was informative and knowledgeable. Extremely quick and helpful. They also deliver in most of Gurnee territory. Call Kenosha instead of Gurnee for your next order.

Do not waste your time or money!! Ordered a platter and it looked nothing like it was supposed to. They were out of almost everything that was supposed to be on it. But failed to mention that and made it the way they wanted to. It was a jumbled mess and she got rude and would not give a refund and wanted to go back out and pick the platter back up which was a birthday gift to my cousin. Very unprofessional! I wish you could give no stars because the way she handledthis was so wrong! Spent $70 for nothing!

I am updating my original review as the manager did call me and do her best to rectify and apologize for the situation that occured. After speaking with the manager I will be willing to give this store another try in the future.

When I got my bouquet it was half rotten and horrible quality. Went in to ask for a replacement but The Owner looks like she hasn’t showered in days I can see why the quality is the way it is. The place seems very unsanitary. I definitely wouldn’t go anywhere near this place.

Currently have an order placed for next week that I am trying to reschedule and nobody will answer the phone, it just rings and rings, so either they need to update their phone number on google and also on the order confirmation I got via email or they simply dont care. I will be cancelling my order now by driving 20 miles to go speak to them in person. They dont deserve my business.

It saddens me to write a bad review in a time where a virus runs rampant and impacting peoples day to day lives, but I have grown so frustrated just trying to contact someone. I ordered some chocolate dipped strawberries and a dozen cookies for Mothers Day. I recieved the fruit but no cookies. No big deal, I will go to their website and open a ticket. So i do and after entering all of my info and submitting the ticket I get an error on the screen saying their system is unavailable and the ticket closes. No big deal, I will just call them and let them know. I called and all there is an endless loop of ringing and an recording saying I can leave a message. No one ever picks up. So I tired using the touch keys to navigate around the phone menu. IT WORKED, I get to the voicemeail box to leave a VM. Just when i think its all over, their VM box is full....I am trying to be as understanding as possible but I do not know of any other ways to reach out other than writing this review.---Update: I was able to get through, they will redeliver the cookies.

We have used Edible Arrangements in Kenosha a few times for our customers. When we are done with a remodel we will send them a nice gift of fruit with chocolate. The fruit is always very fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend giving them a shot sometime Im sure youll find something you like.

I came home to a sorry we missed you tag on the ground on my front porch. There was no Weirton in it or a box check that the delivery was at my neighbors, to call the store, or that it would be delivered another day. So I called the store the next day to Find our is there was indeed an arrangement coming. I called and it just rang and rang. I called back and was placed on hold the first time 27 minutes before I hung up. I called back and again another 20 minutes. So I resorted to Facebook for the Kenosha location. There I looked for messaging. Nothing! I then left a review with the picture of the tag and 2 screenshots of my waiting time and their phone number. I left a review about the sissy we missed you sign left on the ground on my front porch. About an hour later I for 1 of the 2 boxes is strawberries 🍓 that my husband ordered. The berries looked like they were made in middle school home ec. Nothing like the picture on this site. Not premium berries either. They were already sitting in wet juice and breaking down. Very disappointing! I do not recommend and my husband will be calling them. Order from Sherries Berries!!!!!

My order was delivered shortly after placing it and it looked great. The recipient was very happy!

We went here to try the smoothies and the fruit cups. They we having a special where they were $.99 each. We bought 3 fruit cups and 3 smoothies. The fruit in the cups was warm and tasted musty. It had no flavor. The smoothies were the same, bland and tasteless. I’m glad I got to try it for only $.99, because I will not buy anything from there again. The lady working there was very friendly, nice, and fast.

Need a quick birthday gift and was in and out in fifteen minutes with a freshly made arrangement! She absolutely loved it, it was so unique! Loved the chocolate covered strawberries!

A while ago I ordered for Mothers Day a few bouquets. Once-in-a-lifetime experience very good tasty I wont say that its not but its extremely expensive for fruit covered in chocolate

Full experience start to finish:I searched online for what Id like to order. Im not usually tech savvy, so I wanted to place my order over the phone to make sure it was done correctly. Im greeted on the phone by a rushed, frantic woman. I explained exactly what I wanted from online, then there was a moment of silence where she goes Im sorry what is your question?? In a very rude tone. I repeated myself, trying to be even more clear. She then cuts me off and says look, Im the only one here and the phones are going crazy. Can you just order online right now? I have a delivery man who needs my attention and I dont have time for this. I was floored by her poor customer service. Luckily, I figured out the online ordering, but I was not happy. I considered scrapping the entire idea and calling corporate, but I wanted to get the full experience first. Once my order was sent to check out, I couldnt believe that delivery was $15!! I dont have a way to pick up in store, and that price was out of this world in my opinion, however, this was a gift and let it go. I got a confirmation that it would be delivered today, however, they give you no time frame as to when to expect your delivery, so make sure you dont plan to leave the house for any reason, including an emergency. The light to this whole situation, and the reason this place is receiving any stars, is because the packaging and delivery was super. My delivery guy followed my notes to call me when he arrived, was friendly, and had the kindest smile. He was specific about where to sign for the package, and polite. Everything arrived in one piece and neatly put together. If I order in the future, it wont be from the kenosha store, and I will be picking up my order to avoid the insane shipping prices.

So I place a order which is only 12 dipped strawberries and a teddy bear it’s 1:40 pm now and I placed my order at maybe 11:30 am it should not take 2 hours for 12 strawberries and a teddy bear but the staff was going through some tech issues which I can understand and everyone contacted me in a reasonable time and my wife loves the surprise and I would like to thank Jenny who works at this location and Shenika from customer service if I spelled your names wrong I’m truly sorry but thank you both I will be shopping here more often stay bless and stay warm

Walked in looking for an arrangement. Employee had door held open for a long time and as I started looking was told to close the door. The door is foggy and we couldnt see anything through it. Employee was really rude.

Went in with husband the lady was super rude they had no samples and things my husband asked for she rufruse to make and said they dont have any made and left it at that i would never go back
