Used to be my go-to florist but extremely disappointed in how the management spoke to me on the phone. I had the address incorrect on an order and she seemed extremely put out. People make mistakes just like they did, and the last interaction is the only impression left. Her staff and her floral arrangements are beautiful but wish management was a little bit more empathetic.

My mom went here to try and buy some flowers to fill out my wedding arrangements (that I had ordered online). The florist was extremely rude to my mother when she learned that we did not use her for our wedding, despite that my mother was there attempting to become a paying customer.I can only assume that she is only fake-nice to people that she thinks she can make big sales to, and everyone else deserves her contempt.

Every Valentines Day, I order flowers for delivery from random florists (with good Google reviews). They all were consistently horrible and disappointing. Since it fell on a Sunday this year, I had to pick somewhere local to my house. So I selected Sunnyside Florist.The person who called me ahead of time at my request was kind, and profession. The person who delivered the flowers was extremely friendly. The flowers were AMAZINGLY beautiful, well trimmed and organized. Im hands down going with 5 stars here. This business is a GOOD florist who got EVERYTHING right.

First time I ever went with Sunnyside Florist, my sister being admitted to Pleasant Prairie Hospital. They made such a beautiful arrangement, that she also loved!! I left it up to them, to make the arrangement and I dont think I could have even figured out what to send. They did a wonderful job!! Have their number in my phone and will definitely be using them, have alot of family in that area.

Not so friendly!

I moved out of the area, but wanted to send birthday flowers a couple years ago to my Mom, who is a retired Florist/Shop owner for 18 years. Sunnyside did a GREAT job for me. I gave them creative range and told them she really liked unique styles and flowers. She LOVED her piece; loved the flower choices, loved the unique styling, loved the colors. YAY! That made me happy. Ive used this establishment again a couple more times - shes loved each arrangement. One of these days when I get back up that way, Im going to have to stop in and say hello in person!

We are so happy to have chosen Sunnyside to be our wedding florist! Dawn was so wonderful! She does an initial intake of items like our flower budget so she can help advise on what flower type and design to recommend. I was super impressed with her creative suggestions for ways to get the overall cost down without sacrificing color or fullness. She really keys in on what each customer values and her suggestions saved us hundreds of dollars. She was also excellent at handling last minute additions so that every idea of our vision could be successfully pulled off. She was able to accommodate different pick up times for the different items. Since we had one runner for the grooms party and one runner for the brides party, this was helpful. The quality and freshness of the flowers was the best I have ever seen! The bouquets looked and smelled like new for weeks! So happy with our experience!

I could not be happier with the wedding flower Sunnyside did for my daughters wedding! Im kind of fussy- I worked as a florist years ago- and Ive never seen such beautiful work! Dawn was so gracious and easy to work with, and the pricing was fantastic. You really need to look no further- they will do an excellent job, for a reasonable price. This is a wonderful place to go get flowers. I went there to order flowers for my cousin, whose mother passed away. The lady who helped me was awesome. She was extremely helpful and very sweet. I definitely recommend Sunnyside Florists for all of your flower and plant needs.

We chose Sunnyside Florist for our wedding flowers because we had already gone with them for past events like proms. They were absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding, we scheduled a consultation meeting and they checked with us first on our budget for flowers. Once we had a budget set they designed beautiful flowers for our wedding party and reception centerpieces that were stunning. I highly recommend going to Sunnyside Florist!

I would not recommend. Ordered flowers on a Saturday morning, for a funeral on Monday. When I ordered them everything was fine. I had requested that they spray the arrangement with some silver glitter, which they told me would be no problem. Late Saturday afternoon they called and said they were out of the blue flowers that were suppose to be in the patriotic display, would it be ok if they substituted another flower and sprayed it blue. At this point, I didn’t really have a choice, so I reluctantly agreed. When I got to the service I was disappointed that the flower that they substituted for was a carnation, a much cheaper flower! And they neglected to spray any silver glitter. The flowers were very underwhelming, and for what I paid, I expected a lot more! I wouldn’t trust them!

I own a flower shop in Iowa so very selective in who will do the flowers for my daughter and granddaughters. Sunnyside Florist has been great to work with and sent arrangements meeting all my expectations!! Dealing with a grandmother who has been in the industry for 48 years with her own shop and definite expectations can be annoying. Sunnyside, you have been terrific and your customer service above & beyond. Thank you.

Today was my sons prom, I ordered my corsage, pin and Flowers for his dates mom from the other place in Kenosha, (paid in full), when I placed the order, they never called to confirm the pick up, never mentioned they close early on Saturday (2pm) I got there @ 3pm to pick up and hello surprise... place was closed.I went to Sunnyside and Dawn and Nancy were able to help me. They made the corsage and flowers for her mom. In 20 minutes my order was done.Thank you ladies, you are our life savers.

If you need flowers for any occasion this is the place to go! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgable about the flowers they sell, for example: we asked for flowers that wont make our cat sick and they were very quick to give us our options. They usually have some pretty good deals and the carnations I received lasted for way longer than any other flowers I have received elsewhere!

Wonderful service and a beautiful arrangement !! It can be slightly daunting to call from half a country away to order flowers, as you don’t know the florist and you can not see what you may get. Sunnyside did an absolutely stunning job! If I ever need to send flowers ne Kenosha again,I will most certainly call Sunnyside.

This is the 2nd time Ive ordered from them in the last 2yrs. For my sisters funeral and recently my mothers funeral. There arrangements are beyond beautiful and they listened very carefully to what you were saying and somehow understood what you wanted threw all the tears and mumbled speech. They are Awesome.

Staff saved my friends wedding when her original flowers were not delivered on time. Taught us how to clean the roses and gave us a VERY fair price! Will continue to choose Sunnyside over other flower ships I the area.

Love getting flowers here. Usually not for any specific reason Id like to go into... but hey! Thats what flowers are for right 😉 They always have a nice selection for a quick pick up at work AND theyve got some fenomenal chocolates to top off that reason youre buying flowers in the first place.

100% Will never use this florist again!!! Im actually appalled and embarrassed by the arrangements they put together and delivered to a visitation this week. When I called to voice my concerns to Dawn she kept talking over me and blaming me for the tacky arrangements she made. 0 stars out of 10 for sure!!!

I recently moved to Kenosha from Illinois and I received a beautiful Sweetest Day arrangement from this florist on October 18, 2014. It is now November 6th, and the carnations that were in this bouquet are still beautiful. My niece is getting married this week and we had a last minute flower emergency. We went to our usual florist and they were of little to no help. Being almost in panic mode, I remembered those carnations and we went to Sunnyside Florist to see if they could help. Sunnysides wedding expert, Dawn came to the rescue, took charge and saved the day. The wedding is tomorrow and I will be sure to post pictures!
