For whatever reason, none of the bike shops around me are willing to work on any other brand except Harley or Indian (I have a Yamaha), so they recommended me this place, which is almost a half hour away. All I needed was a brake lever installed and I even had the part ready. Immediately the people here were very helpful and upfront with me and were even nice enough to fix my blinker for no charge. Ill definitely be going there again next time I need a tune up.
Willing to work on my 1997 Honda Valkyre. Hoping for great outcome.
This is twice in 3 days I have been denied service from this repair shop. I went in a few days ago being polite and respectful to the man behind the counter I asked about a clutch cable for my dirt bike I was denied service and told that even if I ordered a cable through them and it was not right I could not return it. Then I was told they could possibly repair my cable so I asked if I could leave it with a phone number and have it fixed. I was denied that as well. Today I went in for a chain for my bike. The same man served me the chain and when I asked if they could please install it I was denied that service as well they said they would not put my chain on because the bike is Chinese. What that has to do with a chain I have no clue. Very unprofessional and will not be getting business from me ever again.
New part of the shop opened. Nice guys. Very knowledgeable and checked parts off the bike for me while changing the breaks.
Ordered tires he doubles the price right in front of me for the front tire....I heard him on the phone with the representative. and then the guy 4got 2 order them, 5 days later a bunch of excuses Nada Chibada. 4 more days later. They came.. I thought they were comping the Install cost but a Big Negative at 1st, but then My frustration vented and he comped the labor. Probably will go elsewhere from now on. Tried shopping local. π€·ββοΈ
Great service from experts. Always my go to place for motorcycles and ATVs
Head a great conversation with the man that was working there I will be buying a scooter from red line thanks very much
Straight and forward but very busy
Stay away if u dont want to over pay and get scammed for a simple service these guys are crooks
This place is great! I had a old Suzuki that had not ran in a few years and so I took it down to them. Now it runs better than it EVER HAS!! . They gave me a great deal on the parts and the labor was pretty reasonable . I really like that they made me feel comfortable for riding a Japanese motorcycle AND that they did turn me away for it being as old as it is. There is a coffee shop that you can walk to while getting a tire installed Tuesdays during the summer is when a lot of bikes gather up and down the road called two wheel Tuesdays . You can see antique to modern machines every week ! Thanks Guy for making my bike run so well! Ill be back to get a helmet!
Awesome place,
Nice place
Very nice people
Great place to take your motorcycle, ATV, snowmobile, and/or scooter. They offer lots of services, from tires, oil changes to complete motor rebuilds and even custom drag bike builds. The best mechanics and parts guy in the business.
Excellent shop for all your motorcycle needs. Nice selection of parts and willing to order in whatever you need. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I have recently had my bike in the shop and had a tuneup, new sprockets and chain put on. These guys were great!!! Bike got done in a week, runs great. They were reasonably with their prices. I will definitely go back to them!
This shop is by far my go to shop for parts, accessories, and or maintenance! Not to mention great prices. Every time I go they are always polite and incredibly helpful. I would refer them to anyone I know. Just give them a call and youll see what I mean.
I have been going there for years the owner Tony really knows his stuff and is very fair and honest they can get you just about anything highly recommend them stands behind his work
RED LINE CYCLES, A very professional business & knowledgeable techs . The services Tony has done for my bikes has been outstanding, Everything from complete engine rebuilds to minor repairs has been done extremely well. I trust him and his employees to do the work perfectly. I dont think you could find a better place to have all your services done no mater what you ride. No need to make an appointment for tires, oil changes or brakes, they can do that while you wait . If you need to buy parts or apparel and its not in stock he can get it in 1-2 days. He can get just about every make and model Motorcycle, ATV & Snowmobile parts you need in 1 or 2 days in most cases . Tony Giorno, the Owner & Proprietor Has been in the business his whole life, He is the best around. Stop in and check out the new show room of parts and apparel. Check out some of the Old bikes he has restored on show room floor. He has also brought in a line of new scooters for sale. Stop in today, you wont regret it .
Had awesome service when buying a battery for my new bike he even charged it for me at no cost! Will definitely be coming back!
Tony and his crew have been more than fair with me. I have dealt with them on a few projects and one of them was an old enduro. I brought him the bike and a few partial motors to try and make one good final bike, and he really came though! It was a basket case until he took over. He also did a big quad that was a pain in the As$ job, but he came through again. A very flexible and helpful crew!
Tony is great! Highly recommend!
Very good service, personnel really do what they can to help customers. Knowledgeable about setting up and maintaining both older and newer motorcycles and these guys will steer you in the right direction for whatever your needs are!!!
If you dont like being bothered by a sales person, this is the place to go.
Awful place. Guy I talked to was trying to nickle and dime me for everything. I took my bike here to get a new exhaust put onto it. They told me itll take an hour and a half to do, so I left for an hour and a half and when I came back they still werent done. They then tried to charge me for more labor time because they couldnt figure out how to put the exhaust onto my bike. Youre a motorcycle shop. How do you not know how to put an exhaust on? They also told me my forks were leaking and that I should replace the seals, which would cost me over $300. They werent leaking. It just had some dirt on it. Fixed it with a rag and saved $300. This place is a scam. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to bring your bike.
Helped me figure out why my bike was making noise, gave me air, oiled my chain and wouldnt accept payment for it.Thank you.
Sent in a Message for Tony and his guys to take a look at a Banshee I purchased that may need a rebuild. Tony replied to me, and said they are slammed this week to give him a call to see if they can squeeze me in next week. I called to just ask a few simple questions as I am new to this, and the lady who answered the phone was completely ignorant. When all I had were a few questions such as, how long do you think it would take to fix it? How much do you think it will be? How long until you can get to it? etc.... She told me she didnt want my machine sitting there for 3 weeks not being touched or worked on and I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU TO CALL NEXT MONDAY!!!Really nice place huh....... Simple answers can answer simple questions, too bad they dont want good returning business... My whole family has gone thru redline, and or purchased parts from them.... So sad....
Mat was very helpful looking and answering my questions with the scooter. Thanks
Good people very helpful
Great shop. Honest. Did excellent work on my Honda 1800VTX. These are my go-to motorcycle guys.
These are the most reliable people in town...FAR BETTER THAN FIRE HOUSE PREFORMANCE.....
This is a Great Place to get your bke worked on. The Customer Service is A+.
Its ok. A little pricey. Not a big selection. But its closer than any other bike shop
Great place fair prices and good service.
Might be good but cant even get in for repairs until the summer is over
Shop owner was super awesome and they have a great selection for reasonable prices. Just a heads up they only accept cash or a cashiers check.
I bought a set of forged pistons from them and brought my cylinders in to have them bored and pistons fitted. I was being very picky about the tolerances I wanted between the pistons and cylinders. When I go them back I did some quick measuring and the pistons seemed too loose, so I took them back to Redline and spoke to the technician who did the job. He insisted the tolerances were correct, but I wasnt convinced. So I took them to a local speed shop and had them checked with a very sophisticated tool and they agreed that the piston fit was too loose. I then spoke to Tony, Redlines owner and he checked them himself. Although he felt they could be run with that much clearance, he agreed that there was more than what I requested. So he totally made things good. He took back the pistons I bought and paid for a new set slightly bigger and did the bore job again. This time the tolerances were satisfactory and I did not have to pay another cent. I have purchased many parts from these guys and had them perform other shop work for me. They have done great work in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend these guys for any work you need done on your bike. They are also great at getting hard to find parts for vintage bikes and prices are always competitive with the internet.
Great place
Great place. Friendly fair and very helpful.
They are a great place to have your cycle or scooters fixed.
I am frustrated with this place. I like the selection of bikes for sale but there doesnt seem to be any salesmen who work here. I understand that it is mainly a parts/repair shop but you have other merchandise as well. If you want to sell it you need to approach the customer, they should never have to approach you. The 3 or 4 times Ive been here to look at bikes Ive been put off by the inattentiveness of the staff (especially since there were almost no customers in the store). The one time I did speak with someone about a bike purchase he seemed preoccuppied by something else and was trying to get me out of the door as soon as possible. Not the way to sell a vehicle, guys...
Very poor service over priced
Great service and prices. My sistee will be buying a moped π
Love this place, top notch service
Took my yz 85 there for trans issues ie not shifting stuck in gear ect talked to Tony he said he wasnt taking in work for 3 weeks but to bring it by. He looked it over and had it fixed within a days time and (to what i think) a very very cheap price! Great place for parts, service and knowledge. Would take any of my machines there for service hands down the best powersports place in kenosha!
This will literally be the first time I have written a bad word about any business, but these clowns were literally the worst business experience I have ever ever ever dealt with. I wish I had read the post about these guys before I took my bike to them first their customer service SIKE they have dont have any customer service they SUCK its like you accidentally called your weed man. Look bottom line they have had my bike for the better part of a month and I keep getting dumb excuses on how come they havent finished it. I could kick my own ass for taking it to them. DONT DO IT if your thinking of taking your bike there DONT DO IT save yourself the aggravation and just throw the bike off a cliff. No exaggeration these guys suck
Motorcycles & scooters as well as helmets, gloves, etc for people into power sports.
Great deal, quick to get me ready to ride! Thanks!
Great shop knowledgeable staff always willing to work with you to fix whats broken instead of replacing entire assembles. A+
