Sunday, my car unexpectedly broke down and I called Firehouse Towing. The person answering the phone was polite and took my information. Then he called me within 20 minutes and said his driver was on the way. The driver, Dustin, arrived quickly. He was very nice, knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. He was professional and delivered our car safely to the repair shop of our choice. Thank you and we will definitely use this company again, IF we need another towing.

Thanks FireHouse for being so awesome when my daughters car was broken down. I appreciated the professionalism of the man who answered the phone at 8pm last night. When the tow was complete this morning, they let me know right away. Great communication! Hopefully I wont need your services again, but I wouldnt hesitate to do so.

The guy came to tow my SUV while I was away. No problems. Next call I had was the car shop letting me know that my car repairs were finished. Was a good day!

A year ago I would have given 5 stars. .. now 1 is generous.. asked the mechanic to trouble shoot my car.. and change any cables that needed changing. Car was starting on and off. He changed the post which was already new.. $105.00 later I drove away and a day later ..still same problem.. the can kiss my azz .. never again.

The service was mediocre; the technicians were helpful and assisted with the problem of my car. The one star is because of the wife of the business is absolutely rude and crazy with her political talks. I was not there for that; I was there for my car

I called them because my son wrecked his motorcycle and it was 30 degrees outside and we needed a tow quick. They got there before I did...to the site of the accident! Firehouse is excellent for all my Harley Davidson needs. The mechanic who works on my bike always takes the time to let me know about potential problems such as tire wear etc...their prices are at least 30% cheaper than the Harley dealer on all services. The Customer Service is excellent as they are always polite and will get you in for a quick service while you wait whenever possible.

Brought my ride in for the spring check up. She also knocked a little as if there was bad gas. Andrew and Steve diagnosed and fixed the issue ( bad tuner ). Thanks for unleashing the beast!! She is running great!!

They are communicative, polite, and always explain to me what i should do NOW vs. what i should do SOON to keep my car running. They are good at getting my car fixed on short notice as well. I keep coming back because Ive always been treated respectfully and have never been recieved condescension here as i have at other car shops in our area. Firehouse fields my potentially silly/inane questions with politeness and ease. Always do good work!

Great place to take your vehicle. Very knowledgeable and professional. I dropped my car off with Mark on a Monday and had it back on Tuesday. I highly recommend Firehouse Performance for all your auto care. (Also heard that their towing service is pretty good but I have not used it. Fingers crossed I will never have to.)

One of the drivers parked across our driveway to hookup our neighbors truck. Soon after he pulled up we had to leave. After about 10 minutes of the driver talking with our neighbor he looked over and noticed us waiting. He asked if we needed to leave and we said yes so he looked around and said we could just drive through our front yard and go over the curb. That was something we did not want to do so we said we were just going to wait. After we explained that he simply gave us a dirty look and shook his head. Although he did quickly hook up the truck and leave after that.

My family has taken our vehicles to Bryan and Firehouse for near 15 years now, and we have NEVER had a bad experience with the quality ofwork or the price. Every individual there are great to work with and I would recommend them hands down over any place else.

Called to see when they could mount my new tire on my Road Glide wheel that I had removed. I was told to bring it right over if I could leave it for a bit. Dropped it off and got a call in about an hour that it was ready! The work was done properly, and the price was fair. Life is good! Highly recommend.

Ive been searching to a decent mechanic for a while. When the one I found went out of business, I was directed to Firehouse. I thought they only worked on bikes but they have techs for cars too. I went in with what seemed like a big problem the day before Christmas Eve, turned out to be small and after an hour and 30 dollars, I was on my way. Great guy at the desk, honest, fair, all around great hidden gem. I have a new mechanic, will be sure to be back.

Fast and efficient. Brought my bike in for a tire, while the tire was off they recommended rear brake at parts cost. Extremely happy with the results.

I was referred here by a friend around 2 years ago to get my brakes done. Excellent service and friendly guys. I’ve had them check out a few more minor things since then, which ended up at no charge to me even though it took time out of their day. Brian is honest and will not nickel and dime you. Fast great service at a good price. This was my second time going to them for service. Both times I have had great luck and service. Drop it off in the morning picked it up in the afternoon. Pleasant people there and no surprises. This is not your typical repair shop.

I came to them with Landry list of things for a 20 year old fxsts they handled all my work on the bike from mounting tires to new wiring handlebars new fishtail. True duals brake light replacement wiring the list goes on and Im very impressed with this shop I wont go anywhere else thankyou guys for patience

Love Firehouse Performance, we were to bring my husbands bike in for service, but when we needed to bring it in. He had to work after they closed. So i called and offered options to get it there. They came and picked up the bike at our home, i called when they opened they had the bike picked up by 8:30am. Matt who picked up the bike was super nice and helpful. Brian and crew are awesome!! Firehouse Performance was recommended to me by some friends when I bought my bike last year. I took it in this year for a complete service. When I called to schedule an appointment they were able to get me in right away. They were fast and courteous and they were upfront with what I needed done to my bike. Good service. I made an appointment for Saturday morning to have the rear tire replaced on my Sportster. I showed up right at the time of my appointment and they were waiting for me. As soon as I got there, they took my key, took the bike in the shop and started working on the bike right away. I was able to wait for the bike and ride it home. I will go back to Firehouse in the future for any repairs on my bike.

Ive had issues finding good car mechanics in the kenosha area, and this is the 1st reliable place ive found in kenosha! Fixed all my car issues with my falling apart vehicle. It is a small shop, so expect to wait a few more days to get your vehicle back but their work is worth the time.

2015 Firehouse came all the way to Franklin with a trailer picked up my 2005 wide glide, installed the S&S gear drive, tappets, cam, oil pump etc. Delivered it back to me still going strong after 3 years........

Poor service department...lost parts...put wrong size tire on my bike...and would not take the tire back.....had to go to RED LINE CYCLES to get the proper tire...put a kit in my bike witch tore up my oil pump and a cam.... just...not happy with there poor service....
