This store has the best quality and variety of furniture I have seen in any furniture stores.The delivery is quick and easy.I highly recommend this store.

I am writing this review from my sons account, I have no problem with Price Co’s salesmen or the product. This 1 star review is with the grey haired rude manager. Ive purchased several items from them and Im satisfied and have never dealt with him until recently, I went to purchase a dresser and nightstand and there were two different prices on the same nightstand so naturally I want the lesser one and without the scratch the prev one had also wanted to see if they could discount the dresser since I didnt want the mirror. The nice sales guy went to ask the manager and he was beyond RUDE!!! Talking loud and condescending to him, meanwhile Im standing there listening to all of this and him saying I dont care what she wants I will give her $10 off the dresser and she can have the scratched up one for the sales price. I get the part about not being able to sell the mirror alone my issue was with rudeness. Ive never been to a place of business that the manager is beyond unprofessional and rude beyond disbelief. Just for that alone I will NOT! Be purchasing anything from there and stop sending people to this store until he is fired!

This store has beautiful pieces of furniture.

Not only did every employee stop what they were doing to help me find my phone (which I had lost after trying out almost every couch at every furniture store in the PNW), they also sold us an incredible couch…. the perfect one we’d been searching for! And delivered without any hiccups! This team is great!

First I just want to start off by saying everything they had in there was super cute and comfy. I picked out some nice things for my family. There was a man who helped us throughout our entire visit. He made sure he greeted us at the door and that our needs were met. He was extremely helpful and I am so thankful!All of the other men werent very friendly. They just stare at you like theyre disgusted or they just dont know how to smile. I did have my kids with me while I was there and they didnt even say hi to my kids after my kids said hello. Not too much of a big deal, but it would be nice to be kind especially working at a place like that. Fix your face, greet your customers, be kind and dont sit with your nose up like youre better than anyone else. I really didnt like the looks I got from the other men there. Sorry, but its true.Overall, I am EXTREMELY grateful I was able to pick out some furniture and I am really satisfied with how clean everything was and the prices were amazing.

Ill start by saying that Shawn was great! My husband and I came in looking for a new bed and mattress, walking in Shaw was very polite from welcoming us in, To making sure we had everything we needed. He provided phenomenal Customer service gave us different options and insight between bed frames and mattresses the whole deal. I would have gave them five stars but the last minute interaction we had with some of the other workers in the store was very disappointing as we were closing in on our sale Shawn needed some assisting with the process the guy in charge was a complete A**hole towards shawn and showed poor sportsmanship. Other than that they have a great variety of furniture for great prices.

Sold a set with a broken chair. Brought it in to fix it but and this man really had the audacity to say the he fixed it by pushing it down when its clearly not fixed. Dont shop ever here. You better off getting something decent from else where for the same price if not less.

The worst store and worst customer service. They don’t know how to do business. The manager is very unprofessional. Do not buy anything from them. Don’t do business with them. The worst experience of my life doing business with them. I bought a furniture from them that’s why I don’t recommend them for anyone.

This store is owned by a non profit foundation. Your money goes towards lift the children which helps fund 82 orphanages in Africa, and The John Volken Academy. Its a two year addiction recovery and behavior modification program. Every penny they make goes into keeping the foundation going. No one there earns a paycheck. They make a minimum two year commitment, live next door, and learn life skills at the store. This is a great cause and they dont up sell like everyone else because they dont have employees or corporations to pay. They just want to keep the light on for the next lost sole

Extremely good prices, nice stuff, zero pressure but helpful staff. We had to buy an entire upstairs worth of living and dining furniture and it was about 30% less than other places we looked. Not to mention they support some cool organizations.

I bought my furniture roughly six months ago from here - really great stuff for great prices. Fast forward six months - I started having mixed emotions on my purchase as I started seeing the outline of the metal springs poking through the back of my leather couch. I called PriceCo expecting this may be a hassle as I didn’t purchase the additional warranty. WOW was I wrong. I consulted with Patrick who kindly explained the process to me and followed up with updates in a timely matter. He was super transparent with me (as we weren’t sure whether this was considered a manufacturers defect or not). I called Thursday night and they came today, Monday, to come fix it. I can’t say enough how happy I am with their service. Once my fiancé and I get around to buying a house, this will be the first place I go to. Thank you Patrick and the PriceCo team!

This should be the only place you go to buy new furniture! You want no pressure sales? Honest service? Friendly happy environment? Well then look no more! Price Co is where you need to be! Great prices on some amazing furniture!And get this!! ALL of their profits go to charity!! No Joke!! They have great financing options too and their delivery and set up along with removal of your old furniture is $50! The Hubs and I will be buying our new living room set from them!!

Weve bought a bunk bed, sofa, and dressers so far. The quality of the furniture is good, prices are fairly competitive. Staff and deliverers are helpful and understanding of energetic kiddos! Best of all, the money we spend stays in our community.

This was a great place with great prices! I compared prices all over the area and all over the internet, and these guys beat the next lowest price by $500! It is a program where they are rehabilitating and giving people ready for the workforce. May not be the most knowledgeable, but they are trying to get their lives together and a great group of guys! My wife and I went to PriceCo to get some furniture when we bought our house and we got Scott as our salesman.He was friendly and knowledgeable and was willing to find the answer to any question he didn’t know.He helped my pick out my favourite recliner and get it ordered in the leather I chose.10/10, great customer service and prices.

I went in the store and found a nice small sectional that i loved. I didn’t want the pillows that was with it. I️ found some that was with another set. Salesman tried and we appreciate his efforts however, Salesman asked his boss if I could swap them out and was told no. Mind you we had told him we were there to furnish our new home completely. Needless to say they lost a $10,000.00 cash sale. I would never recommend Price Co. to anyone if you know what you want because the manager do not care of his customers or a sale.

Excellent customer service from all the guys that work there. They have taken time to help me on multiple occasions. We even chose to get our Christmas tree from them last year.

If there’s less than one star I would given it to those guys. They’re the worst!I asked to buy 3 headboards and got delivered 2 instead and the guy over the phone “Sam” refuses to return the item. I bought a dresser and mirror from price co and paid for delivery and assemble it. when they brought it they damaged our wall with dresser also the pain came of from dresser when I contact to store the store manager said you did it and my guys said they did not do it which is funny and he said we are not able to replace it ( they have it available) only we can return it and dropped the call on me, so I went there but they did not let me in to the store even and talk to theme. Also during Covid-19 they delivery guys do not use any of requirment such as Mask, gloves and cover shoes I asked theme please remove the shoes but they did not care when I told these to store manager he laugh on me!!! please make sure how is they customer service when you purchased from them.

This place has a ton of very nice furniture at reasonable prices. The people that work there are very professional and friendly. I bought a bed, dresser, table, couch, loveseat, dining set and curio. The delivery was on time and the guys did an excellent job setting it up. At the time that they were bringing up my new furniture I was also moving boxes up 3 flights of stairs. They not only got all of my furniture up those stairs they even offered to help me move my own belongings! Wow!Special thanks to Damian!John MorrisonAs a foot note. This is a nonprofit organization. Nice, inexpensive selection of home furnishings

I would like to rate this business with five stars because of their reasonable prices on the goods with decent quality. The only negative aspect of the store is the financing factors. They only exempt your purchase if interest for three months and afterward you have to pay %20 plus of your purchase price as interest. An business like PriceCo, from my perspective, should have a better financing options to compete with other furniture sellers such as Mor, JR Furniture, Ashley and so forth. The minimum option of other retailers is no interest for 36 months for any shopping above $500.

I purchased the Element Diana Sectional and its had issue since day 2. I have tried to contact Montage Furniture Services to apply my warranty and the form you need to submit does not work. Emailed twice requesting the form. no luck yet. No refund policy think twice next time.

We absolutely love the furniture and options of accessories at priceco. The price is always right and the staff are always professional and helpful. we are so thankful for the help of one young man Christen who help us on numerous occasions picking out furniture for our bedroom, dining room as well as some furniture we sent to our family as Christmas presents. They also have a moving company with very reasonable prices. I particularly love the fact that all monies are donated to the John Volken Academy which helps young men overcome issues that lead them down the wrong path. I will continue to be a supporter of this program and hope others see both the awesome quality they are providing in furnishings for your home as well as showing a better quality of life for these young men and their families

I love my new queen size bed, they did a great job with removing of old furniture and setting up my new bed and even went above and beyond by putting the mattress and box spring in as well.Job well done.

Buyer beware they are more then happy to take your money and sell you a protection plan for your furniture. My husband and I had been into the Kent location before to buy a mattress it wasn’t the best mattress but it served its purpose. We decided when we purchased a new home in August of 2017 to go back to the Kent location. We went in to furnish at least three rooms. We started with two rooms by buying a sectional for one room along with a coffee table and a couch recliner for another room. We paid extra for them to deliver it. We purchased the montage protection plan. In December we noticed that the sectional had two different places where the material was fraying. I called the store in Kent. I was given the protection plan montage information to contact them to have it fixed. I called montage and they said it wasn’t them because it had not even been a year yet. Montage told me to take it up with the store because it would be a manufacture defect. I called the Kent location back and the manager asked me to send them some pictures and they would get back to me. It is now the end of April and the Kent Price Co is telling us that it will not be covered. This sectional is not used very often my husband and I are Rarely in this room. This is not something that we had done. If we had done it we have montage it supposedly covers damage. We are tired of the store accusing us of doing something to the sectional. My husband talk to the manager and was told you just need to tell montage what you did to it. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else to buy furniture. Go someplace where the manufacturer stands behind their product. I have went through some of the reviews and it sounds like the manufacturer does not stand behind its products.

I think their concept is great. They are non profit, all proceeds go to charity. They have beautiful furniture inside, but it is very expensive. Their slogan is save money, save lives. But I think the save money part is inaccurate. I would recommend shopping here if you have a high budget so your money goes to charity, because like I said theyre is really great furniture here. But dont waste your time if you were hoping for discounted furniture.

Please do not buy anything from PriceCo. The delivery guy showed up at my place after making me wait for over 6 hours and was forcing me to accept a dining table and chairs that had many scratches. When I refused to take the items, he started calling me names, like stupid, ridiculous, and clueless since I do not know the difference between a scratch and wood. He was yelling at me to the point I felt uncomfortable and unsafe in my own home. I asked him to leave or I was about to call the police. So he left. The next day, I went to the store to report the incident to the manager. He asked me to show him the scratches, which I did. But then I asked him to give me back my money and told him about the previous day incident. He then told me, he will not return my money back. I can take the scratched items after paying delivery fee for the second time. He refused to give me back my money and suggested I should go ahead and sue them if I like. They are rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and have no sense of customer service. Since when calling names clients who are not satisfied with the products sold are acceptable? Stay far away from that store. This was a nightmare

My husband and I found a sofa, chair and a half and ottoman we liked and PriceCo and waited until Black Friday to see if there would be any deals on the pieces we were interested in. After working with Kendrick the weekend before Black Friday and on Black Friday his manager decided that the only discount to be had was $60 dollars off the combined pieces.Im not technically complaining about that. I get it. Prices are already reduced and some places just dont have great black Friday events. we decided to purchase. We were told they had the sofa in stock and the chair and a half in stock and could be delivered the next day. The ottoman we had to order, and would be 6 weeks out. We were pretty happy with the short wait on delivery since they had some of the pieces in stock. Last minute we found a bar stool we liked on the floor and noticed is had a tare in it. We offered the manager instead of the discount to just be able to take the bar stool instead. He walked over to the stool to inspect the tare and said did you just do this? Right after he said he was just joking. But this man said that comment dead pan, straight faced.He agreed to the sale and said that the stool would be as-is. Im not even complaining about this portion. I thought the man was odd, in how he handled that part of the deal, and was a little disappointed that their Black Friday deals were non existent. At this point I was still pretty excited about getting new furniture the next day so I shrugged that off.Saturday comes and our chair and a half and sofa are delivered. The sofa was not wrapped (which I didnt think anything of) and the chair was not wrapped either but we noticed that there was a tare in a corner so requested a new one. The delivery man said a new one could be out next Wednesday, which was perfect for our schedules. We were happy with our couch. Wednesday comes and a WRAPPED chair and a half is delivered. My husband asked why this chair was wrapped and the delivery man said that its because its new versus off the show room floor. WHAT?! Your telling me the sofa my child has been climbing on and crawling all over is off the showroom floor and this wasnt disclosed to me? AND I paid full price for a floor model?I called PriceCo and very reasonably asked why I paid full price for the floor model and why this wasnt originally disclosed to me before I purchased? I was told by Jamie and Kendrick that they are confident that our sales person (Kendrick) told us that there were no others in stock and that we would be getting the floor model. And that Kendrick recalls looking over the sofa with us and it looked in great condition.This is a lie. And at no time was it disclosed to me that I would be getting the floor model. I would not have purchased this sofa had I known that. Pretty much PriceCo took the he said she said stance in this situation. And threw out a bunch of sales lines thats the only one left and they no longer make that model any longerI feel like this whole situation was bullshit and that PriceCo told me to go pound sand when I took my concerns to them.Make sure if you purchase from this place that you know if your getting the floor model or brand new items. And make sure they are WRAPPED when you sign for them.

We had been needing a new mattress and really wanted a headboard and footboard as well. We had gone a couple of days earlier to pick out the mattress here, just a on a whim stop at Price Co and found the mattress we thought would work best. I liked the headboard set up that it was on but hadnt decided on that. Yonka helped us while we looked at the mattresses. I went back on Friday after we decided on the mattress we liked, and Yonka was there to take my order. I also got the headboard and frame. Long story short, we really needed it delivered asap. The guys at Price Co put us on the list for the next morning and brought it on time and set it up in minutes. My husband loved the bed and we have had nothing but great nights of sleep on the mattress. Thanks Yonka and all you guys at Price Co. This is so far the best bed weve ever had (and weve had some expensive beds!). The prices on our mattress and headboard set was so reasonable. We definitely got our moneys worth and more.
