Management was short on effort to assist customer. The clerk was very assertive and helpful goes above and beyond duty to satisfy customer. Recommend stop being focused on display settings and make happy customers people are very selective in how they spend their money. A nice facility means nothing if the customers are not satisfied with service...

I love this place been going there for a while now. I love there hours it is so convenient and there customer service is impeccable. The lady working at the cashier really helped me pick the right liquor. I will definitely come back here again.

This is a nice liquor shop with a great owner.The store is well maintained and kept clean. Hours are convenient and location as well. It’s close to Target and Home Depot as well as Chuck E. Cheese (don’t bring your kids in here though ha!)There also many food spots nearby.The suggestion for the owner would be that I would like to see the prices become more competitively matched to nearby liquor stores as well as adding some more variety of wines.Overall it’s a fine place to visit the only issues i’ve really ran into here are other drunk guys hitting on me.

I frequent this location, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they keep the store clean. I would rather support a small business owner working hard to keep the doors open than a large corporation who has a variety of other types of products to sell and cover their employees wages. Supporting small businesses like this is full of solutions if you have the spirits.

Very helpful with finding the type of wine I was looking for. Customer service was amazing and I felt valued. The selection of wines and other spirits were beyond belief!

Horrible and disastrous customer service! I will never return to this liquor store to do business and will inform all people I know about how awful this business owner is.I bought $110 worth of liquor at 3 pm. Later in the day, I stopped by to return some of drinks that I never used but found the store closed. I went to the store first thing the next day, but they didnt return untouched, unopened liquor despite providing the receipt, claiming I had to return it the same day! I explained that I went back, but they were closed, and I was still within the 24-hour window; the young lady at the register handed the receipt back to me and rudely and ignorantly called the next customer in the line!

Friendly staff with a unique selection of alcohols. Even had some hard to find bourbons that will make anyones day better.Highly recommend.

Cute lil liquor store

My favorite liquor store! The prices are very reasonable. The owners are so friendly! They always give my little guy lollipops when I take him in & I saw a man last week who brought his dog in & they gave his dog a treat. They have all the liquor, wine, a large selection of mixers & even CBD drinks & elixirs. They have taps to buy or refill growers. This really is a one stop shop for all your alcohol (plus) needs. Super friendly, super helpful.

Not very good. The staff of this store knows about alcohol nothing. Even where can I find zinfandel from Napa Valley.

Not bad. Never been there before, but we were in the area, and in need of some booze. Nothing fancy, just average. The only complaint is that there was a lot of items that were not priced. Get on that, folks......

Small, grocery store selection with higher than grocery store prices. Basic choices in bourbon. No decoration like you see in the website pictures, its basically the same layout as the old state stores. Same selection, too.

They carry the major brands, but nothing microbrewed, micro distilled, or special. Feels less like a liquor store and more like a convenience store. I have seen better selections at the grocery store or 7-Eleven.

Kent East Liquor and Wine is a nice store kind of hidden in a nook in a row of stores. They keep it well stocked, its clean and the gentlemen behind the counter are always friendly and helpful.

Was in town for a funeral. I Came here after to grab a few bottles to take back to the house and drink the night away. Spent a little over 400 on a few bottles of henessey. When I got back to my friends they told me that I overpaid and the prices here were a ripoff. So a buddy went to Fred Meyers arojnd the corner to buy a few bottles while I went to return the ones i had bought. My friend was able to grab abojt the same as what I did for almost half the price so that was the first complaint. The second was after I returned the ones I originally bought and went aboit my business, a few days later when I get back to California low and behold the return never went through and my account was never refunded. I ended up having to file a dispute through my bank, waited three months for a resolution and just recently have been told by the bank that the store of course has denied the dispute. So not only do they overcharge your but if you ever have to return anything here be sure to keep your receipt and stay on top of it because they will try to rip you off anyway they can. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here for better service and or prices
