Took my daughter to lunch and my tire was flat. Went to Les Schwann tires. I was told it would be about an hour. My daughter and I played chess and just as she might have won my tire was fixed (perfect timing). 😆 They didn’t charge me! They said when I need new tires they hope I go to them. Well.. Doggy! Slap my hands on my knees! That is going to make me go there for new tires when I need them.Now, That is the way to make a loyal customer!

Tire shops and service take time. Period. Theres no way around it. However the facility is always clean with plenty of comfortable seating and the TV is on SC (which i like) and I watch all these guys bust their tails. They address your immediate problems as well as advise on ur future problems/level of urgency. They are fair, RELIABLE and you will ALWAYS get the level of service they are known for.

Pulled in on a Saturday, at a quarter till five with a screw in one of my tires. Although the shop closed at five o’clock, the pleasant gal at the service counter was happy to help.Even though there were four customers in line in front of me, my tire was repaired and I was out the door in under an hour.Thanks, Les Schwab. You’ve always been honest, reliable and kind to me and my family over the years and across the greater Puget Sound area.

My experience is, don’t go there to fix the small hole on tire. If you going to fix the tire just for air leakage they will make you wait about an hour or 2 to get your car back. If you going to change your new tire they fix within an hour. Big business matters not your car problem. You’ll get mad when you see they give a service 10’s car after you came. Wasted whole day!!!! I wish i could rate them lower than 1 star.

When I discovered my tire had a nail in it 4pm Fri I called several places to get 2 replacement tires due to them also being worn out and ready to replace. Unfortunately I was unable to find a tire shop that had my tires in stock...and willing to replace them. I was turned away several times until I contacted Les Schwab at about 45 minutes prior to closing not only did they have my tire in stock but also 3 different options as far as price and quality. Thanks to Les Schwab they were able to replace my tires and provide me with great customer service!! When Quality and customer service counts ....go to Les Schwab they treat you great every time

I just stopped by the Les Schwab on Central Ave and E George St in Kent, because I saw the gleaming head of a screw sticking out of my tire when I drove to work this morning. I stopped in at noon, today, Thursday December 17th, and the young man patched it for me in 10 minutes for no charge! I was pleasantly surprised. Ill definitely return to this store next time I need tires.

Needed some lug nuts swapped out because the previous owner of my NV over tightened them and rounded a few. I had a new set to have swapped on and expected to pay 50 bucks or so for their time. They did the swap for free which was awesome! Great customer service!

Unbelievable how sloppy they are with scheduling. “Overlapped an appointment”... I literally waited 3 days for an alignment just to waste my time and gas to hear that.

After several phone calls to different tire shops having my ABS lights come on I was quoted just driving in their shops, large amounts of money to even have it diagnostic done. But going to Les Schwab for years and I will highly recommend them It didnt cost me anything to find out everything was just fine and I wasnt billed for something I didnt need.

Get my shock / strut done which included an alignment. Shock / struts has a lifetime warranty spent about 1189.00 for mine

Had to get a new set of tires. Auhh!They worked with me and applied the bill to a line of credit.

Walked in to get my car serviced. First of no-one in the service area once i got a worker asked how long to do an alignment and rotation telling me 3 to 4 hours to do. I have been to other places amd it was only 1.5 hours and they were busy these people it was slow.

Not only did they scratch my rims, accuse me of lying about it, had a manager rude to myself and my Mom, but in the end they offered a $100 credit that THEY NEVER POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT. Dont do business with this Les Schwab location.

Earlier today my Mom decided that we were going to go & get her tires rotated because she claims she was overdue for it & its free anyways under her warranty. This was my first time coming here & we were helped pretty out pretty quickly. Im not sure how long a tire rotation is supposed to take really so I cant really say too much about that EXCEPT for when they were done we were told they also changed a tire that was also free because of her warranty. I thought that was pretty cool! Id recommend this Les Schwab location to everyone!

I went there with a friend who had a tire repaired and it was the best customer service Ive ever received and a popcorn is pretty good too .they fixed tire in no time flat with no line it was just a great experience I will definitely use that shop with my own car and my friend says he wood rather go no place else

I have been going to that center for now 20 years, whoever has taken over and charging triple the prize for mount and balancing should be embarrassed!!! Unfortunately the shop has went to hell! They should bring back Susie Chris and all the other people! Especially when pep boys charged me $32 for mount an and balancedbalancing the tires you guys wanted to charge $128

I went in for a slow leak on my tire, turned out it was disintegrating due to an alignment issue, along with failing suspension. They promised to get it fixed by 2PM, and followed through. My car now drives like new, had to add a text review because of how outstanding their service is, and my phone only allowed a star review, LOL.

This place overcharged their customers for simple work. Avoid this shop at all costs. Joe the manager is a big LIAR and overcharged me for a wheel alignment.

Fast and courteous service fixing my flat tire. Firestone was going to charge me $30 for a flat and made me wait for nothing. No one was doing work in the shop and told me they have 3 cars in front of me. Of course, because they are sitting around chatting with each other. I paid half and at Les with way better service.

I had to wait more than 1hr just to have 1 of my front tires replaced. It was my second time at this place and to be honest.... they are pretty damn slow. Im still giving them a 5stars rating just because other Les Schwab locations I have been to were super fast and helpful.

Brought my car in for what I thought was another nail in my tire. Chanh put my car up and checked all four tires and there was no nail. I wanted to be safe than sorry later. He made sure all my tires were up to the correct PSI and I was off and running.Thank you Chanh and all the staff at Les Schwab in Kent on Central. You never fail to take care of me and you are always professional and friendly. Got to love the popcorn!

$500 for a tire that didnt fit...no ok they just told me I didnt pay for my car that was someone elses and mine was supposed to be free. Nice. Way to go guys.

I had a screw in one of my tires and getting it fixed was relatively quick. However I asked the technician to put new valve covers on that I bought but he said they dont advise using this type (metallic valve covers), as they degrade the valve threading. I wasnt aware of this issue when buying them so I planned to take them back. When I got home the sun had come out from under the clouds & I could see more detail and noticed the valve covers we spoke about were only aluminum on the outside & had a little plastic insert making up the threaded part.

Needed a slow leak fixed. Took care of me quickly while I waited.

I have been a loyal fan of Les Schwab for 25+ years. My experience on Monday Oct 8th has changed that. I have never seen such a rude service staff. Two other customers while I was there even asked the staff I thought you were supposed be friendly and greet me at my car they ignored that statement. It was so bad that the Manager mocked one of his employees brothers, then looked at me and lipped stupid Mexican. I was appalled. I will never go back worst service i have ever experienced.

Friendly, was able to get me in next day. Little pricy for front breaks at $700.00 but they guarantee their work so its worth it!

Very good service! I dropped off a loose flat tire knowing they could not fix it. Just hoping. I bought a great set of tires and a 4 wheel alignment. The only reason I am leaving 3 stars instead of 5 is the tech left greasy marks all over my wheels that where very hard to clean off. I take great pride in my car. I was a little upset!

I had a sensor issue with my Hyundai and wow did Les Schwab in Kent go out of their way to make it right. Specifically Randy Eggen, really a great guy he explained in detail the problem and fixed it. It was a software glitch ... long story ... suffice to say Les Schwab is the best.I had taken it to the dealer and they wanted DOUBLE what Les Schwab wanted. The dealer tried to say Les Schwab did something wrong ... but that was a lie.I’ll always do business with them they do a great job. Thank you Les Schwab Kent.

I’m very frustrated, i got appointment for alignment, they said at 5pm your car will be ready, i took my car and i just drove little bit and i saw the problem steering wheel isn’t straight and when i’ Driving car is going to the right! I came second day and told them the problem they said everything is fine, we are not gonna do anything on your car, he didn’t want to drive with me to see the problem what i have! And i just made it another appointment les schwab in Des Moines, they guy who took care about my care he did a great job and fixed my problem, and he was driving with me if i have the same problem, great customer service, but you guys did a sh*t job and charge me for nothing! I think it was my last time at les schawb!

Got my cars tires balanced. Satisfying experience. They got the job done in a timely manner.

The mechanic met me outside and really listened to me. Took about half an hour to replace my battery and the popcorn was fresh!

These guys are crooks, would highly suggest going somewhere else. I called them one day asking if I can bring my own tires for them to put on and align and they said yes, so I did. The day I planned on going in I called to verify they can do it, Assistant Manager Randy told me to bring them in No Problem but when I got there the Manger refused to put tires on from a competitor even though the Assistance Manager was right there and told me otherwise on the phone. Plus I wanted to pay them for alignment.They made a mistake over the phone and I took a hit for it and had to find somewhere else... they were still going to make money but refused to help.

They are giving just the right attention to their customers. The service advisers need more to learn about their products annd services with more detailed applications

Very friendly place. You wont feel intimidated even though you are a wonan. Very trustworthy, my family have been their customers for decades but never doubted their suggestions. Unlike the car dealer service center where they always find things to replace parts of your car even though you dont need it yet. when car dealer suggest to replace tires/ brakes, I will take my car at les Schwab for second opinion. 90% of time, it does not need it be done for at least 6 mos or more.

I have never been treated worse. Went in for an alignment told we were next. We brought it in early to. They put another car ahead of us. Their customer service needs some work.

I came in for a flat tire repair (tire was not attached to car) and i understand that there is waitingtime for service because of other customers before me. the wait time that was promised for this kind of of repair was 1hour+ and i was like... thats fine i got nothing to do anyways.my point is. this kind of repair could have been done in less than 5min. even though there is wait time.. its an easy fix. a technician can do the repair while he/she doing other stuff. i know this because i was a former repair technician.

Called got told there was no wait time. I arrived and waited more than 1 hour and when I asked about why it is taking so long I got told to wait another hour. Very disappointed with the lies, they could have just told me on the phone that I had to wait instead of lying to me just to get me to the shop.

Fixed me up quick and easy. Great service.

Got front alignment done very swifty and professionally. I broke one of the bolt that mount the strut, got it replaced and brought it back in for realignment. It was done swiftly and professionally again as a complimentary service!! I will definitely come back for future businesses with these guys!

This place is a joke, took my car there for alignment left the car there in the morning 7am at 2pm I stop by and they haven’t even look at my car, I had a feel that they will have a problem with my car “like they alway do” so I asked can they keep it over nigh if they get it done or not so I don’t have to drive there late in the evening, they said yes no problem we can keep it there over night, we’ll guess what I get a call and sure enough they can’t work on my car or keep it inside over night so I have to drive back to pick it upHad to bring all my family with me since we were trying to spent time together and end up going to les SchwabThanks for nothing
