Had my front car door speakers replaced due to some very bad water damage and corrosion. They had it done in almost half the time they quoted me, and gave me the best price out of anyone else I called. Its been approximately 3 months now, and they still sound great! Extremely satisfied with the work theyve done, highly recommend HD Audio.

Been going to this shop for years now. Had these guys install a system in every car I’ve owned since I was in my early twenties. They do it all though, tinting, lighting, etc. they always makes me feel like family and even teach me stuff along the way which shows it’s not about the money for them. Just got my speaker box sub put in the back of my car there they did a fantastic job. They even discovered that the guy that wired the box did it incorrectly and they fixed it. I really appreciate their thoroughness and their service they did a fantastic job I would highly recommend. Cant say enough good things. Dont take your car anywhere else.

The guys at HD Audio were great. They installed a full speaker upgrade and added an amp to power it all, and I couldnt be happier. It was a nice clean install and sounds great in my FJ cruiser. They even dialed in the amplifier to fit my music styles. I was so impressed with the service and prices there that I went back and bought a remote start for my son for Christmas. The owner is great and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone

Not a clue! Paid up front, no receipt, he said he knew we paid! Installation day he had it taken it apart when he relized he ordered the wrong parts. Come in a week later and he said it would be another $180.00 because of a non-working on star! That should have been a question we were asked from the beginning, not that he couldnt see it the first time he took it apart! Needless to say we went somewhere else and are very happy with our decision!

The factory stereo in the family minivan started turning off if I turned right or used the turn signal. I guess theres a short in the steering wheel controls! I contacted HD Audio via email on Sunday and by Monday they had a quote for me. I scheduled an appointment, and an hour after I arrived my new stereo sounded SO much better than stock! I should have done this years ago. Now it has twice the clarity and three times the power. I will be careful not to blow the speakers. Installation was NOT expensive (an hour of my time is worth more and it would have taken me forever). Surprisingly affordable for a massive upgrade in sound. Now I need to save my pennies to get my other car a new stereo...

Unprofessional and short staffed. The person that helped me had little to no idea what he was doing and broke the foam deck box in my trunk. He didn’t even read the manual before going to install my subwoofer. Had me hold things while he finagled around in the hatch. I left with an uninstalled sub and broken piece in my hatch...

Had a few systems installed by Eric and his crew. In the past Ive used older equipment that Ive been familiar with from previous cars. I recently got a small suv and decided to toss the old sub and amp back in. Turns out, everything I had was so old and showing signs of wear. Anyways, Eric has done everything in his power to get the correct sound that Im going for, and is still working hard to find what I need in order to get the same sound I had before, into my new ride. I love my Focal audio system - its so much better than I could have imagined. Erick is extremely knowledgeable about his products, and he and CJ are friendly and easy to work with. The finished product is clean - hard to tell theres anything other than a sub and amps; all wires nearly hidden away. I will definitely be back for anything else I need.

I made a big mistake. I went to Best Buy and made an impulse buy on a CarPlay stereo. I knew better and after I came to my senses, I returned it and came back to HD Audio, where I should have started.HD Audio doesn’t have a super flashy storefront or fancy LEDs showcasing their products. What they do have, however, is something rare in today’s world: expertise and people skills. Instead of hiring a bunch of first-job part-timers who are just making a few bucks while they’re in college, and who don’t care about creating a memorable customer experience or strengthening existing customer relationships (eyes on you, Best Buy), they have four employees who are masters at their craft.Ben knew exactly which parts I needed for my ‘08 Accord without having to stare at a computer screen for 20 minutes before eventually asking a supervisor for help (again, Best Buy), and he and Erick even took the time to clean up the mess of wires made by the last installer to touch my car (me).If you’re looking for cheap car audio, please go to Walmart or Best Buy. If you have elevated standards and appreciate local businesses, do yourself a favor and shop with HD Audio. These guys are the best.

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment to have a my remote start removed from another company that was installed over 6yrs ago. CJ the person I spoke with understood the situation and we scheduled a 4pm appointment. I arrived a few minutes early only to find the doors are locked on a offsite install. I received no type of communication for a reschedule and then told completely the opposite info to help me once they didnt want to do the work. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND UNPROFESSIONALISM!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
