Cheap glass broke within 20 minutes of purchase didn’t even leave the parking lot. Was told manger would help me exchange it. Never heard from the manger called all day got the run around story. Poor service. Won’t be returning

Bad costumer service. Sold me bad lighted and lighter fluid and decided i was at fault when I asked for and exchange or refund. And I havent even left the store before I checked it and asked them to see it. And the manager got mad and said dont come back here find another store. Well Im sorry but I dont ha e money either to throw away on a lighter that I will never use. A lighter is meant to be used for lighting my cigar, not to sit so I can just look at it.

They close too early, I get off work later than most and I can never get there in time. They are supposed to close at 9pm but they close at 8:50 or earlier everyday. Just stay open till 9 so I can get there in time for once, please
