I went into the store, was waited on by the gentlemen named Adam. He very dependable and knowledgeable about when it comes sneakers. Very helpful and went above and beyond to get me the sneakers that I wanted. I appreciate the business, and will return to buy more sneakers.

Walked in with my friend yesterday to check the place out, worst customer service Ive ever seen lmao. Two guys were sitting at the front desk to the right and they just looked at us when we walked in and looked around, didnt even say whats up, asked if we needed help, etc. Better off going to a shop that actually likes customers (and money)

I heard about a new shoe store and wanted to shop local. I went to the visit the store twice and both times they were closed during their business hours. I finally showed up at a time someone was there and whoever was running the register was more worried about his phone than my business. I didn’t see very much new inventory at all when I went in. The condition of the used shoes ranged in overall condition from 6-9 and the prices were, in my opinion, too high.I know they’re new, and young, so I would like to see their business flourish. But they certainly aren’t doing themselves any favors.Support local, always. That’s the only reason I give it 3 stars. Best of luck.

Brought in a pair of Jordan 1 Bred lows and was offered $40 because “lows don’t sell.” I posted them on Grailed after I left and sold them for $272 not even 24 hours after leaving. Place is a rip-off and you’re better off going to a more reputable store or selling online.

Terrible service. I walk into the store and the guy working at the front desk was more worried about being on his phone rather than talking to customers. Usually when I go to a sneaker shop the workers are very friendly and are looking to put you in a pair of shoes. The lack of interest from the employment turned me off right away. Used shoes on the shelf were still dirty. I have worked at second hand sneaker shops before and when we get a used pair of shoes we clean them before displaying them. It’s very odd to have dirty Jordan’s and yeezys on the shelf for customers to touch. Prices are way too high and they are barely willing to negotiate on them. I know they’re new and all but these are simple problems they can fix to improve their store.

I went in there with the intention of spending 1-2k. Which I did but now I’m very disappointed after getting home and pulling them all out of the box. I asked him when I was there to try them on and asked if he could go get the other one from the back and he told me to try on the one display shoe and if I wanted them then he would go get the other one. I tried on the display wanted them and he got them box. I grabbed all the other 7 pairs I wanted and left. When I got home I came to realize the other shoe I didn’t get to see had the laces loop holes torn and was beat up compared to the display one. Don’t go here dudes a scammer. Who doesn’t let someone try on both shoes.

Very good deals on new and used shoes. I stop in weekly to see what they got in new.

Yeezys will have scuffs if you look close enough and the Jordans will have wear on them, not worth going
