Tried Hazelnut flavored Latte at this drive through location. Tastes really good. There is some wait always 3-4 cars ahead of us.

Long line and meticulous service but definitely worth the wait. I ordered the mango smoothie and enjoyed it immensely!

Drinks are always a hit here. Even though you order from a list of drinks, you can always customize it to your taste. Want an extra shot? Want some flavoring? Need that whipped cream? Just ask. Open 24/7, really helps for those late night shifts when you need to perk up to stay alert.

This is a good place to get your coffee fix. Ive been coming to this chain location for years and is a Pacific Northwest staple. Highly recommend getting a large one (32oz) because more than likely you will drink the whole thing and not be aware of it. Might go to fix is a large latte or one of their obscurely named coffee drinks. If you dont know what Im talking about, youll see it when you get there and youll know what I mean then. Youll have to see what Im talking about and then you will understand.

Have gotten consistently good drinks from here, but theyre always sold out of the almond croissants and i wish they had just a bit more variety on their menu. I like their Italian cream sodas a lot.

Go to this location 2-3 times a week. Card reader was down and only taking cash. They did not have change. I asked if i could pay them monday for a coffee today. They said no dice! Done with big foot and back to the evil empire i guess (starbucks) :(

Ive heard this place is not to bad. Never got a chance to see. They apparently have inventory issue because they ran out of product to make a smoothie/ blended drink.

The coffee is great but I am a regular here every day and sometimes 2x a day and I have noticed that the past 2 days they have had a person working who does not cover their mouth and nose with a mask. They leave the mask resting on their chin ONLY while making and serving drinks. Their coworker who is also serving drinks does not say a thing to the other person despite state regulations that state they must wear a mask. The coworker wears their mask properly. The state should investigate this Bigfoot Java stand as a possible COVID outbreak epicenter. I shall go to another Bigfoot Java to protect my health during this national crisis.

We always ask for them to surprise me with something dairy-free, and tell them some pointers on what I like. They never fail to disappoint! The first time, we got the nutty yeti, and the second time we got that one plus a surprise, and it was even better.

I’m a daily customer and love how they treat me with kindness but unfortunately today I went to get big foot and the barista was very disrespectful not a way to treat your daily customers especially when your working in a customer service place .

Weirdest experience ever. I order the same thing. Everywhere. 3 shots on ice Carmel and cream. The barista felt the need to tell me actually it is an americano and it is 4 shots no, honey. If I wanted an Americano i would have asked for one. Im not sure how she got off on correcting MY order then Im pretty sure her and her little friend in there were saying things about me as they were making my coffee.

While SB retains a special place in my heart for allowing me to use the restroom and loiter even if Im not buying, this place is having me make more room. A coworker recommended a drink which was pretty yummy. Then I today saw someone with a blue drink that looked delicious. I arrived with only that info and let me tell you that young, short, brunette, lady late this evening was so KNOWLEDGEABLE and sweet. It made up for the fact there was a long line earlier with one person and 7 cars. She was talking bout a bunch if drinks that sound so good Im coming back for some rootbeer and strawberry cheesecake. They have way more options than SB and much cheaper.Edit: strawberry cheesecake Italian soda is delicious ❤so is rootbeer🧡 Im getting fat 😭

The people are always super friendly and nice. Even when Im indecisive and have questions about drinks or food. They never rush me. Only problem is they run out of pastries too quickly. This is my regular coffee place now, because I always have a pleasant experience.

My friend and I just visited this location in kent .. we ordered three mythical mochas.. We tried our drinks and realized there was no caramel drizzle throughout the drink or any on top.. We politely asked the barista to fix the drinks.. She rudely told us there is a line so to hurry up and once we gave the drink back she annoyingly put two drops of caramel only on the top.. and with this being said we tipped her very well. We get big foot java multiple times a day. Very disappointed with these drinks .. they arent cheap. She was rude and she is terrible at making coffee. I wish I got her name because I am very disappointed..This was at 5:30am and she had light brown hair medium length . Worst customer service Ive ever had here. Sad cause I love this place.

They have so many cool drink flavors. The Bigfoot Java by my house closed down, so whenever I drive by one I get super excited. Much better than Starbucks.

I have a very simple order. Just 2 shots over ice with 4 Sweet n Lows. The Barista noticed what I ordered and suggested an Americano with no water. Great, works out wonderful and still get points. Funny thing is I am a Starbucks junkie too. But now will stop at BigFoot and love that they are 24 hours 😍☕

Absolutely love the Big Foot on 84th and 212th Street in Kent! The girls who work there are amazing! They are always so thoughtful, sweet, & so kind to me whenever I go there! We visit this Big Foot at least once a day if not more because of the staff!!!

I like this place a lot. It’s my plan b when my normal shop is close as this one is opened 24 hours. The drinks are consistent and I like that they have a larger size for cold drinks than 32oz. I love that they have white coffee. I’ve never had to wait very long and the baristas are friendly. I really appreciate the hours here and the good customer service. Took 12 times of repeating an order over and over again to get it right - just a flabbergasting experience to get a short double shot Americano. While drinkable, not exactly a good cup of coffee.

The barrista was incredibly patient with me - I had four kids in the càr who couldnt decide what to have. It took them at least ten minutes to decide, which defeats the purpose of a drive through! At any rate, not only was the barrista patient, but kind, good humored and efficient. Took her less than five minutes to complete our order (a strawberry lemonade, a frostbite and three mythical mochas), take my payment with a smile, then hand me suckers for the kids. Honestly, I would have paid more for what we got - it was totally silent in the car for at least 20 minutes, as we all discovered how good our drinks were. Going back to Bigfoot Java in Kent the next time were in the area. We found a new favorite place!

Megan is the BEST! She always makes the best coffee drinks and is good at helping me pick out the drinks I want, all I have to do is tell her what I like. She has great customer service with a smile every time. 10/10 will come back AND recommend! Way to go Megan!

Im not from the area and my first experience at BigFoot was great. Easy to get to, staff was nice and the drink was great. I always get an Americano with caramel, and it was exactly what I wanted. Price was good too for an Americano. They have some really interesting menu items Id like to try. When Im in Kent again, Id definitely visit again.

Absolutely my favorite coffee joint of all time. If youve never been, treat yourself. BigFoot Java blows Starbucks away hands down. Youre treated like a customer and not just a number or somebody in the cow stockades. They actually have real eye contact with you ask you how your day is going and tell you to have a good day also.

Extremely fungible pricing - expect same order to vary in price by $4 or more. Espresso is burnt, no crema - settings on machines are off or if auto need repair/replace. Regular issues with beans having gone bad. Used to love this place, it was my favourite. Went daily for at least a decade. Same staff for most of the time I was going here - someone might move on every few years, whatever. Now staff have completely changed - old regulars have fled.

Stopped by yesterday for a coffee. Line was painfully slow and we ended up spending 20 minutes waiting. When we got to the window the staff were very slow moving and seemed completely unaware that customers were impatient about the wait. I asked why it was so slow? Barista said oh weve been really busy.... And then I needed to repeat my one item simple order three times. The have great coffee and usually great service, except today.

Drive through coffee stop. Walk ups welcome during at least part of the day if not all day. Best coffee in the area in my opinion and many others as well. Small chain all over south King county and a few other places. Very high quality standards. Never had anything from here I didnt like. Will not be disappointed!

I bought a drink at the Auburn location as my its my Friday before work treat and the cup split right down the side and blew iced caramel latte and whipped cream all over my car right after I had left. Feeling slightly defeated that the end of my work week was gonna suck, I was heading into work and remembered this one is nearby and turned around to buy a replacement as a last shot for my caffeine fix. The two girls working gave me wet and dry towels to clean my car and were absolutely wonderful and apologetic about the replacement! Completely made my day and Im so thankful for the kind hearts that are employed at these stands, its why we always return for the delicious coffee and conversation. :) Thank you!

Its a drive through coffee place. Coffee is decent, wait times can vary wildly depending on the customers orders ahead of you, and typically its only one barista in evenings They have some good energy drink concoctions in addition to coffee, which is a nice change of pace for a coffee stand.

I got hot latte and the give me barely hot... then I asked for dabble cup and they said we need to charge u for extra cup. But other places always gives u for free any other place. First and last time I stopped by this place to get coffee!

The barista was standing way far from the window and didnt greet me, only asked what I wanted. She then had me pay for my drink and shut the window right away. That is really unprofessional. She also had long hair that was down which is a violation of health and food codes. She had no emotion and when she handed me my drink, only asked where her pen went which had fallen since she shut the window. Terrible customer service.

I like bigfoot java but today I ordered a white chocolate mocha and it tasted like a big cup of milk. I was very upset. They usually make good drinks but I guess the girl was too distracted by ther phone call she was on. I think if she would have been focused in making my beverage it would have came out better. Maybe next time?

I was so excited to be back in the area and have a good cup of coffee. But it was not like how it used to be. The barista was so rude and impersonal. Then 8 bucks for a water and americano that was supposed to be 3 shots but looked and tasted like it had one. So disappointed and will not be going back.

It was not busy at all. I was the only one in the drive thru but somehow the Woman at the window chose to rush my order and didnt do it right. Was not blended completely. Asked her twice not to add whip cream. Then after adding whip cream she turns and asks if i wanted whip cream. I tell her no then she scoops it out with a spoon and stirs the rest into the drink. I would return if shes not the one taking my order.

Everyday big foot Java drinker and the lady today here just killed that location for me she didn’t seem to like her job and was giving me lots of attitude and messed up my order before I even got the chance to say what I wanted . 1:15pm 2 redbull drinks no toppers.

Never had a bad experience here! All the girls are friendly and bubbly. Most all of them remembered me by my 2nd visit and it has since become my go to coffee stand! I would give this place a 10 star rating if I could♡

Employees are really slow as if they have no sense of urgency. Spends too much time talking to people as if others weren’t busy and in a rush to get their coffee and go. Flirting with customers and taking up people’s time just to get a $3 dollar tip. Worse location ever to get coffee from would not recommend this location.
