I love the lobby here! Before Covid I would come in to work between AM medical appointments and getting lunch with my husband. The location makes it great for that!Service here is never bad either. It can get a bit crowded at times, resulting in a little wait, but the staff does a great job of keeping things moving!

Very hard working staff. Usually busy but they still work hard to help everyone. Drinks are quality and very good. Also, great conversation... I felt very welcome.

Drive thru can get pretty busy during the mornings and its in a bit tucked away 8n the business park. Food and coffee was standard Starbucks. Nothing to complain about, and I got what I expected.

Preordered on my way to work so I dont even have time to have them remake it or go back and complain. I absolutely LOVE the carmel clouds! This is awful 😖, and where is my foam. If done right they are best drink on the menu but clearly this was a fail. It doesnt taste good and the foam is mixed in which its not supposed to be. No clue what this is 🙄

A nice location, close to other good dining places such as barbeque, teriyaki, Mexican, Filipino places. Service is quicker than most other locations. Parking lot is big, easy to find parking, again, as opposed to some other locations close by. Because of the location, this is also rarely crowded inside with patrons that stays forever for wifi. Bonus: Restrooms do not have code lock.

Not a good place i made there 1 hours 45 minutes by walking nd they didnt close the door yet and worker told me we are close i have my big rig gps which need updates i cant go without gps i have no Hotspot and my gps was down i told her im truck driver i need to install software in my gps i bring yours food in my truck if u dont help me how can i move

Small, but absolutely well kept spot. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was introduced today, to what may become my new favorite refresher from Starbucks, wait for it, a mango and dragon fruit refresher with lemonade, suggested by two of the barristers.

Staff were fantastic and friendly, really enjoyed the experience.

Spent 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line just to get my drink

Use drive thru for fast service... took 20minutes waiting!!! Cant move forward and cant back out. Got overcharged compare to all the other drive thru I went to.

Service was horrible today. It seems this Starbucks has problems on weekends and weekday afternoons.

Its 49 degrees out, yet this Starbucks has the air conditioning blasting. Its not just a wasteful use of energy in this age of climate awareness by a company thats supposedly woke, but its extremely uncomfortable for your patrons. Maybe next time someone mentions to you how cold it is, you take a look at the thermostat and adjust it to an appropriate level instead of rolling your eyes. The HVAC system is for the comfort of your clients first, employees second. Thanks!

I have been to this location several times now and they have always been polite and pretty fast in getting my order ready. I typically order only either their Mocha or Green Tea Frappes & they are always very good. So today I decided to give their food a try as their other locations have usually had decent, if not over priced goodies. Looks like the joke was on me today. I was told I got their last Turkey Pastrami & it was obvious this was true as it looked like they found this sandwich at the back of the fridge a week after it was made. Not only was the bread stale tasting, but it was also hard as a rock on one side and mush on the other from the purple slaw that I think was supposed to be cabbage.Needless to say I expected a little more than this for $7.25.

Starbucks used to be good. The have been sliding backwards in service and quality for some time now. The only reason I still go to one once in a while is they are everywhere. But I try more and more to get my caffeine fix from local java huts as they still care about the customer.

The barista was so sweet. I forgot to ask for my Americana iced. No problem, luckity split I got what I actually wanted!

Slow as Molasses. I think Molasses is actually faster. It took me 18 minutes to get from the back of the line in the Drive-thru to actually picking up my drink and leaving. There were maybe 8 cars in line. Every time I come to this Starbucks (Its the closest to my work, otherwise, I wouldnt even come here), its so slooooooooooow.

This is my favorite Thursday place before my toastmasters meeting. When I worked at Kent Boeing we would enjoy the walk and bring back treats. Terrific cross street location plus one of the first to get the full new line of foods.

The wireless is very fast! The bathroom stalls are also large which is good for people with disabilities.The taste of the coffee is a tad inconsistent but it never taste bad.I dont like the drive through. There is no way to escape if one vehicle is going to take a very long time.

This location always has *the longest lines* at the drive thru. The drinks are not the best but not the worst either.

The worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house, but I’m thankful there are other coffee options in the area. Wait times are usually very long, mess up drinks more than getting them right or try to pass off a drink they know isn’t to par (that was my last visit). I worked with starbcuks for 9 years and have lived near this location for about the same amount of time. It’s mind blowing to me that this store hasn’t got it together over the years. I will say that my issues are always at the drive through VS. ordering inside.

Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes, called and asked why they werent taking orders and was told they open at 6 am but the website says they open at 4. Maybe they should put up a sign like most places that they will be opening late due to a holiday. And the drink I ordered tasted like McDonalds coffee

I was placing an order for Postmates that didnt quite make sense and the barista was very helpful and patient!

I visited today, they werent busy at all, barista, STEVEN, had a bad attitude and my drink was made wrong ask him to fix it PLEASE, AND THANK YOU, it was a caramel brulee, and it tastes like a vanilla bean. He didnt say sorry nothing has an attitude an slid my coffee across bar and turned around. VIBE WAS ALL BAD

Ive been here several times and every time it takes far longer to make a single drink than other locations Ive visited...im talking 4 cars takes almost 30 min...consistently. Ive probably been here about 10 times so far and have to say at 3 times they messed up my drink. Significant additional training is reviews.

Their payment system wasnt working well with Samsung pay at the moment and i got one free, I found out it never even charged me at all, so it was an OK deal ha ha.As for value had I paid for it? The cost to quality ratio at Starbucks is so far towards huge cost-low value its crazy they thrive, must be a status icon at the cubicles.Then Im biased anyway... dont like anything I can remember hearing about them or them doing in the news either. Slave labor for smiles while hawking coffee marked up 800%. I hope they lose the label war with the FDA.... coffee isnt good for you...

Dont bother coming here in the afternoon... I know its Starbucks I shouldnt expect much but I do expect to be greeted when I pull up to the window... Not just sit there while a kid silently fills caramel syrup bottles and I hear about another baristas day as she gabs. 5 minutes later I get my order its horrible with the after taste of metal, no idea how that even happens! Thank gawd I used a gift card and didnt pay seriously dissapointed even if it was free

The people who work here are consistently rude to me at this particular location when I try and order a blonde roast because they dont brewed it regularly and are angry that I ask them to do a pour. It really doesnt take that much effort. Today I encountered this again and received the worst brewed cup of coffee. I think it was brewed poorly on purpose and it was cold when I got it.

I give them a four star review for lack of quality customer service. The lady that took my girlfriend and Is order. Politely helped her, but when it was my turn to order she just looked at me and looked back and gave her a total. My girlfriend had to ask if I wanted anything but, I polity declined because of our order takers lack of customer service. Once the order was placed the batista that prepped and served the tea was very nice. And the atmosphere inside was very pleasant. So maybe she just had a bad day and that is why they get a 4 star review.
