Love this convenience store! Great location, super clean store with a variety of snacks. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. And, I really like that they open their car wash super early in the morning during the summer!

Not the best convenience store in the world (or even in Kent; thats the 7-11 at James and Washington just west of downtown) but much, much better than the ones down the hill if you live in any of the apartment complexes in between 108th and 116th. Generally clean, well-stocked, and the prices are much better than both the 24 East Hill Market and the McChevron. Plus, Ive had a weird love of their hot-box sandwiches ever since I lived across the street from an am/pm in college in Reno. So I might be biased a bit.

ID system here is completely flawed. You need a state ID and if you don’t have one you’re out of luck. No alcohol or cigarettes for tourists. Green card or passport will not be accepted. Mindless.

Really clean and sanitized place

The system that verifies IDs does not recognize Oregon (the state next door). They will not sell you beer. They need to update their system to verify Oregon IDs .

Overall a clean store with a mostly good staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. I cant hardly put into words the sheer rudeness and lack of professionalism I just received from an employee. I tried to get a car wash. It wouldnt take cards. Only cash. No receipt. I start to drive in like it asked and the entire thing stopped working. No power. I drive out, go inside. Wait in line to speak to the associate at the counter. Shes rude af. Rolling her eyes at me. Zero concern. Told me shes not allowed to give refunds and I need to come back on Monday to talk to the manager. Then refuses to give me the managers name or phone number. NEVER attempting to use their wash again. Total ripoff

Ive been going to this am pm for a year and I can honestly say, this store is always clean. The products are displayed with the labels facing the right direction and well stocked. Most anything you need is there,from Pepto bismol to carburetor cleaner. Fuel prices are average for the area, and the store is easily accessible.The staff, ..... The employees attitudes are mostly justified. The costumers attitudes are equally rude. Its Kent, not Japan. I have never been given an attitude from any employee.I wouldnt do very well there as an employee. The urge to slap some of the customers would be way too hard to resist. For example; one customer couldnt understand why his debit card was declined. Maybe if I swiped it one more time magically money will appear in my account....really? Then the customer pops and attitude. This happens a few time when Im standing in line. My most favorite, Can I just take the beer and come back with the money?In a nutshell the store is what it is. Come in with a chip on your shoulders and the two velociraptor sisters are going to attack. Walk in with a good attitude and youll get everything you need with a smile. Thats how the world works.

DO NOT USE CARWASH!! Itll eat your money and the worthless staff wont help you at all. Theres a better carwash a mile east down 240th

I used to hate going to this store because of all the women workers rolling their eyes to me, finally they have a middle eastern boy working there who actually knows what he is doing, ive had problems; with the pump and car wash but he solved the problem for me, the store is perfect re

They will not abide by the face mask law so anyone can go in without a mask and if you say anything they will kick you out I had a face mask on and I said something about it and the clerk there kicked me out
