Perfect Oneida products. Ordered specialty Oneida Iced Tea Spoons at an amazing price and received them in a couple of days. The price was very reasonable (low) and the customer service was even better. As soon as I placed the order I received an email telling me that the order was on its way. I received the set in two or three days. Wow. The pieces are so beautiful. Better prices and service than the high-priced and impersonal amazon type group. Thank you Silver Superstore. I have ordered twice from this company. Im very happy with my hippy (woodstock) flatware! The quality is good enough. And it was literally cheaper going through silver superstore than buying them straight through the company who manufactures them. (libbys). I also like that they are made in america!

This was my first experience with Silver Superstore and it was excellent! I placed my order online, late on a Tuesday night, the order was immediately confirmed, then re-confirmed with a Thank You email Wednesday morning informing me the order would be shipped the following day. On Thursday, as promised, I received an email confirming the shipment along with my tracking number. I had opted for the free shipping, which on this order was USPS from Kent, WA to Sarasota, FL...you cant get much further apart in the Continental US. The US Post Office showed delivery to be Monday, but my Oneida stainless was here on Saturday morning, two days after it was shipped!!! Everything was in the manufacturers packaging, all 66 pieces accounted for. The price I paid was excellent, all steps in the transaction were confirmed as they happened and I had my stainless sooner than expected. I couldnt ask for any better service!

The good thing is they carry Liberty Tabletop flatware and that’s what we were looking for. It seemed they didn’t want to sell it to us though. When they didn’t have all the pieces we wanted we said we would check back with them when their inventory arrived. Suddenly they had the pieces. I don’t get it, we were there to buy and they wanted to hold out on us.Ultimately we got what we wanted despite the buying experience.

Price for our Oneida pattern serving pieces was much lower than anywhere else I could find. Shipped the next day by free USPS ground shipping. All pieces as expected, the set was in original Oneida box and the individual pieces were loose stock in sealed plastic bags. Perfect transaction.

I purchased twice from this store, both times for an engraved baby Christmas ornament. The first order in 2016 was great. The second order was about a week ago. The ornament I wanted was not offered with the current years tag. I asked if they could add a tag with the 2018 year on it and they offered to do it for $12 bringing my total to about $44. This was more than I was hoping to spend on the ornament, but was willing to pay a little extra so that both my kids would have the same customized ornament. When it arrived they had sent the ornament with the previous year tag attached and the current year in a bag for me to switch out- which will require using tools. I called to let them know that I expected them to have switched out the tags since I was paying for the service and the woman I spoke to said they dont do that and offered no compansation or assistance in resolving the issue. I expected a high level of customer service for what I payed for the item and was dissapointed. However, the engraving and ornament were nice quality and shipping was quick.

Beware customers beware! We purchased and it was the lowest quality ever! We called and Sandy B. The owner was not professional on the phone! Actually very rude! We were so saddened about this low quality and yes we returned the items and lets see what happens now!
