The staff here goes above and beyond and is so sweet! Absolutely beautiful quality granite in 2 warehouse buildings! Relaxed environment and there is always someone to help you see more slabs. Will return for sure!!

We came in a month ago to look at Sea Pearl and were almost going to seal the deal but wanted to take a look at it one last time and all of a sudden, we were hit by the stay at home order. We were disappointed since, no one knew when they would open up again for homeowners.Luckily, the manager took the initiative and video called us and constantly took pics. We are really hoping for this virus to calm down to have our slab installed. I never expected the management to be so helpful considering the situation. So, kudos to Cosmos!

I was overwhelmed with the different types of marble that they had and I couldnt believe as to how big the market is for stone in our country. I got the chance to speak to the manager and he was really kind and friendly. Im so excited to see this stone wall cladded near my kitchen. Good Job Cosmos!

The quality of their quartz is not as good as they claim, and their granite isnt any better we have been fabricating their material for a few years and their quality is going down. If you are a fabricator just make sure to check their slabs before they load it into your truck after that if you have any problems they will refuse to take their slab back even if you are still in their warehouse.

I hate to rate Cosmos a 2-star rating, but yesterday they blatantly allowed a person with no face covering at all to walk all over the building, then he hung out at the counter only 2 feet away from others....we hurried out of there needless to say. If you have a policy that states clearly on the front door YOU MUST WEAR A MASK TO ENTER then how about enforcing it!They do have a nice staff and good selection of products however.

Loved this place! They have a great selection and they give you 6 inch samples! With the sample being so big I really got to see what the granite would look like. We ended up getting 2 slabs of Blue Flowers in leather finish instead of polished and its amazing. The staff was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. They took a lot of time moving slabs so that I could get exactly what I wanted.

I drove 2 hours from Bellingham since my local granite company suggested picking out a slab for a really small Laundry room countertop job. We only needed one slab and was told they had a great selection. My wife and I with 2 kids in tow made the drive in a Saturday. It started great as we were welcomed from the front desk staff and given a small tour of the showroom. Then we went out to the warehouse and looked around. The slabs that we went down to see were hard to find as they were buried behind other slabs. We then walked around and picked several that we liked. We wanted to stay in budget since this was such a small job and just in our laundry room. When we asked the staff if these other slabs would be much more they wouldn’t tell us. I was baffled. I wasn’t asking for a quote but I would like to know if the slabs were 2000 or 10,000. The original slab that we picked out from Bellingham after insulation was under $5000. I asked the staff at the front desk several times to give me a guesstimate within 1000 or $2000. We really needed to make a decision and drive back home. It not like they are just down the street, it’s 5-6 hours round trip. She didn’t care and continued to say that I can’t even give you that information. It was the worst customer service I’ve had in years. Again I Was just looking for an approximate judgment knowing that some stones our 10,000 or even more and that was not what we were looking for on this job. I was talking to a wall that was harder than granite. We picked out a few different Slabs and she said she would get pricing to our local provider. Five days later the estimate came in at $12,000. We easily could’ve picked out some other slabs to stay in our price range of approximately $5000 if I would’ve had some guidance of any kind from their employees. I’m starting a project building 23 town houses in three months. I guarantee I won’t be getting my granite or any products from Cosmos after this ridiculous waste of my Saturday. it saddens me when people have no respect for other peoples time or just common decency.

Amazing customer service. From when you enter, the girls at the front desk give a warm greeting, to the sales person, to the warehouse forklift driver. Above and beyond. I am grateful to have been taken care of in the manner which they did.

They have the worst service ever. Additionally, they sell cheap materials which cannot sustain even for 6 months. I had my countertop made 6 months back and now I can see the color variations on it (yellowish). I confirmed the quality of the stone before buying it and the manager (some guy) itself told me that the material is really good. I WOULD NEVER PREFER THIS COMPANY

This place is highly unorganized. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing and they couldnt even tell us which slabs were on hold and which ones werent. We ended up leaving out of frustration and going to a competitor in the area that was so much better to work with. Granted, Cosmos has a vast collection but we felt that if we would have picked a slab there that there was a very good chance that we may lose it to someone else even if it was on hold because they didnt even know which ones were, even though some customers had already PAID for their slabs. Apparently they are under new management and we were not impressed. The staff was rude and you could just tell that they didnt really want our business. Glad we found another slab at a competitor and happy that we wont have to suffer the possible headaches this could have caused.

There werent labels on much of the stock so I didnt know what material each slab was. I ended up writing down numbers for all marble pieces, when I was looking for anything BUT marble for my kitchen remodel. Also every stack has 5-10 different kinds of materials in it instead of all one type in one stack. Very frustrating when you know theres something you might like in a stack buy you cant see it. Also, I couldnt find hardly any of the pieces I liked on their website. They must have been hidden behind a stack. I liked Pentals organization MUCH better.7/27/2017 UPDATE: I took a list of the pieces of quartz I wanted to see from the website to the warehouse and they were very helpful in finding what I wanted to see, even going so far as moving 75 pieces that were in front of what I wanted to see. So my advice is to look at the website and go in knowing what you want to see.

You decide for yourself, based on my experience, if this is a company you want to do business with. I rarely write reviews on anything unless the service I receive is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This one is exceptionally bad. If I could rate Cosmos less than 0 I would. Hopefully my review will save you from them.I visited a number of granite yards in the Tacoma and Seattle area. I finally decided on a particular granite and then, working with my fabricator, located the slabs that best fit what I wanted based on how it looked. That was at Cosmos in Fife. They put my granite slabs on hold and I went about designing the rest of my kitchen around these particular slabs. I stopped in Cosmos about 2 weeks ago to look at granite for my bathrooms. I asked about my slabs and the lady working said no, we dont have them anymore, we only hold granite for 2 weeks. I said well thats funny, I never heard that from anyone here before. She went back and looked, and came back to say no worries at all the granite was still there and waiting for us. What a relief!When the time came to have my fabricator get the granite from Cosmos last week he was told they sold one of my two slabs, they only had one left. They said they would help make sure we found more, just come down on Saturday and meet the warehouse manager. We showed up to meet the warehouse manager at the designated time. He didnt show up, he had to go to an emergency somewhere else which was obviously more important. I explained the issue to the lady working there and she told me that it wasnt her fault, I shouldnt get upset with her, shes new and had nothing to do with it. Of course, she was the exact same person that told me 2 weeks earlier not to worry, its here. She was rude and less than helpful, and working with her alone would drive me to take my business elsewhere. The granite slabs they had were from a different batch and were night and day from the one we had picked out before so we moved on and are looking now at other granite yards in the area again to find something similar to what we had found before.Poor customer service and poor management. How you could sell something that had MY NAME on it to hold, is beyond me. Cosmos showed no remorse and put forth the smallest effort they possibly could to try and make the situation right. The only thing they offered was to have the warehouse manager show up and help me pick out other granite and he couldnt even show up and do it.
